“I bought something which I never received (order was paced on May 24 and as of August 12 still got nothing - the buyer said over 14-30 days, ok at first but now nop!), started a dispute but never got my money back seriously I call that web site a F* scam !!!!!!!”

“Extremely horrible sellers on the platform. Customer service does not exist, don't waste your time and money. Their refund service and buyer protection is a bogus and no one cares about customer. Bought a $4 item, broken in 10 minutes, ask for refund, asked me to take a photo and upload! and then offered to send me discount for future purchases from his store!!!! Are you kidding me?”

“Buyer Be aware - DO NOT TRUST ALIEXPRESS - SHOP YOUR LOCAL STORE AND SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND TIME - Ordered a Capture card, took almost 2 months to receive it - right after I message the seller directly and let them know that the device is not working. They asked me to send them a video & I did - They sent me an instruction to do it based on & I did and the capture card still not working, It took 4-5 days messaging back and forth with the seller and got nowhere, looked like they just dont want to hear me at all and kept telling me the same device in their shop works fine, regardless of faulty device I have, I decided to open a dispute on July 29th to get aliexpress involve & I was asked to provide the same info again over and over and the customer service at Aliexpress was repeating what the seller was saying regardless of the video and info I provided. Today is August 10 (13 days passed since I opened the dispute) and still nothing happened yet.”

“I have many issues with site in the last year and i decide to close my account!!The most of the times they ship orders after 6,7 days or more and many of the sellers after you pay they ask you for more money for the shipping.I spoke with their costumer service many times and they say that they will speak with sellers for their bad behavour but they never give them a penalty,nothing at all!!!I think that the owner of this site is the shame think with the sellers!!! Beware of them and stay away there are many reliable site out there!!!”

“My goods didn't arrive - only to be told that they didn't leave the country origin. The ones that arrived came after 6 months. Generally I can't recommend Aliexpress. Bad bad bad service and experience.”

“Very bad experience .when something gets wrong , you can’t contact anyone . There is only a frustrating robot , that answers automatically . They know what they are doing and when they don’t want to refund, noone can Reach them, even no e.mails are allowed.. This is pure theft and fraud , i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I regret i bought things there . I gut lucky sometime , because i received few items , but as i said if you are unlucky , you pay the mistakes , when you have done nothing but paying also the marchandise . They are unfair with their dispute .Compete fraud.”

“Never buy from Aliexpress-especially from Tan’s store unless you want to lose your money. I’ m waiting for my orders to be delivered for 3,5 months now . One item has been delivered but damaged, the other item did’t arrive since April. Even though I’ve sent all the evidences, Aliexpress and seller refuses to give me a refund (and they are advertising Money Back guarantee on their site..)”

“AliExpress website specifically Sherly Store, doesn't even deserve 1 star. I ordered a guitar part and it never came. After 6 months tracking said it never left the country. They didn't refund me the money for order. Extremely bad experience. AliExpress support tells me that they don't care and that, "I will not get any support form them.” I don't recommend this website. It was my last transaction EVER. Never ever buy any goods from Sherly Store model store and AliExpress. They are irresponsible, insincere and thieves. No customer service. Do not place you trust or your money with this site!”

“To be Frank this website don't even deserve 1 star. I ordered fishing lure on 16/06/2020 but till date 06.08.2020 didn't receive any thing. FULL OF EXCUSES, THEY ONLY SAY WAIT. ..... “I have ordered many items from AliExpress. Most arrived, although the waiting time is generally 2-3 months.Warning: some electronics parts are counterfeit, and fail quicky! I ordered a test instrument in April. Still hasn't arrived. I opened a dispute in July, and was told to continue to wait. So I did. Then, I get a message that " the purchase protection has expired....so sad! Out of pocket $122.00. I told them it's my last order!”

“Simply put Aliexpress prioritizes protecting fraudulent sellers over protecting honest customers. Extremely bad experience with a laptop battery that was sold as new original with 2 year guarantee. What i received was a 5 year old battery that arrived damaged and after only 6 months and 75 charging cycles will not charge to more than 45% of its original capacity anymore. The seller simply doesnt respond and Aliexpress support tells me very politely that they don't care and that i will not get any support form them.”

“Hi. I had a very bad experience with saler named Shop5874572Store. I bought a t-shirt with impression and I only received a cheap blank t-shirt. I wanted to be refund but AliExpress AND the saler didn't want. Also, AliExpress blocked my cart. So I don't recommand this website. It was my last transaction.”

“Service was terrible. I spent my time to try to get refund but nothing has happened except very disappointment. I ordered goods from the seller(MMZ model store) through Aliexpress on April 27th. I waited more than 3 months since COVID-19 Pandemic which is understandable for longer waiting. But after this waiting I received a message from seller "Item was delivered successfully". What I was seeing in tracking information is "InTransit" during past 3 months. It is nonsense. So I started dispute with Aliexpress and seller. Aliexpress has a dispute process if buyer has a problem with product they ordered through Aliexpress. I explained everything I have experienced so far. This was useless. They gave me the same answer. "Item delivered successfully, no return & no refund" They didn't even provide any proof of delivery to me even though I requested if the seller have a proof. still no answer. I strongly recommend to all. Never ever buy any goods from MMZ model store and Aliexpress. They are irresponsible, insincere and like a scammers.”
