My 12-year old son ordered pants and shorts from AliExpress. 3 pants and 1 short were way too big and there is no possibility to return the items. Only two sellers out of 4 replied to my refund requests telling me to send back the items to China. It would cost more than the price of the items! There is no return labels with the deliveries. Fortunately, there are two items that fit. I also contacted AliExpress customer service about these issues and they couldn't help. Also, the quality of the clothes was disappointing. In conclusion, it is a waste of money. It was our first and last experience with AliExpress. They don't care about customer service and satisfaction. We have higher standards in North America and are not used to this way of doing business.

They lost 7 of 9 parcels I have returned in their warehouse and denied returning my money. Practically stole from me hundreds of pounds. Absolute scam!

My experience with customer service has been a mixed bag. On one occasion, when an item arrived damaged, the process of contacting support was fairly straightforward through their messaging system.

Recently purchased 9x lights from Ali Express Only 7x turned up and they refused to deliver the two missing lights or refund. NOT GOOD SERVICE Order No. 8200094498462073

Don't order from this place. They don't like to give your money back. When the seller is a scammer, they just give you credit. And if you don't plan on shopping there again like me. Well, I guess you're not getting your money back.

Placed order .said it shipped. Delivery date 05-28-2025 now 05-30-2025 no package. Tracking # not moving ! Can send me emails everyday to buy something else. But can't send emails to tell me where my package is !! Would not buy from them again!!

Never received product. Then I was told that the tracking number that was attached to my order was was for a different address and even a different name period and they don't know what happened to my order! I was given a refund but not a total refund! Gave them a second try. And I am still waiting for my product that was supposed to be delivered.May 12th today is May 24th!

I made a withdrawal request and didn’t receive any response for several days. Shortly after, the balance in my wallet suddenly went missing. After a week passed without any clarification, I contacted support through the email in my bio, and they were able to help me retrieve the lost funds. While the issue was eventually resolved, the lack of communication during the process was frustrating and concerning. Clearer updates and faster response times would have made the experience much less stressful. I hope steps are taken to improve support and transparency for future users facing similar issues.

The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $97,100. Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Amidst my quest for a remedy, I stumbled upon RANGEPRO.ORG, a company that initially gave me pause. Their professionalism, however, shone through brightly. Right from the start, their team treated me respectfully, articulated the recovery process in a transparent manner, and steered clear of making any grandiose pledges. Bought several bricksets from them. All were missing pieces which I bought from a brick store out of my own pocket. Asked for partial refund, and was denied 3 times. They wanted the competed sets returned instead. At which point I'm out the money I spent on replacement bricks. Avoid this app at all costs.

"Never Buying from AliExpress Again – Printer Arrived Faulty, No Resolution" I purchased a UV DTF printer from All-PRINTER PARTS Store through AliExpress. From the beginning, the printer did not print properly. After reporting the issue, the seller sent spare parts, but they were also faulty. Even the seller later admitted the parts were defective. AliExpress eventually approved a full refund with return. I was ready to return the item, but the courier refused to pick it up due to the large size of the box (over 50kg) — something completely out of my control. I immediately informed AliExpress and asked for an alternative return method, but they ignored me and left the case unresolved. Now it's been over 90 days, and I’m still without a solution. This is not just the seller’s fault — AliExpress failed to support me or take responsibility. I’ve filed an international consumer complaint (econsumer.gov) because I was denied my right to a proper refund. Extremely disappointed with both the seller and AliExpress. I do NOT recommend purchasing expensive equipment through this platform.

They refuse tp send a return label for defective item. Aliexpress have made me jump through hoops for two weeks now: first I have to upload photos, then they require a video, then they finally say the defective items can be returned but tell me to organise the return shipment myself and give me some obscure address in China. Sorry, this is not acceptable! AliExpress has gone downhill in both quality of products and service. I will stick to Temu from now on.

Don't trust AliExpress. Bought a pair of shoes that the seller guarantees are genuine. I got a pair that is made of cheap plastic. Contacted the seller. He offered me 7USD for silence and to keep the shoes. Contacted AliExpress about their decision to send the shoes back with shipping that I will pay 25 USD. No one apologized to me and the shoes are still available for purchase as genuine leather shoes.

I was jerked around for the better part of a month over the lack of delivery of my order before they finally cancelled the order. I ordered on 4-2-25 with a promised delivery date of 4-10. After numerous contacts through their convoluted system and numerous "sincere apologies" and promises to expedite delivery. On the 24th, they finally cancelled the order and presumably issued a refund, of which I have yet to receive.
