Inevitably when running a large range, not all items will be in stock at all times. However, at the point of ordering, you should see this message if ordering any out-of-stock items: "*We are currently awaiting for this item to arrive into stock, we will reserve this item for you and a member of our team will call you shortly."

We do send an invitation to review your order as an automatic procedure - you are of course more than welcome to delay making your review until later, when the ordered goods have been delivered. This is probably the most useful scenario overall, as it will provide our future customers with the best guidance possible. “Advertises out of stock items on their website, take payment and when you ask for a refund Paypal put your money on hold until they investigate. I now have over £60 sitting in limbo and who knows when I will get it back.”

We never process card payments for orders until they are packed and ready to leave the building - however, Paypal payments are 'sent' to us, much like a cash payment would be, without the possibility of our approving or rejecting them. They remain safe, trackable, and refundable. Your payment made on 04/06/14 was refunded via Paypal on 05/06/14 immediately upon your request - you will need to log in to your Paypal account if you require the funds back in your bank account; this aspect of the transaction is rightly beyond our control.

Hello, As a company, we don't make a profit from shipping charges - in fact, it costs slightly more than the amount charged for us to use this service with the courier, due to the distances and logistics involved with routeing the parcel. Where we can send a parcel by Royal Mail, we will try to do this, but regrettably, due to severe size and weight restrictions this option is not always possible. Regards, World of Camping
