Shonky, criminal seller 'STARKING' watches-NEVER BUY A WATCH FROM THESE THIEVES, blatantly false advertising, seller refused to negotiate and told me to open a dispute (knowing fully well what the end result would be). Dispute process is a total joke, in the end of a long arduous process Aliexpress found that the watch HAD been falsely advertised, couldn't be bothered forcing the crooked seller to refund me or pay return shipping as was their policy. All I got back was $10 of a $50 watch I can't use. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURNS POLICY IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. There are a few decent sellers on Aliexpress, but basically you pay your money and hope for the best. Forget it if something goes wrong, Aliexpress will ALWAYS side with seller, even if it is obvious that the customer has been deliberately duped or ripped off. BUYER BEWARE.

The sellers are scammers. Aliexpress is automated you can't even e-mail or talk to anyone. I had a problem with a seller when I cancelled the order aliexpress said up to the seller. Hahaha so I called credit card and SHAZAM dispute done got money back. That's all everyone has to do. STAY THE HELL AWAY!!!!

The WORST online shopping experience i've ever encountered! DO NOT USE THIS NIGHTMARE SITE!!! Everything about it is terrible - packaging, damaged goods, customer service, lack of english speaking agents, non refunds

Very bad experience with Ali express. My parcel is not delivered to me and they are saying that they delivered and not giving me any proof instead of asking me to give proof that I didn’t receive the item? How can I give proof if I didn’t receive it? They are very unprofessional and asking me to the local post office or local company and If they have my parcel? I just have international tracking no and no local tracking no so I have to call each company to ask that if anyone has my parcel without knowing my local tracking number. How they can deliver the item without checking any id? I Think AliExpress is a ripoff, scam, dishonest, unreliable, and not customer friendly. Their money-back guarantee is useless to waste of time. I order goods in December the estimated delivery was 20 days, their money-back guarantee was 60 days. Did not receive my goods or a refund.

Sellers don't follow the rules. I requested a refund, the seller asked if I could wait an additional week, as that is when they were getting a new delivery of the item. I couldn't wait, so the seller just set the item to sent, even though he had none in his possesion, thus preventing me from getting my automatic refund. System is gamed for sellers and they know how to exploit it.

I have paid 88.00 euro on Aliexprees for a vast last year November, till now I don’t receive any products. I’ve contacted both the seller and Ali service centers. But no refund. AliExpress’s service also very bad. They don’t protect buyers. I don’t know what can I do to get my money back?

I order a lot on aliexpress. The service has been tragic since January this year. Shipments arrive not complete and there is no return and warranty that gives aliexpress. I do not recommend, it is cheaper to buy also from china but through ebay or made in china. Beware of aliexpress you will lose money and time

I want to start off by saying that I started working with this company on Jan 19. I placed 5 orders totaling close to $2000.00. I will not work with stores that do not offer Free DHL or Fed Ex Shipping, so I asked this shop if they could ship everything together Free Shipping, they agreed. I asked them if all items were in stock and told them I needed my package very very fast. Part of the reason I added so many items to my order for the free shipping. I watched and I watched for it to ship and didn't see anything and asked every day, and they told me not to worry the shipper had it and it would ship that day. Then I went days without hearing from them, still asking every day what my tracking number was and if it had shipped. finally was given a tracking number but as soon as I saw the numbers I knew they were not fed ex or DHL they were snail mail number :-( I had told them over and over and over again I needed my items fast. they lied and lied and lied to me. I would never have placed an order if I knew it was going to take this long. I had deadlines and I missed my deadlines and was given a 200.00 fine for not have the merchandise needed. Finally, almost 2 months later the packages are starting to arrive, but they are only 1/3 of the items I ordered. I disputed them as my order was not complete and they are begging me not to dispute it, they tell me the items are coming in another package. What part of I does NOT ACCEPT B/O do you not understand? Then on top of all of this, one of the order I am really needing was just sent a couple of days ago, again after talking about how I needed it sent DHL or Fed Ex, they shipped it snail mail again. This shop seems to think they can make there own set of rules. I have never been so disgusted in how a business does business as this lying company BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM BABYQQ STORE!!!

Order Number: 8001944914485203 The tracking number RU500503165HK provided to me does not contain any tracking information except - "Shipment canceled." The store did not reply to any of my messages. I tried to open a dispute, but the site threw an error every time I tried. I repeatedly contacted the support service via chat and survey - no help was provided to me, only empty promises of compensation. I spent $ 28.95 and a lot of time talking with support in an empty - I received nothing - neither goods, nor a refund, Aliexpress appropriated my money.

The seller is so rude... I was just asking them if I can get a refund due to the delay in delivery and they started to call me as a cheater. Don't buy things here.

BEWARE SCAMMER WEBSITE!!!!!!! The seller sent me the wrong item and AliExpress covered him up the whole time because the item "looked similar". What's the point of online shopping then!!!! I'm now pretty sure the seller didn't have the item I ordered so he sent me a similar one because he knew AliExpress would be on his side. I didn't receive a refund. They told me that in order to receive a refund I had to send it back AT MY OWN EXPENSES. This is just silly, if you don't want to lose your money PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

Its been over a month going on 2 months and i still dont have what i ordered. So i put a stop payment on it now i dont care if comes or not my bank reversed my money and i ordered the same item frim walmart.com and recieved it in 2 days and im enjoying my product. PLEASE dont use aliexpress. And i blocked them on my emails cause now they are sending me things to buy and i didnt recieve the first item what nerve

Seller seems never send the item to me, open dispute and aliexpress at the seller side, arguing the seller sent judging by status “sent”. They even ask me the document to prove item lost. Document ? to prove item lost ? How ? Does not make sense to me! And also their customer service is the crappy AI robot which only give you answer from their FAQ Fully crappy, ebay and paypal much much much better 100x.

I ordered 2 womens blouses via aliexpress from store called Finding your clothes.Absolutely revolting,colours poor,quality of fabric cheap and nasty,appalling stitching and seams all puckered Red blouse, size large - too small and pink blouse,size large far too big.Will NEVER buy again,waste of my money and not even worth returning. GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible service! Every order is a gamble - half of the items do not show up, are wrong, or missing pieces. There is a reason everything is so cheap - it's GARBAGE. Both company and products. There are other sites I've ordered from, and never had a problem. But Ali Express is a JOKE. AVOID! YOU WILL BE SORRY

They just took my money. No products. No response from Customer Service up to 60days to ship and if they decide not to ship the may oe may not refund your 💰
