“I did not receive the order, and at the post office I did not find the shipping number, they do not present proof of having been delivered to my address. I was tricked And Aliexpress still gives the seller reason, incredible. They are the two to steal. They don't steal from me anymore.”

“ALIEXPRESS is NOT an honorable retailer Received a guitar where the neck fell off within 2 months of receipt. Repair of the guitar would cost more than the $400 guitar itself. Seller wanted me to pay ANOTHER $250 to ship a replacement for their defective goods. Impossible to get full refund from AliExpress - customer service offered $40 on a $400 guitar. They take no responsibility for the stuff they sell. I have bought a lot of stuff from AliExpress, and had problems on about 15% of transactions - the stuff they sell is junk. DO NOT BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS - THEY ARE NOT A RELIABLE OR HONORABLE SELLER.”

“They are not reply to Complaints and the online service stupid. I ordered 5 item in one order and I paid online all the charges. They didn't mention through my purchase that there is extra delivery charge for each item of my order. Delivery company called me and they want me to pay 30 dirhams for each item which is too much and it didn't mentioned during my purchase. I tried to complain but there is no response.”

“Despite huge choice, nothing is proper. From goods description, copy of branded items, poor packaging and a terrible shipping system. Seller has 15 days to shipped your goods! They get the tracking number and it takes another 3/4 days before the shipper pick up your parcel! Some competitor are much better and for few extra € you get an outstanding service and steadfast delivery.”

“Aliexpress is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they make 100% sure that you cannot check on your order. They refuse correct passwords, they make sure that you cannot change your password, it does not matter what you try and use for a password they reject it, although it is exactly according to there requirements, as long as the password does not work you are blocked from tracking your order, my order allready paid for is months overdue, they dont respond to any emails and there customer service is A JOKE, DONT EVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE”

“Shipping takes months, floppy website which is no where mobile friendly. Tracking is nightmare! Anything this site have advantage is couple of dollar difference but for that you get delivery date between 39 to 59 business days!!!!”

“I've bought there many things. Some of them arrived, usually late. Many of them never arrived. Lately with the Covid 19 excuse, Aliexpress is taking advantage and when time to ship the order is ended for sellers, they don't cancel the order. They lie the order has been shipped and give a false tracking number, so you have to wait 3 months to get refund. I've known that since a seller sent me a message to apologise not can ship my order and Aliexpress had given me even a tracking number! After that I sent message all sellers to ask if they had shipped my order. Unfortunately most of them never answer, so I opened a dispute and this way, they answered. Unfortunately most of my orders never had been shipped and Aliexpress cheated me about orders have been shipped and has given all false tracking numbers. And not only you have to wait for 3 months! They refund less than you paid! They say it's your bank change. That's not true. The few times eBay had to refund, It was always the same amount I had paid.”

“order take long time to arrive. If not happy with the item received and you want to return it for refund, it will cost you to ship back more than it price if it was below $12.00 as minimum international shipping. I prefer Amazon and or an actual store in Toronto as it is easy to get refund.”

“For order : 8118817836425031 For the product "2020 Chinese Shaolin Analgesic Cream Suitable For Rheumatoid Arthritis/ ZB Joint Pain/ Back Pain Relief Analgesic Balm Ointment", cost per piece about 1.50 EUR, vendor ZB Medicament Store I was charged with the amount of 65 EUR! Aliexpress protects stealers like ZB Medicament Store. They stole 65 euros for shipping method that I never chose! Do never chose AliExpress! Vendors abuse with their clients and customers are not protected at all!”

“The price STARTED OFF AS GOOD. However I used Paypal (for security) which was paid off by my Credit Card. Because Aliexpress classifies themselves AS A BANK (saves sellers a few cents) Capital one look at it as a BANK TRANSFER, charging me a $10.00 "Cash Advance Fee" (which they give to banks but not merchants) along with a $.50 Interest charge on the $16.01 purchase, almost doubling it. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with Aliexpress to get this corrected, as there is no method of communicating directly with them, and they do not let you know this will happen. Simply in your head know that they will add about $10.00 to the cost of your order.”

“Aliexpress help sellers to cheat customers. I spend more than 400 $ on a car multimedia that dosent work and seller want help me. Aliexpress say in the dispute i have recived my parcel. Another seller recivede my ordre more then 2 months ago but nothing delivered. Aliexpress says i can open a dispute but i have to return the goods, i dont recived and the post office confirmed they dont deliverede it.”
