“I bought a super king luxury duvet (warm) in December which has proved to be one of my best buys ever! It is fabulous, I love it, it's light but so warm doesn't move around on the bed and drapes beautifully. It replaced a 100% Hungarian goose down duvet that I found difficult to shake because of its bulk, it cost more and was nothing like as comfortable or comforting so I decided that for the warmer months I would treat myself to the light, super king luxury duvet. It arrived last week and I am delighted with it, exactly the same fabulous quality, I have used it for a couple of nights and it is superb, just the right weight for the warmer months but still has a very comforting feel to it. I was delighted that I bought it during a special offer event but would have paid the full price for the quality of the goods and service The Woolroom provide.”

“I had a feather duvet and pillows with a thin cotton covered hollow-fibre protector under a cotton fitted sheet. It was nice but I always ended up too hot and my girlfriend was always too cold. Much like everyone else here I was sceptical. £250 for a solution I wasn't sure about was a bit of a gamble. I went for the deluxe topper + deluxe protector + 1 deluxe pillow for myself. I still get quite warm during the night but it's a different type of warm now. There's no sweatiness issues so I don't end up in a damp patch. That difference is worth every penny. When I lifted the calico bag with the topper out of the delivery box one rope handle ripped straight out of the calico bag so it's useless now. I'm not unhappy but it would have been nice to use for storing my spare pillows. It was a tight fit in the box so I pulled harder than the bag was designed for to try and get it out. It's my own fault for being in a hurry, I should have ripped the box open before lifting the bag out. Lastly, I feel like a little more depth would be nice. If The Woolroom comes out with a deluxe topper that is 2-3 times thicker than this one I would buy it. 3cm is nice but I'm a sucker for comfort. Still giving 5 stars because I wanted to sleep better and this made it possible.”

“After reading reviews, I bought the wool mattress topper because I was too hot in bed. This fixed the sweaty problem. I would recommend buying the topper. It's excellent quality.”

“The mattress protector I ordered is superb quality. I was delighted to learn that it is made with British wool. I bought it to replace another wool mattress protector which I bought in John Lewis years ago. This is much better quality. My daughter has a similar product from Marks and Spencer, again, the Wool Room product is superior.”

“Super pleased with my nursery quilt and pillow. I scoured the 'net looking for the right one for my toddler's first time in a bed. I was impressed by the descriptions and although a bit expensive, I am happy I invested in a product which looks like it's going to last a long time. I was unsure of the size so emailed and got a quick, friendly reply that helped me choose the larger size. Items arrived quickly, superbly packaged and I'm really happy with it. The pillow is soft and not too bulky for a little one. The quilt is excellent. The cotton cover is soft and I think it's going to be warm in winter and cool in the summer. Just great! Would be great if you provided links to, or sold, (organic) cotton quilt cover sets too! Many thanks. I'll be recommending The Wool Room!”

“My Partner and I have less sweaty nights, thou we keep warm as toast we don't have the wringing wet through feelings, There's nothing worse than having to get up in the middle of the night leaving a damp bed and then having to get back in a damp bed. We bought a wool mattress cover and a wool duvet and they work. I think had I though that it would be as warm as it is I might have bought the all season duvet because now I will have to buy a summer one later on in the year. The allergy side of it I can't say there's any difference but that could be that my asthma isn't really under control at the moment we will see in the future.”
