“I ordered 3 items 4 months ago, 1 arrived a couple months later, the other 2 never came. Can't get a refund because aliexpress is saying the the items were delivered. Costomer service is horrible, no help there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.”

“I had ordered 2 shirts with seller - 'Fredd Marshall Official Store'. The size mentioned in product description does not match. I need to change the Size to 'L'. When i am contacting the seller, I am not getting proper response. You have to learn the After Sales Service from 'Lazada'. They have good After Sales Service. I have spent S$40 for these 2 shirts, if size does not fit should I throw those shirts ? or seller should return the items and give me correct size or else return the items and refund my money back. I would say, Ali Express should BAN these kind of sellers. Or Ali Express has to deal directly with seller, why we should be in trouble ? The other thing is the live chat also no response. I need correct size or need full refund back.”

“I bought a pair of leggings from a seller called Shop 1991 Store. After waiting for two months i received the package. instead of the leggings I ordered, there was a plastic table cover. I open a dispute for a refund. Reason item not as described. The seller didn't respond to the dispute. Aliexpress released the payment to the seller because my reason is not valid. So I order pants, I received a table cloth, I say the item is not as described and Aliexpress responds that my reason is not valid. Table cloth and pants are the same thing according to Aliexpress. So I didn't get a refund.”

“I do most of my shopping online. This was my first attempt with AliExpress. It's been a month and a half and I never received my item. Seller says it was delivered but it actually tracked right back to them. Seller won't ship a replacement and won't refund my money. AliExpress says they "Judged" my case and I get a refund but should contact the seller to resolve things. Seller refuses to give me a refund because they say it was delivered...This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. No customer service, no contact email no contact number. There is really no way to contact AliExpress....Can't contact the seller either.....I'm out $130 bucks and I'll probably never see it or my item. DO NOT SHOP WITH ALIEXPRESS! OR PHOTO STUDIOS STORE! They are fraudulant! That's my two cents....”

“An AliExpress Store named GSM unlock Store sold me an item. without The item arrived defective without an invoice or any documentation. when I contacted the seller, they declined selling the item to me. Without documentation they attempted to defraud me. No Customer service was available from AliExpress.”

“Complete scam and fraud platform designed for that purpose. No matter what evidences you upload to show that you returned faulty items, they act blind to rip you off and never refund you. Avoid them. Use Amazon instead. I spent $192 on faulty home thermostats (order#8015780833454241), when i opened a dispute, they guided me to their courier, which collected the faulty items and returned it according to courier tracking, i provided them with the receipt, but AliExpress didn't issue any refund claiming that they haven't received it. Complete scam”

“Before I think this app is good, I have few orders I haven’t received, I cannot get money back. This app is terrible. I contact the customer service, they cannot help me, they said my order over the protection period. Do I need to check my order every day? Contact seller no response, they are totally scammers. There are sell too much craps and fake product. Customer service getting worse and worse. Do not buy anything from this app. Stay away this scams app and badly customer service.”

“ORDER# 8018187071000693 I was stupid to trust that ALIEXPRESS have customer support. I purchased an item (liquid to coat ceramics for printing on them) and paid 100 USD + 18 shipping + 23 duty . . . Anyway, after I got the stuff and tried them, it didn't work at all. Just a diluted liquid and should go to garbage. I sent a proof to the seller, and after that, he admitted that he sent me the wrong item and that the one I got is for clothes. He offered to resend me the correct one but I have to pay again. I opened a dispute at aliexpress, and waited for 10 days before the seller responded, which he lied and said we sent him the correct item and I that I don't know how to use it. At the same time, he changed the description of the item (FROM Ceramics to Clothes). I sent them all the proofs that he is a liar, cheater,... But they still refund me half of my money after almost a month of messaging them. I will never ever go back to ALIEXPRESS, they are thieves, liars, robots, and they don't give a **** about customers (FAKE PROMISES).”

“BAD EXPERIENce ! I placed an order 8007238813445008 on 01.12.2019 and I have not received it until today 09.09.2020. There isn't anyone you can talk to and there isn't any mail address.All you can do is to send a message where it takes a lot of time until you get a response. My package was send back to China with AWB 802127510 and they refuse to return my money or give my package.They send me to Alikafeii Trading Co., Ltd. and they send me back to Aliexpress. “Terrible experience. Order 8017510130127314 I ordered a Huawei Band 4 Pro fitness bracelet. The seller sent me a woman;s bra! I am a man! I submitted a dispute and requested a refund. The dispute went to AliExpress arbitration. AliExpress arbitration told me to upload as evidence proof photos of package with tracking number, waybill and item sent. I uploaded the requested evidence as proof. AliExpress arbitration ruled against me. Reason? Insufficient evidence proof! No explanation about what was insufficient. No way to appeal, no other channels of communication open. AliExpress protects fraudulent or incompetent sellers. They do no protect honest buyers. Never again.”
