Raises prices on books that you buy in bulk. This seems opportunistic in nature. Be careful tp not over pay if you shop on this Wordery's site, always shop around and price check.

Although I appreciate I made an order on Boxing day. It is now the 11th January. Two of the books I Ordered have not arrived yet!

I ordered 2 books on December 4th. One book never arrived, despite it being marked as 'delivered'. The second book (that was bought as a Christmas present, prior to the Christmas delivery cut off) arrived January 4th. However, the customer service was impeccable. Charlotte from Customer Services responded to my email explaining the situation with 12 hours, and provided me with a full refund. I provide this bad review to ensure it is brought to attention (in case this is an issue with the delivery service?) but thank Charlotte for her response and understanding

When I ordered the product it was in stock. In stead of dispatching at once several days passed then I was told one book was no longer in stock. It was in stock when I paid for it, and bought it as far as I was concerned, otherwise what is the point of saying how many in stock, I then had to wait until was back in stock. It arrived after Christmas. I saw both books in a shop after I had ordered and was waiting for my ever being pushed back delivery. Not happy. I can only assume you were overwhelmed by orders.

While the price for the book was good, and the ordering process was nice and easy, the following has left me disappointed. I paid for tracked next day courier delivery to receive the book before I go on a break to read it there (as I need to before I get back to work). The day the book was meant to arrive they notified that it will arrive late, after I leave. I got in touch with customer services to cancel the order which they couldn't do, I then requested a confirmation that I will get a full refund (including the express delivery fee) and all I got in response was an automated message saying that they can't reimburse delivery fees. This is appalling as not only the book wasn't delivered on time (after having chosen the courier), but also the customer services having zero engagement.

The last two books that I bought from Wordery in November and December caused me problems. The first book that Wordery sent me was damaged and I had to return it for a replacement. The second book, "December" by Monica Ali, was ordered and acknowledged by Wordery on the 17th December. I did not receive it, to give as a Christmas present, until 29th December. Poor service.

Very last minute notice that books were not going to arrive in time for Christmas. I thought that ordering on 11th December should have been fine, but was not, so it is unlikely I'll use Wordery again.

The dispatch date of the next day on the order confirmation turned out to be four days later as it was a gift it arrived after the event. On investigation it seems the item was not in stock, d had to be ordered, if this had been made clear at the time of order I could have decided whether to proceed or not.

Order was guaranteed to come before Christmas Day and ended up arriving on 28th. This is particularly annoying as I paid more for quick postage so it would definately come in time for Christmas

Placed an order for 5 books before Christmas. After having taken payment for all of them, 2 of the book orders were cancelled 2 days later - too late for me to find alternatives before Christmas. Also paid for next day delivery, and one of the books didn't turn up until well after Christmas. After having contacted Customer Services they gave me a 10% discount off a future order - not really compensation for missed Christmas presents.

Ordered a set of 4 books on 11th December, 2 books were delivered quickly, but up to now (3 January) still haven't received the other 2 books.

The "book" that arrived was little more than a pamphlet. I cannot see it staying in one piece for very long. I could have downloaded a story anytime and printed it off. The personalisation part of the "book" was a message typed on the delivery document. Thoroughly disappointed.
