“absolute joke of a site.... received counterfeit goods, dealt with a horrendous dispute and buyer protection process for 45 days and got screwed. The process was pain staking and I didn't even get my money back after the dispute was confirmed as a refund. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE. You have no way to talk to someone to assist.”

“Aliexpress site is the biggest thief I never saw, they don't have a customers service at all, they have plenty of fraud seller & they support them, they can easily give the money to the seller even if you didn't receive the order & even if you opened a dispute, they took from me 200$ & i didn't received my items, they are a pain of ass, the must guarantee shopping site is eBay.”

“My order was not received, I was charged for an order that was confirmed to be shipped and received, the order is not listed in my account, Eva is worthless. I have confirmation emails with order code and nothing is in my account. Aliexpress STOLE MONEY!!!!! I will leave negative feedback on Google and hopefully no one ever makes the mistake of using Aliexpress and loosing money like I did!”

“Absolute disgrace. Ordered a cellphone from them, it arrived broken, they ignored all refund requests and simply continued dodging the question. Documented proof of chat logs, and that it arrived broken, all on vid. Absolutely pathetic . Low quality items. Low quality customer service.”

“Such a bad experience. I ordered a projector which costs around $300. They delivered it after 25 days. The product is not working. After so many requests they have sent a video to fix it. But still not working. I wish I could return it. I never want to order anything from aliexpress. Such a horrible company. I lost $300.”

“my order been closed as i used the same debit card with my spouse. new user bonus coupon void.WHO WILL READ UR FINE PRINT FOR TnC? specially for new user?chat bot and live agent couldnt help at all, if your system not that flexible, Pls pls pls invest a bit in IT that a POP UP window when select the new user bonus coupon,those important RULES n REGULATIONS!! such a let down.. enough, acc closed/deactivated.”

“Signed up for an account. Tried to order items. Got locked out. Contacted them. It says someone will get back in 48 hours. Been waiting quite a bit more than that. It says appeal for account reactivation. Guess to treat customers like they treat there own people. Left comments to tell them what is wrong, to help them, but also to no avail.”

“I paid for one dress 25$.two day later suppliers replied me on Ali express message saying we don’t have this dress in stock . You cancel the order. When I canceled the order I put reason seller does not have this dress in there stock. Seller is trying to force me Lie on this website to put (other reason) this suppliers are fully liers .this website is not safe to use and don’t put your credit card info they are thieves. I ordered many stuff from AliExpress. Nothing has been delivered. On delivery status it’s shows it had been delivered they are not my credit back neither they have complaints department. Please see the images I attached with this comment. These Chinese people are forcing you to lie on the website.”

“It is not a matter of IF they will cheat you, its a matter of when. The Aliexpress Scam: We will promise buyer protection to trick you into trusting us, then we will steal your money when you order. It is an organized corrupt system of separating buyers from their money, and leaving us with no recourse. The asian sellers in china have been increasingly sending us their seconds, knock-offs, and just plain garbage; Tricking US buyers by using stolen product images (other asian sites such as WOTOBA have entire businesses set up to do this.) The asians in China give the good products to their own citizens and pawn off all of their garbage on sites like Aliexpress & ebay. They will ship you any junk they have on hand, knowing that the price of returning it will exceed the refund of your money. If you contact the seller, they will always tell you it was a simple mistake, and that they will "compensate" you (for all of your lost waiting time 3 - 8 weeks!) with a refund of your money. (This is NOT compensation!) And here's the Caveat: ... They will tell you that they will refund your stolen money ONLY if you lie for them & change the negative feedback to a positive first: This allows the sellers to continue victimizing new, additional buyers. Once changed in advance of a refund, they will walk off with your money. You will NEVER see it and find yourself with no recourse. Paypals "buyer protection" will not cover ... anything. Once again: Send it back to china at a minimum shipment cost over $14.00. You will usually be given a 10 day return limit, far short of the 3 to 6 weeks it takes for things to go to or come from china. So you can pay to ship the junk back if you want, but you will lose that money, too, when that 10 day time limit is exceeded. Be aware of Scam Version #2: Sometimes the seller will promise to "resend" a correct/undefective/non-arrival item if you revise the negative feedback FIRST. Dont fall for it; It will NEVER arrive, because it will never be shipped. On ebay, if you complain or leave negative feedback for garbage items received, you will see how fast the seller will try to flip it, saying that it is YOU who are causing THEM such trouble, wrecking their business, etc. with your negative report(s); They will cheat you, steal your money, and try to make YOU feel bad for THEM! They will usually send a pleading letter presenting themselves to you as a victim: I will lose my job over your negative product review; I am a poor single parent; I have cancer; My mom is dying ...I have heard them ALL, and more. Our government needs to step in to end these corrupt entities from continuing to fleece americans, but right now criminal businesses like these are being supported, enabled, and encouraged. Please help by REFUSING to change accurate negative feedback to positives for any reason, except when a true mistake was made when leaving it. Leave reviews with your experiences at online watchdog reporting sites. AliExpress, Ebay and others will continue to feed on us like vampires, until enough attention is brought to these scamming crooks and legal action is taken to put an end to it .”
