Worst sites to buy goods,i ordered a mobile cover & Scratch guard, first they said 7 days delivery and after 2 month i received only one product and that to at nearest post office, they charged me 4 dollar for delivery, They didn't call me nor they,MSG me about product, i will not recommend to buyers to buy any product from this site, because of their delivery services, its worst.

If you receive what you ordered, as I did last fall, good for you. If you don't, as I have not on an order placed in early May, just forget about any dispute resolution. It is all handled by bots, and you will get an endless runaround as I have.

My daughter purchased a shirt through AliExpress in April, after 3 months we still don't have the item and apparently they have attempted to deliver, albeit we are both at home and no correspondence left by the courier. They won't refund us even though they have a 90 day purchase protection. Avoid this site for your purchases.

I just closed my AliExpress account for the following reasons: 1. I have proof of AliExpress overcharging me for some of my purchases during an audit of my bank statements. That's considered theft! 2. I have proof of AliExpress underpaying me for refunds that were agreed between us. Again, this is considered theft! 3. Do you think you can find an email address or a contact number to raise any concerns with AliExpress? Heck no! And the only time you get to speak with their Customer Service people is when you raise a dispute. 4. AliExpress Dispute Process is a sham! I dont trust them as far as I can throw them! To all AliExpress customers, do please be very aware of what I am stating above! I don't write this for fun! So, Buyer Beware!

Where do I start?Very misleading vendors. They always seem to trick you at every level, for example I was looking for a multimeter on a vendors page with a photo of a multimeter and after reading the fine print it turns out to only be a set of test leads!!!On an other occasion I bought a solar panel rated at 75 watts and after reception it only gives out 20 watts max.The idiot vendor claims that it peaks out at 75 watts!!What a buch of B.S.--- Buyer beware!!!

AliExpress 1.) DOES NOT HELP ITS CUSTOMER 2.) DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER So the site is full of false advertisements, paid/fake reviews a couple of good stores and a throng of really bad ones. I only even got my deliveries 30% of the time, truth be told they used to have a decent customer support system and I got a refund on most of these. But there were changes to the system and now they don't do that. Absolutely horrid experience most of the time. Stay away from them like if they were the plague, because in a lot ways they are. I think only AliBaba works and that is only if you are in PRC. Otherwise DO NOT USE THEM or well, get burned and discover this for yourself. Otherwise, unfortunately stick to Amazon, E-bay, they are pricier but at least you do end up receiving the items.

AliExpress protects the Chinese crooks who sell on their site and keeps extending the delivery dates and does not stand behind the refunds for missing/undelivered items. They are using the excuse of "Covid-19" to lie their way out of standing behind the items on sale from their host of crooked sellers. Avoid these clowns!

AliExpress customer service is a fraud, if you open a dispute and win they still getting the real benefit! I bought the "SeaFrogs TG6 60m/195ft Underwater Diving Waterproof Housing Camera Case for Olympus TG-6 Waterproof Camera Bags w Wet Dome Port". After paying 90€ extra for customs clearance When I tried to assemble the equipment I discovered that they were NOT compatible and on of them was in fact different from what is displayed on the web site. I opened a dispute and AliExpress recognized a valid claim. But the proposals were to return goods to China but paying shipping (more ~60€) or accepting 10€ refund. So I was forced to accept 10€ and now I have a useless equipment!

AliExpress Buyer Protection is a LIE, don't get burned Order 8015154536386455 Seller attempted to extort more money after sale was completed and paid. They sent package postage due, which caused a result only on AliExpress website of "customs is holding the package". Curiously, when I inquired at the post office, they have no record of the package at all. Ali says I have to get "official document", but there's nothing to get and they are refusing to honor their buyer protection. It's just an endless loop of dispute, deny, appeal, deny, repeat. I think the "tracking number" is fake since post office has no records. Please don't waste your time with AliExpress, you'll get burned.

Horrible customer service and even worse shipping times. I placed an order early April and was originally told 30-60 days for delivery. At 60 days I received an email saying shipping time was extended another 30 days. It's now been 100 days and AliExpress is refusing a refund. Which according to their own policy I am owed. The tracking very clearly says it's not even in the US and has not arrived in "destination country." They keep asking me to wait and to check with my local office? Um, no. Now they aren't even responding to my inquiry. The seller is refusing to help saying it's not their problem. Now I'm having to open a dispute with my credit card, which is a total PITA. I don't even know why I placed this order because I know it's just going to be cheap junk. Lesson learned.

I purchased an item that stated free shipping on checkout. Yet they have charged $10 for shipping costs without my knowing or authorisation. There should be a law against this, it should not be allowed!

Aliexpress is at fault for: 1. False advertisement. Aliexpress guarantees a full refund if we do not receive an item in a certain amount of time. Before COVID19, it was 60 days, and now it is 90 days. They are never honoring this guarantee. This is a false advertisement practice, and they should remove it. 2. Aliexpress has business process loopholes that vendors can take advantage of buyers, and Aliexpress enables them to run scams. One of these loophole-scams practiced by vendors is to send the wrong items (usually an inferior item), then forcing the buyer to accept it. For example, if the buyer is paying for Item+++ the seller is sending the Item+; the buyers orders a horse, and he is getting a pony! Upon delivery and buyers complain, the buyer is offering to fix the issue asking the buyer to send back the item, with the return shipping costs paid 100% by the buyer, or to keep the received item and accept a partial refund that's the price difference between the Item+ and Item+++. As buyers don't have the same "economies of scale" price advantages from shipping providers, this venue of resolving the conflict is never acceptable for buyers from North America. In these situations, the only reasonable solution is for the buyer should receive a full refund, as they still will need to buy the Item+++ or for the vendor to support the whole ship-back costs. Aliexpress is systemically accepting the only dispute resolution for the buyer to accept the price difference (AKA, the buyer just bought a pony that he does not need, and still need to buy a horse) or ship back the item to the vendor on buyer's cost. I have been abused by Aliexpress several times on both types of accounts mentioned above.
