“I ordered a 1-2 tog king size duvet on a Sunday and it was delivered 3 days later. The delivery system is very good, giving an hour window for delivery which actually happened within the window given - impressive. I love the duvet as it takes no time to warm up when I get into bed but I am in no danger of overheating as was the case with my synthetic duvet. Overall, I am impressed with the company and I will be ordering other items in the future.”

“We have had our wool room bed set just three days and have never slept so well. My husband who never sleeps past 6.30 woke yesterday at 9.20 wish we had found this 20 years ago thank you two extremely happy customers. Delivery and packaging was fab also x”

“I don't know how it was possible, but the order arrived across the pond in less than 1 week! Hubby said it was the first time in months that I didn't toss, turn ... or snore! :) We had such a good DEEP rest. We are now going to order the mattress topper to go along with these fantastic pillows. I will be spreading the word!”

“Bought this duvet as a present. The feedback I was given is - it seems quite thin, but holds the heat. Much better than a synthetic one, similar feel though. Delivery was good - had the option to change day of delivery which was great.”

“Bought the super-light duvet in a super-king size. Really lovely duvet. I read all the reviews before buying this and almost all were very complimentary saying the duvet kept them at exactly the right temperature for a good night's sleep and this was exactly how it was for us too. Highly recommend it. Good ethos of natural wool on the inside and good quality cotton on the outside - the duvet feels like a product with some integrity. And its good value for money. Have seen similar products elsewhere that cost a lot more.”

“We had some problems with the courier company but The Wool Room were so quick, efficient and brilliant at solving our queries. We are very happy with the quality of the mattress and even though we have a new baby the sleep that we are getting is dreamy. Thank you”

“I ordered two items online and chose click and collect, believing that it would be faster than home delivery. However there was a stock issue with one of the items and I received no communication to make me aware of this stock issue. Two weeks later I went to my nearest The Wool Room shop to ask the manager who checked the order status and it was 'pending'. Only after main office was prompted, under my instruction to this manager, did they offer to cancel the out of stock item and deliver the other item to my home address 18 days after order. The manager of the shop was profusely apologetic, however staff at the office were indifferent and I received no apology from them. Good product, poor service!”
