Buyer Beware. You may or may not get order. Delivery estimates are bogus. Dispute process is extended. Customer service useless. Refund process total hassle!

I have ordered a number of items on Aliexpress. Delivery frequently takes longer than estimated, but on a price/value basis some decent purchases. However, BUYER BEWARE! I filed a dispute when 1 out of 4 electronic devices was DOA and would not power on. I filed a dispute & was told to be patient for more than a week for a response due to Chinese holiday. Finally, while I was traveling for a week out of town, they replied that they needed a video of the item (I had already sent a picture) within 2 days or their judgement would be in favor of the seller's proposed solution of no refund, no replacement. I appealed the judgement, sent a video of me pressing the power button on the DOA device, and quickly received an email stating that my appeal was denied due to "insufficient evidence."

I have not been able to complete any order, when trying to make a payment I get either a 404 error or can't find page. But on Feb 4 $28.62 was taken from my bank account to AliExpress. So far I haven't been able to get any answers.

Non-existent customer service. Orders either don't arrive, arrive damaged or arrive four or five months later. Don't bother.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! AS I PLACED ORDER FOR €20 I DON'T GOT MY ORDER. ORDER AWAITS CUSTOM CLEARANCE WHICHEVER GOING TO COST ME MIN. €50 NO WHERE IN ALIEXPRESS WAS STATED THAT CUSTOMERS SELF HAVE TO CARE FOR CUSTOM CLEARANCE. I GOT REJECTED FOR DISPUTE. ME, MY RELATIVES AND KNOWN PEOPLE WILL NOT SPEND A PENNY ANYMORE IN ALIEXPRESS. VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE!!!!

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE Aliexpress not care customers. They protect scammer sellers. NOT REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chat person they can't do. They only talk, talk. To much wait. At the and you have to wait another week or two. C all customer service chat line... same story repeat.... If any problem, Aliexpress judgement process to slow. Also Dispute teams all the time sellers side, not customer. Customer allways make mistake. But seller RIGHT, HONEST, BEST. Judgement team against to customer.

Aliexpress says they offer buyer protection, but they don't communicate and I have found they are not willing to assist me when the store sent product that doesnt work

They say Money back guarantee, Free Return for ANY reason YET I've received Defective items, and items that are Not as pictured was not allowed to even Return it and the defective item I was asked to Return at MY Cost with No return address given! And no way to contact them! FRAUDULENT COMPANY ALL AROUND!

Ordered a product back in December (Batteries), took over a month for a person to reply, now get an e-mail saying only a few days left before your order expires. No product arived yet and no tracking info available yet. So I asked for a refund and still waiting for that. If I could rate zero stars a would.

I'm done with Aliexpress!! They lie, Steal and scam. Their sellers tell you they cannot ship your item for a month because they have to take a month long holiday...what???!!!, you cancel your order...they take your money anyway and then claim your bank is holding it. I have proof that's a lie. My bank statement shows they took my money. The customer service rep is rude, lies and says they're the manager when they're clearly not. Do not use this site. If anything is wrong with your order...they will take your money anyway and not give it back. They're a bunch of thieves and think they can get away with this because they're overseas. Email and phone is not applicable to talk to customer service. You can only chat via IM...another problem with this site. Awful! I rate customer service zero stars for being rude, lying to me, and being of no help whatsoever.

Please for the sake of your peace of mind DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT buy anything from aliexpress. You will be frustrated. i purchased 4 items. 1. two items arrived hitchfree however, 1 item was showing a different city from what i wrote 2. Another item was not even trackable because it's details were not showing. 3. aliexpress did not properly update the status of my order.

Scam Company. Intentionally practicing unethical business to get your money. They sent the correct product (beautiful product); however, they intentionally sent the wrong size knowingly. This is sad and unfair business practice. How do I know? They used a black marker to mark out the correct shoe size. Who does that? Why? To cover up the actual shoe size. I requested a 6.5 shoe size instead they sent a size 6 intentionally. See photo for proof. Intentionally or unintentional?

I have only used ALI twice, first item was shipped to a different address on the other side of the country and the second item was never actually shipped to me. tracking number says USPS awaiting item now for 2 months. Ill never buy anything from aliexpress again

Unethical company. Makes buyers pay for return shipping on defective merchandise (ie: purchase price $222 return shipping $160).

I've been a customer of AliExpress for years and no problems. On 10/24/2019 I ordered from Shop413401 Store - OneFeng Official store in the amount of $81.14. My Aunt had a radical Mastectomy and wanted a smooth (no nipple or bump)Mastectomy Breast Form. These are hard to find, and was surprised to find them on AliExpress. Tracking: EX212501565SG, after 3 weeks and tracking did not move and showed inbound failure I contacted shop. They gave me another tracking saying it changed: LN835390189CN. And showed the same problem. I contacted them again, They stated the product was returned to them due to shipping problem, and told me to file a dispute will AliExpress since they have not released their money and AliExpress would give my money back. I filed dispute with explanation and copied message and tracking pictures. 8 weeks of AliExpress sending me 1 to 2 emails a week stating wait 10 days, wait 7 days, product in transit. Click on button to agree (theres no button). Email stating after 59 days I would get my money. Nothing. I filed a Chargeback on my CC in January, AliExpress did not respond to American Express. I sent a message to the store telling them about this, and they stated have patience, your product is in transit. I told them I am reporting them to US Internet Fraud, they did not respond, however within 24hours they pulled the product off their store. You will get fake tracking. AliExpress is no longer a Safe site to purchase from.

What happened to AliExpress ??? The quality of the service sent down significantly at least with local support team. Now when I am chatting with Russian-speaking operator the quality of the answrr is below of the acceptable level. Just an example. Order number# Transaction cost :25.37 $ - 3 items had been paid. Passed 3 months and I have not received my goods. The seller had been told me - the parcel most probably had been lost. AliExpress dispute conclusion: non-existong tracking number. Ok. Refund. But why 13.83$? After I have contacted the operator they promissed to continue the investigation. But I am 100% sure if I would not contacted the will not refund the rest of the sum. And thst started happenning with Russian-speaking support team. coincidence? Be careful with refund check the goal amount of many the service is going to tranfer you back.
