“Totally USELESS. They should be banned from advertising their business on All sites.I realised that the site is a SCAM when I purchased a bike ..and got 2..yes 2...shipping details. I should be extatic..right..2 for the price of one.. Only they were both FALSE shipping documents..and obviously nothing arrived..now 22 days later!! I paid via PayPal so am waiting for my refund. AliExpress did absolutely NOTHING...""wait for 10 days.."" wait for 20 days..."" still have never answereANY OF MY CONCERNS...Customer service...full of platitudes..but NO ACTION. The business is STILL SELLING on their site...??!!! What a joke ..if it wasn't so time consuming and allowing FRAUD.”

“AliExpress one of the seller her name is Maria and her phone number +86 15890663435 Ran away with my refund years ago. I had ordered a wig I received it but was not what I wanted so I returned the wig expecting getting my refund never received it she kept promising but never returned my money. Be careful”

“ORDER NOT DELIVERED, NO REFUNDS. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! My Order ID: 8194689899604090 was lost at an airport November 9th. As there have been NO TRACKING UPDATES SINCE NOVEMBER 9TH, the seller authorized a refund weeks ago and AliExpress no longer honors their own refund policy as I think they are going out of business! Do not buy from AliExpress you will not receive your order & you will not get a refund!”

“Placed and order for 1,300 and after a week the seller send a fake tracking number. Contacted customer service and after they reviewed the case agreed to refund me the money but, waited for 2 weeks and nothing happened. The I contacted PayPal to dispute the charge (not an easy thing to do with PayPal )and I’m still waiting for the result. In the meantime, they are still holding my money Will never buy again from these people!!”

“ive had my bank ripped off i lost over $700.00 i bought like 20 products to resell. and all turned up as bolts in place of ladders sheds generators' i thought as to boxing day sales and end of year sales i felkl right into their trap. right now the items again are relisted and what stinks all these CORRUPT SELLERS onlkly got their licenses in november/december. they would have to be fakes or well pasid off to give them a sellers license i warned them a week ago about sellers selling items 20 times cheaper thaan wholesale. they took a week in the merantime thousands were scammed. and have to fight them. check out pictures and videos opening the packages remember i bought large items that in no way told can fit in a small envelope i want to upload videos i took opening packages at time of opening them. i see nothing here that allows me to show you all.”

“I eoy love to give this company zero but the lowest is 1. Very poor experience, no customer support to talk to you, I bought a closet from the direct shipping from the USA , 6 weeks later it said delivered to Kansas not Hawaii, and it was not a closet but an envelope. Luck I paid by PayPal and result after two weeks waiting they provided us with a fake USPS . After all I got my money back. This company has no ethics and morels, taking advantage of our open system and scamming us Ali Baba you're a thief please do practice somewhere else. No shame whatsoever. Avoid this trasy company”

“Gotta watch this company. I ordered 45+ items that I needed before Christmas. They stated they'd be delivered at least 5 days before Christmas. All 3 packages showed up days and one weeks after the date. Wanted to return most items. Messaged their customer service agents on over a dozen occasions who tell me everytime that I'm getting my refund but end up getting emails saying returns and refunds are denied. This company will rip you off”

“My bad review is not so much about AliExpress than one of their Seller RAIULEKO. RAIULEKO advertising was MISLEADING. They advertised a pocket talker which took the whole part of the photo BUT in fact they were selling 2 small ear plugs. These ear plugs can be found anywhere and quite cheap. Raiuleko price was VERY expensive. SO MISLEADING ADVERTISING AND VERY EXPENSIVE SIMPLE EAR PLUGS. My complain now is that AliExpress is not trying to demand that Raiuleko changes its advertising. By not pressuring Raiuleko, AliExpress is destroying its own reputation. This review will be put on internet unless AliExpress forces its seller Raiuleko to change its advertising. RAIULEKO IS THE PROBLEM FOR ME, NOT ALIEXPRESS ! Order ID: 1109246038731954”

“I want to share my nightmare experience with this store. After i bought a product around 500 dolars + 200 dollars shipping, after arrived in my country Romania, custom authorities said i have to pay another 200 dollars for shipping+ some taxes. Tried to contact seller to asking for invoice with shipping proof and he didn't respond at all. I opened a dispute on app because we are under"buyer protection" policy and tried to explain them everything, like seller took my money for shipping but he didn't pay, like i need a invoice also for authoritiesin my country, tried to download from app and was failed. Dispute was refused!!! Like they work hand in hand!!! I was disparate loosing my package, also my money!! So with 500 dollars item, i paid 500 dollars more for shipping and taxes!!! Think twice before you want to buy something from here!! I will never buy something from Aliexpress!!!!”

“If you can't find the products from anywhere else, then go for Aliexpress but don't expect anything unless you get the good. Aliexpress doesn't give your guarantee as their policy state and they don't full fill customer satisfaction so don't bother whatever their policy is. I encountered an issue where I ordered x 2 of 5 pieces each (10) that cost around $3.50, they sent me only 5. Aliexpress refused to fix this problem so I contacted the seller, he forced me to buy 5 more then he will ship include the missing 5. They don't honor what their mistake. It's scam tactic of chinese and aliexpress policy.”

There wasn't an option for Zero stars Quite possibly the most ignorant, shocking and truly disappointing customer services I've ever had the misfortune of attempting to communicate with. Had trouble with last 3 orders, last one didn't arrive. Seller didn't want to know, Customer Services at Aliexpress wasn't interested. Sick of trying to communicate. Stick the order where the sun doesn't shine, I won't be buying anything else or using that account ever again. Even after giving them all the details and receiving an email stating there were refunding, the refund never arrived. Please don't waste your time, money or energy trying to purchase anything or communicate with this so called company, rotten to the core and Dishonest. Buyers beware, avoid at all costs.”

“I had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered an item that was supposedly shipped over 40 days ago, but I still haven’t received it. Despite multiple conversations and promises from customer support that the issue would be resolved, all I received were excuses and delays. They constantly ask me to wait, but I’ve waited long enough. Instead of resolving the issue, they seem to be covering for unreliable sellers who send junk to customers and disappear for months. The platform clearly doesn’t vet their sellers, nor do they punish or block them for poor service, allowing them to continue scamming people. I’ve already contacted my bank to reverse the payment and get my money back since this company has proven to be untrustworthy. I will not be doing business with them again and will warn others to avoid this platform at all costs. If you value your time and money, stay away—this platform is unreliable and full of scammers.”
