“I cannot fault either the service or quality of product I received from Wren. The designer was excellent and very experienced. The whole design process was smooth. Communication was good for delivery. The product itself was high quality and comes fully assembled (don't accept silly quotes from fitters, half their job is done). After sales service was also excellent. I had slight damage to one drawer front and it was replaced hassle free straight away. I would highly recommend Wren Kitchens above the other big suppliers.”

“I absolutely love my kitchen and it was a great process designing and purchasing it. Delivery was on time and very professional Kitchen fitter found it easy to install. Only problem was a delay with the granite, this was upsetting but when it finally came it was beautiful.”

“The design process was very thorough and we felt we were leading. David was able to turn our ideas into reality rather than pushing us into a standardised product. The delivery was on time and complete. The quality of the kitchen hasn't disappointed. The are some issues with the soft close cupboards but that is probably as a consequence of fitting rather than manufacture. One design gripe that has come to light in operation is that the splash back behind the hob is only 10cm wider than the hob consequently doesn't offer sufficient protection. The ceramic sink has picked up a couple marks which is surprising but might have been during fitting. Overall pleased with the kitchen and very pleasantly surprised by service from Wren who are clearly making significant efforts in that area and which was well beyond any of the competition.”

“Such a great experience from the start to end. The designer included everything we wanted which was a surprise as our kitchen is small but she did things we didn’t even know could be done. Matched our pricing too with the completion out there. This is the way to buy your kitchen”

“We had a wren kitchen fitted in February went with wrens FITTERS as we were advised if we didn't we'd loose our guarantee and any damages would not be replaced we had a fitter lined up but went with THERE FITTERS they made a mess and we have been trying to get it sorted it's now November and wren taking nothing to do with the fitters THEY sent to our house the stress has made us ill not to mention the inconvenience what an Absolute nightmare of a company avoid 😭😭😭👎👎👎👎”

“We had shopped around for some time before we decided on Wren. Our kitchen is large and in an old Victorian house, therefore some areas are awkward and not perfectly square. This wasn’t an issue, every stumbling block had a solution, every problem was resolved. We also paid for fitting and were very impressed with the handiwork of the joiner. He made things so easy and simple. Would definitely recommend Wren, we now have the beautiful kitchen we always wanted.”

“Very bad experience, still u going. Kitchen left in a mess! No cooker. I am searching around everywhere for someone to install my goods. Wren as delievered last, missed out information, given me misleading information. Fitters did not turn up, and left tools out and i have a 6 year old. All my electronic plugs are pulled up! I am very much not pleased! I would like my ood kitchen back! I have no kitchen now for 2 weeks going and my son has been eating fast food.”

“I have awarded Wrens kitchen design and product as very good together with the installation. It is a great shame that I was not so impressed with their head office customer service which would fail to get 1 star. It has taken 6 attempts and 5 months to get a replacement internal loose cupboard shelf - well done.”
