“False delivery dates.items garbage non working. They're return/refund policy doesn't exist. The dispute part really doesn't exist as aliexpress always sides with seller and keeps your money. Worst company I have ever felt with. I wish I had done research before hand but got caught up with it being black Friday and all. Never got my package till new years eve. Bottom line is if you love donating money to strangers go order .”

“I found the items I was looking for but when I read the bad reviews I thought I'd play it safe and order one small item to see what happens. I ordered a thinlites cutting die for $3.65. But lo and behold they processed all 14 items on my wish list. Which I never ordered. I was able to cancel 6 through Amazon. (the orders that had not been sent yet) Unfortunately they couldn't cancel the ones that had shipped. We'll see if they arrive. I'm not holding my breath. Avoid Aliexpress.”

“Wouldn't recommend. It's a huge cheating site. Got 12 order from twenty 20. If You miss a time to Open Dispute. You'll loose money and items. Worst service ever”

“absolute joke of a site.... received counterfeit goods, dealt with a horrendous dispute and buyer protection process for 45 days and got screwed. The process was pain staking and I didn't even get my money back after the dispute was confirmed as a refund. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE. You have no way to talk to someone to assist.”

“Aliexpress site is the biggest thief I never saw, they don't have a customers service at all, they have plenty of fraud seller & they support them, they can easily give the money to the seller even if you didn't receive the order & even if you opened a dispute, they took from me 200$ & i didn't received my items, they are a pain of ass, the must guarantee shopping site is eBay.”

“My order was not received, I was charged for an order that was confirmed to be shipped and received, the order is not listed in my account, Eva is worthless. I have confirmation emails with order code and nothing is in my account. Aliexpress STOLE MONEY!!!!! I will leave negative feedback on Google and hopefully no one ever makes the mistake of using Aliexpress and loosing money like I did!”

“Absolute disgrace. Ordered a cellphone from them, it arrived broken, they ignored all refund requests and simply continued dodging the question. Documented proof of chat logs, and that it arrived broken, all on vid. Absolutely pathetic . Low quality items. Low quality customer service.”

“Such a bad experience. I ordered a projector which costs around $300. They delivered it after 25 days. The product is not working. After so many requests they have sent a video to fix it. But still not working. I wish I could return it. I never want to order anything from aliexpress. Such a horrible company. I lost $300.”

“my order been closed as i used the same debit card with my spouse. new user bonus coupon void.WHO WILL READ UR FINE PRINT FOR TnC? specially for new user?chat bot and live agent couldnt help at all, if your system not that flexible, Pls pls pls invest a bit in IT that a POP UP window when select the new user bonus coupon,those important RULES n REGULATIONS!! such a let down.. enough, acc closed/deactivated.”
