“Wren Kitchens were superb with every aspect of the design, delivery and extra help! As a first time kitchen fitter, the wren designers took the time to explain the potentially troublesome areas, annotated theses on the installation diagrams - making for a clear and trouble free first fit. We unfortunately received the wrong size dishwasher door but Wren were prompt in the return and replacement of the correct door.”

“I needed a complete kitchen replacement as part of a whole house refurbishment project I was undertaking. Naturally I went round to as many different companies and their respective showrooms as possible to make sure I was not only getting the best value for money, but also helpful advice on suggested materials, fittings, equipment etc. The design stage was carried out in person at the Bedford branch, all the staff there were extremely helpful and friendly. The computer renders were great for getting an idea of what the final result would look like, and for testing out minor changes to the design as we went along. The entire process end to end was fairly painless, one piece of upstand did get left out of the original design for a breakfast bar that I wanted, but a quick trip into the store and 5 minutes later that was sorted out with minimal fuss. Will have to wait and see how well everything holds up with time, but given that it's all covered by a 15/20/25 year warranty (depending on which range you pick), I'm not too worried!”

“Really happy with the service we received from start to finish. We changed our minds about the kitchen sink at the last minute and had to redesign the kitchen as it was so large! Wren sent an experienced surveyor along to double check the measurements and the final fitting went without a hitch. We were initially a little weary of using Wren because of the negative reviews but were reassured when I raised my concerns. Our kitchen consultant in the Reading office was brilliant and the overall customer service we received was great.”

“The initial plans were drawn up and then scrutinised by a visiting consultant. Back to Wrens to make small changes that utilised every bit of space. Our kitchen looks fabulous not another inch could have been used, the finished product excellent.”

“I have been very pleased with service I received form Wren Kitchens from the planning process to the delivery. I had to report a couple of problems with damaged doors but this was resolved with no problem and efficiently. To conclude I would have no problems recommending Wren Kitchens.”

“Prior to retirement I worked in the Building Industry for over 30 years. As Senior Buyer I was responsible for the placement of orders for all items including kitchens. When we decided that we needed a new kitchen we shopped around and people recommended various suppliers. After much debate we settled on Wren Kitchens. I must say in all honestly I was surprised by the sheer professionalism of the sales staff. Rather than try to impose their ideas onto us and steer us to a more expensive range they actually listened to us. Once we finally decided on Wren we placed the order. We were given a date for delivery of the kitchen units and the commencement of installation. The kitchen was delieved on time and the installer turned up on time and started stripping out the old kitchen. He turned up at 8.00am prompt and didn't leave til at last 5.00pm. His workmanship was excellent and he dealt with some minor hiccups ie the electrician not turning up etc amicably. The works were completed on time and we are delighted with the overall quality of both the workmanship and the kitchen itself. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wren Kitchens to anybody. An excellent product backed by a professional team”

“We are really pleased with our new kitchen. It was a stress-free experience from beginning to end. Our in-store designer drew up the plans and showed us what was and wasn't possible then we used their installers Essex County Gas Ltd. They carried out our extra work and installation exactly to the schedule we drew up before work started and the cost was exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend Wren and Essex County Gas Ltd to everyone.”
