“Ordered on the 13th December. Initial delivery estimate kept getting put back further and further without being dispatched. Once dispatched there was no way of tracking the parcel and it arrived only just in the nick of time for me to send first class for a present. Was very worrying and I was cross because Wordery was still offering next day delivery to new customers - I was thinking all the time they are picking the next day orders, mine is going to the bottom of the list! I would prefer them to look after their existing customers a bit better.”

“I was given a delivery date well in time for Christmas but unfortunately my parcel didn't arrive until well after the given date causing a lot of uneccassary stress. I doubt I will use again.”

“Placed an order late on 6th December as the website said to order before 11th for Christmas delivery, and that the order would be received within 5 to 11 working days, which should have been 22nd at the latest. When my confirmation email arrived it stated that my order was due to arrive on or before 27th which would obviously miss Christmas. I was concerned that my item would be late so emailed them, had no response so emailed them again, and finally received a response 7 days later. I replied to that email and have still no received no reply. Thankfully my order did arrive in plenty of time but I was so disappointed with the lack of response and the unnecessary concern it caused that I'll order elsewhere in future.”
