The book was crammed into my post box, which means the spine and the front are badly creased. Was really surprised by this.

The waiting was double to what was expected. The reciept was slow and couldnt be used for tracķing. GOOD: the book has arrìved it time for Chrìstmas making a ĺittle girl very happy for that I give you a big pluss

There was no packing inside the delivery box so the hardback book got bashed around, slightly tearing the dustcover in acouple of places.

Order placed for 3 books on December 6th. Email confirmation states that my order will be with me in 4 - 9 working days. I get an email on the 17th saying that only 2 of my books are being sent ( which arrived today ) and the other one won't be received until the new year. This was a Christmas present and it's too late to find the book elsewhere. :-( Had I known on December 6th that there was going to be a delay I would have sourced the missing book elsewhere. I already had to get volume 6 from somewhere else anyway as you were out of stock so I'm sure I could have purchased volume 8 from the same place. So please can you keep customers informed in future if there are going to be delays with orders. Thank you. I look forward to receiving the third book soon. Regards Claire Walter

I made a mistake in an order that I immediately canceled. I received 3 separate emails stating each item from that order had been credited back to my charge account separately. BUT I never received those credits. I’ve had to file a complaint with my credit card company. The corrected order I placed arrived in damaged boxes but the Items were ok. I will not order from you again unless the canceled order is properly put back into my credit card!

Well, the notebook arrived in time, although over a day late, but that's no doubt down to the shipper and the impact of Christmas. That said our Amazon orders have arrived promptly. One other point: I'm surprised and disappointed that the dimensions of the Moleskine notebook delivered were 13 x 21 cm and not 14.5 x 21 cm as ordered and given in your website product specification for item 9788883701122. Please tell me why.

I wanted to change my order as I had realised that I had ordered an 18 month diary instead of a 12 month one. Although I did this very soon after ordering-within 2 hours, I was emailed and told that you would be unable to do anything. I only got the email that my diaries had been dispatched hours after being told you wouldn't be able to swap them, meaning there was a lag that I feel would have left sufficient time to have performed this swap. I always order from wordery and was disappointed by this on this occasion

Ordered four books, believing that Wordery was a stockist. It would appear this is not the case, as it took two weeks after my initial order for the last of my books to arrive, so on the face of it Wordery it looks like it is advertising books that are not in stock as being available. If I had been told this at the start I (a) wouldn't have ordered it from Wordery and (b) would have looked for it myself. Unhappy with service.

The book I ordered as a gift arrived with a bent back cover, some crushed pages and a large footprint on the last page. Poor condition and not happy with this purchase at all. Unable to return as was a gift and not enough to time to exchange it. Might not order from you again

Books now being placed loosley in large boxes so arrive damaged. Two separate deliveries have arrived with damaged books but Hive say it is too late for them to be replaced before Christmas. Oddly, the next day Hive were still sending promo emails offering delivery in time for Christmas! Hopefully they will sort thier packaging issues out quickly.

My order has not turned up, I have contacted you by chat, I was advise to wait, so I have waited. I am still waiting and I have contacted you by email but no response. I have tried to contact you by telephone but there doesn't seem to be a contact number for you and I cannot locate the chat option to discuss with you. So now I am going to have to order from someone else and pay for next day delivery because this is a gift for someone.

The hardback book I ordered arrived promptly BUT the cover was torn in numerous places. It looked as if it had been stuffed into the box far too quickly and carelessly. I had to mend the cover before I could consider giving it as a gift.
