Both my husband and I are sleeping better since investing in a wool bedding set. We cannot believe the difference it has made. I, in particular, was spending hours each night wrestling with the duvet as my feet were either burning under the duvet or freezing on top. From the first day we tried our wool bedding set this stopped. Being able to adjust the amount of wool in the pillows is a real bonus. I have wasted so much money on pillows over the years in my quest to find one that didn't wake me up in the night with a banging headache and by the third night in we had both got the thickness of our pillows to just where we wanted them. It seemed like quite a lot of money to spend but we decided that with a 30 day money back guarantee we actually had nothing to lose. It was the best investment we have made in a long time.

We ordered a super kingsize wool topper which arrived promptly. Unfortunately the topper didn't suit us, but the Wool Room company were extremely understanding and had no hesitation in accepting it back. Thank you for your courteousness.

I purchased a firm 9000 deluxe mattress which we did not like. We found it far too firm and uncomfortable. I contacted the Wool Room after 4 days to let them know that it was far too firm and was told it was not a problem and that a replacement one in medium would be delivered to us. We conform to the guarantee criteria of purchasing a new enhancer at the same time. The delivery was arranged for 11th November, the delivery company emailed on 10th November to inform us that the mattress had not arrived with them in time for delivery and they would re arrange delivery with us. I have not heard from the delivery company. I have contacted the Ipswich Wool Room on three occasions and do not hear back from them. I am disappointed in the service which I have been given and am concerned about the amount of time that has now passed and whether or not my guarantee will be honoured. I cannot at this stage recommend the Wool Room.

I have recently purchased a DeLuxe Mattress Topper and DeLuxe All Seasons Duvet and found the quality of both to be superb and exactly what I wanted. My dealings with the Wool Room (by phone) have been a pleasure from start to finish, with the date of delivery given at the outset and their excellent carriers, Interlink Express, upating me regularly by text and giving me the delivery slot the night before. Both times the goods were delivered at the start of the hourly slot advised. If only more companies could be like this.

DELIVERY. Your courier service: -Monday morning 14th November, I had an email from you to say the parcel was on its way. - I had an email from the Courier to let me know the parcel would be delivered on Monday 14th November between 2 and 4 - Contrarily I had a different email and text from the Courier Service to say they hadn't actually received the parcel from you consequently instead the parcel would be delivered the next day, or at my convenience. I emailed the courier to arrange delivery on Wednesday 15th November. I carried on with my life and business. I had calls to make, leaving the house on Monday 15th in the morning - worked all day got home that night at 21:30. The parcel HAD been delivered that day, sometime. It had been left at the front door. It poured with rain all day. The box was wet and cold. The duvet was not in protective plastic. And although not damp was very cold having been left outside for I don't know how long. Not impressed

Prompt efficient delivery I was kept informed of the order including a times slot of between two hours of delivery. Lovely duvet regulates my temperature very well. Would recommend this company to anyone.

The information on the product was very good. The product in use, a duvet, is excellent. In the recent cold weather it has been proved to be warm and very comfortable. I am glad I made the purchase. Delivery was very quick, and the facility to change the delivery to a date I would definitely be in was truly very helpful.

Great service at reasonable prices. Purchased a pair of fox slippers for my daughter in law and she she is very happy with them. Delivered quickly great prices. Always worth a look at the site for gift ideas and for the things you need. Definitely have recommended my family to shop here.

I brought the Deluxe Wool Duvet - Super Light as I have tried the lightest duvet set you did last year and found it way to hot. I do from time to time suffer very badly with hot flushes and have found that this has helped me - though I do still have to thrown it off in the warmer months. I also bought a light wool throw and have been using it now that it is colder to add a bit of warmth and weight.

We ordered a medium single duvet for my wife, arrived as predicted, well packaged, and my wife has had 3 restful nights, sleeping better and warmer than under a down duvet
