“I LOVE this Company and their products! Sleeping on, and in, wool has most definitely ensured I'm getting consistently better and more restful sleep - and more of it. I now sleep on the alpaca mattress enhancer (which is just perfect - offering a wonderful softness to my mattress), with deluxe mattress protector, and wool pillows - and its complete heaven, no longer waking up in a sweat but being cosy and snug. My spare bed boasts the deluxe mattress topper, protector and pillows for my lucky visitors! I have wool duvets from another Company but, when I can afford it, plan to buy the all season alpaca combo from the Wool Room - convinced by the enhancer that they will be lightweight, warm and utterly gorgeous. The customer service is second to none (when I rang querying an extra 10% discount for loyalty AFTER I had placed my order, it was immediately offered to me unconditionally on that order) - packaging is excellent but not excessive, in lovely canvas bags, with a superb delivery system, arriving within 2 days and given an hour's time slot. Just brilliant! Thank you - I can't wait for my next purchase, and can't recommend everything about the Wool Room, and their wonderful products, highly enough!”

“The bedding was for my Grandson. He seems to be well pleased with it. I am considering purchasing the mattress topper for myself at a later date. I have a pillow already and am well pleased with that. The service was good and bedding arrived promptly and well packed.”

“I have been sleeping in my wool bedding for almost a month now and I couldn't be happier. The mattress protector is of good quality and makes my comfortable mattress feel even more comfortable. I try and keep my bedroom at about 16-17 degrees, and I find that the 'light' duvet is perfect for this temperature range (I am quite a warm sleeper, though). The duvet feels lovely and light on top of me and I prefer it to my old goose down duvet. The pillows are very comfortable too. One other big plus point for me is the fact that every item can be cleaned in the washing machine using the wool cycle - no need for dry cleaning and all the chemicals that that entails. Finally, delivery was very quick and easy as they use Interlink Express who give a one hour time slot on the day of delivery.”

“Over the years I have tried (and spent a lot of money on) a considerable number of pillows - none of which have improved my bad sleep pattern. As soon as I received my pillow from The Wool Room I just knew that it was going to help - and it most certainly has! The Wool Room will be my first port of call when I am next looking for a new duvet (or more pillows!)”

“Speedy delivery & given an hour delivery slot which was really helpful. Ordered the deluxe pillows which I would definitely recommend over the standard ones if you prefer a softer less full pillow. I had to remove wool from all the pillows I purchased as they were far to firm for all the family. Once done they were prefect! Now considering purchasing more wool items as my husband and son both suffer from asthma and I'm quite sure they help. Many, many thanks Wool Room - great pillows :)”

Thats a great point about our Deluxe pillows Carole, it is very hard to get pillows that are just right but a our Deluxe pillows are fully adjustable you can adapt it to get the best fit for you. “Just before Christmas I stumbled upon the Wool Room store at the Peak Village, Derbyshire. The ladies in the shop were brilliant and very patient while looking at mattresses. I liked the idea of all materials being natural and after trying out several I pick one (and delivered before Christmas) I have not been disappointed, the new mattress is so comfortable and very warm. When you're lying on the mattress it sort of wraps all around you supporting your whole body. I have now purchased a Wool Duvet from the Wool Room as I love my new mattress. I was a little concerned that it was quite flat, after my very fluffy feather duvet, but again it's brilliant. It is much warmer than the feather duvet. I'm very impressed. Thank you Wool Room for your brilliant products, customer service and speedy delivery.”

“I hesitated for quite a while before my purchase of the wool pillow, as its not cheap. Ive only had it for 6 days, but so far, I love it. Its great that you can adjust it (take out some filling, to make it softer). I'm a very warm sleeper, and was constantly turning my pillow to cool down, but with this pillow, I don't have to. Delivery was very quick, 2 days later it arrived. I'm now thinking of ordering one for my partner.”

“I purchased the all season duvet. The quilt arrived quickly and well packed. From the first night I noticed the difference to my regular quilt. It's not heavy on you as you sleep but really makes you feel cosy and keeps you warm. Also it completely fills the duvet cover and does not slip down - so no more empty top part. Very good product. Thank you.”
