I've been a customer of AliExpress for years and no problems. On 10/24/2019 I ordered from Shop413401 Store - OneFeng Official store in the amount of $81.14. My Aunt had a radical Mastectomy and wanted a smooth (no nipple or bump)Mastectomy Breast Form. These are hard to find, and was surprised to find them on AliExpress. Tracking: EX212501565SG, after 3 weeks and tracking did not move and showed inbound failure I contacted shop. They gave me another tracking saying it changed: LN835390189CN. And showed the same problem. I contacted them again, They stated the product was returned to them due to shipping problem, and told me to file a dispute will AliExpress since they have not released their money and AliExpress would give my money back. I filed dispute with explanation and copied message and tracking pictures. 8 weeks of AliExpress sending me 1 to 2 emails a week stating wait 10 days, wait 7 days, product in transit. Click on button to agree (theres no button). Email stating after 59 days I would get my money. Nothing. I filed a Chargeback on my CC in January, AliExpress did not respond to American Express. I sent a message to the store telling them about this, and they stated have patience, your product is in transit. I told them I am reporting them to US Internet Fraud, they did not respond, however within 24hours they pulled the product off their store. You will get fake tracking. AliExpress is no longer a Safe site to purchase from.

What happened to AliExpress ??? The quality of the service sent down significantly at least with local support team. Now when I am chatting with Russian-speaking operator the quality of the answrr is below of the acceptable level. Just an example. Order number# Transaction cost :25.37 $ - 3 items had been paid. Passed 3 months and I have not received my goods. The seller had been told me - the parcel most probably had been lost. AliExpress dispute conclusion: non-existong tracking number. Ok. Refund. But why 13.83$? After I have contacted the operator they promissed to continue the investigation. But I am 100% sure if I would not contacted the will not refund the rest of the sum. And thst started happenning with Russian-speaking support team. coincidence? Be careful with refund check the goal amount of many the service is going to tranfer you back.

The Aliexpress return/refund process is broken and have been trying to settle a dispute for over 6 weeks. The wrong sized product was delivered so I opened the required return material authorization called a Dispute Form. I was given instructions on how to return the product for a full refund but no free shipping was offered (although it was offered at the time of sale) so I paid the return shipping and have delivery confirmation but the seller says it was not "returned in time". They gave me a month to return it yet I paid for 2nd day delivery and have proof that it was returned 3 weeks before their deadline. The Aliexpress Customer Service Automated Teller is worthless as the complaint process is a series of dropdown box automated selections that don't provide a process for adequately describing the issue. Hence the automated response keeps me in a vicious circle of frustrating complaint run arounds with no option to get this refund worked out. Even this automated complaint form does not offer a selection to indicate that I never got a refund so I have to reply with a "N/A" just another indication that AliExpress's process is severely broken and may be that way by design...

I wish I found these reviews before ordering! Shop Amazon or something reliable and just pay a little more. This site is total BS. Ordered 2 weeks ago and they took my money within seconds, but no product, no tracking, no responses. Now it says it'll be shipped in 18 days! It's f-ing 2020, this is a scam!!

THERE IS NO LEVEL OF ACCOUNTABILITY, YOU DO EVERYTHING VIA CHAT OR EMAIL, HORRIBLE RESOLUTION IF ANY IS PROVIDED. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. MOST SELLERS SCAM AND POST FAKE PRODUCTS AND WHEN THEY ARE SHUT DOWN THEY RE-OPEN UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME.

I ordered a jacket on Ali express, and the seller wrote to me saying that the item was not available. I didn’t see this until a month later, so I replied and said please refund then. It wasn’t possible to refund I had to dispute. Then the seller told me that the item had been delivered and showed me the tracking to say that it was delivered two months ago. ( at the same time they wrote to me saying it was not available.) I never signed for or received the package so I disputed it. Aliexpress insisted that the package was delivered and that they couldn’t do anything. I lost €35 and there was nothing I could do about it. It should not be on the buyer to take responsibility for a wrongful delivery. Sellers should be insured against this kind of thing. I will never order on Aliexpress again.

Recently ordered a watch that wasnt as advertised. Asked for a full refund or replacement watch. They offered me a modest refund which I rejected on basis of misleading advertising. Never again and beware.

Worst company ever. Cust service is a joke. They are theievs and scammers and need to be braught to court. No managers no way to speak to different depts. Just a bunch of scammer scum. I have tons of Screen shots of them lieing and breaking the law and violating consumer rights.

This is the worst website I have ever ordered from. I had to dispute already 3 orders and I've only had the app for a few months. I canceled my order quick in time and it states I will have to wait 22 days for a refund if I get any response. I waited for a purchase for over a month contact the seller got no response when they read my message. I contacted costumer service they said I will be receiving a email in 24 hours its been 4 days and haven't gotten anything.

I have about 5 items undelivererd with no refund. They ask you to contact your local post office but if theres no missed delivery card left by the post office then it is impossible to contact yo reclaim your item. A lot of scammers sellers on aliexpress and the company not doing anything about it..go to dhgate or amazon

I placed an order over 2 months ago. The order never arrived. I’ve made several attempts to contact them requesting a refund, but I get an automated reply that’s reads “please be patient...” No refund, no product, no recommendation.

They refused to accept my claim, that I did NOT receive the products. They refused to send the products that I paid for. They refused to send me the products to my actual address. Their so called proof consisted of showing something they probably typed up on their computer. They are thieves. Shame on them. WISH is way better. May they all die.

I did order a month iptv subscription for $2.99 but I got nothing , I never got anything even if they sent me emails telling me that your order is been shipped then your order received by me . I tried to call them or chat with someone of customer service but I find no contact information. be aware of aliexpress they are a kind of scammers once you pay for something , there is no one to contact after that according to my experience. I will never by from chinease companies, if you want to buy something do it from amazon or ebay they r more reliable and they have representatives who you can talk to.

They offered to deliver the items in 2-3 weeks. Suddenly they are informing me I may have to wait for 4-6 more weeks and, if my purchased (and paid) items do not arrive, then, and only then, I may file a complain. I want a full refund and I want it now. This shopping experience has been a nightmare. I consider it a SCAM!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR NERVES ON TRASH ! 1- Bad quality products (specially electronics) - doorbell camera and endoscopic camera, LOWEST USER RATINGS IN APPS STORES (Toosee & YCamera), Both use open WiFi network (means that anyone with the application can see your camera image ! both went to trash and I lost USD 60 because chinese sellers alleged that I was not configuring the mobile software correctly, even when I sent them a video showing correct steps ! 2- 5 buys, 3 disputes ! funny is that expensive buys all resulted in disputes but cheap buys (USD 10) did not ! and each dispute takes weeks to be settled; 3- A pair of shoes, initial delivery 20-35 days, when payment was made, seller asked 35-60 days, when I disputed this, he sent the shoes to another state hundreds miles away and AE alleged that the shoes was delivered ! 4- AE is a chinese company, they let chinese sellers sell their trash in the site even when you show them by video that the products does not work properly and their products have bad user reviews on APPs Stores, they will al ledge that you didn't configure the app. correctly ! 5- AE has more than 4500 complains here with the record of none of them even answered ! they are there to rip new buyers money! if you want to lose money or your patience just go ahead and try it !

False advertising. Offers coupon for new members till the item is priced to 1 cent. Funny how they cancelled my order "due to security verification" and on my other account charged me higher than the actual price. Ridiculous. They also won't reply to my messages. AND MY MONEY IS GONE!
