“Sadly couldnt give lower than a 1. Customer service is so poor! Gave me incorrect advice and now i have to pay twice to get my items. There is nowhere to contact them for customer help. They have turned off their live chat and will only send you automatic emails. Noone actually wants to help!”

“AliExpress is not processing refunds. Have to open a claim with the credit card company. On other disputes they agree with incorrect item sent but only refund 10% - IF I get the refund. I have used AliExpress for 6 years and now do not trust at all. I think they are going under. I now do most my shopping on Ebay - MUCH safer.”

“There are two possibilities why AliExpress is not working 1.) They turned their business process in CHEATING! 2.) They crashed their IT and lost all data. NO DATA SAVING?! NO SECURITY?! BUT KEEPING THE MONEY FOR THE ORDER!!! THE WORST INTERNET SELLING COMPANY EVER!!! DO NOT ORDER! DO NOT LOOSE MONEY!”

“You have Fraud going on your sites, and refuse to take action. AliExpress not to be trusted for ordering anything. Seller indicate they never shipped the item, however AliExpress site send email that they shipped it and my credit card is charged for it. I open dispute with AliExpress twice, AliExpress site shows tthere do not have any dispute. AliExpress is Pure Fraud. New potential customer be aware, you will wasting lots f your time to chase these issue with them, and at the end you will need to work with your credit company to stop/withdraw the payments.”

“I ordered bathroom tissue, 1 pack, and I sax strap. The order went in for 6 of each, immediately billed to my credit card and supposedly shipped even though I tried to cancel the order prior to shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I only hope my bank and reverse the charges on these pricks.”

“Never use this site. Everythings from china. Shipping is horrible. I had the sellers tracking info that showed my package was never delievered and never even left china but they still sided with seller. Total scam!”

“The sweater my daughter received wasn't that bad. The quality is decent for the price. The print on the sweater has stayed on and kept it's color after 2 washes, so not bad at all. We received the order 2 and a half weeks. It might have been delayed by the virus going around which is understandable. My daughter loves her new sweater.”

“Awful experience. It’s been Over two months and I haven’t received any of my packages. They were all scheduled for March, now they are scheduled for the end of April, which will make it 3 and a half months. What a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE”

“This is probably the worst place to buy… This is probably the worst place to buy things online. Most of the sellers have low quality products and VERY slow shipping! They also say they have USA warehouses but then ship from China! They also show they have stock and when you order you get a message a week later saying they are out of stock. HORRIBLE AND AVOID”
