“I'm a regular buyer from this Aliexpress website, they have a rubbish policy when you ask for refund. some time the sellers send wrong and much cheaper products instead the ones I ordered, when you ask for refund, the aliexpress will ask you to return to a Chinese address to get refund, and they don't pay the return postage, and postage from UK to China are very expensive, mostly I won't be able to get refund.. My last order (Order No: 8117937031499301), I bought 10 items, 6 of them are broken, I asked to refund these 6 items, then aliexpress made decision ask me to return to China again. I won't return it because I have to pay expensive postage, just to warn anyone about these from Aliexpress Policies. and I can't appeal, nowhere to complaint. but I may try to ask my bank to help to get the refund.”

“My last two orders have had problems. 60 days and still waiting for boat hooks to be delivered. And the trousers I ordered came after a long wait but were the wrong size I ordered size 38 and was sent size 36. the cost of sending them back makes it uneconomical.and the time is taken between putting an order in and receiving the goods could make any dispute last for half a year.”

“I have previously used Aliexpress without any problems. But recently ordered a phone from X-show on the Aliexpress platform. When delivery finally arrived after more than 4 months I only received an empty box, no phone. X-show were terrible, refused to deal with my issue. I went through the dispute process and even though I had photos and witness my dispute was declined. The dispute process is a joke. Be wary of Aliexpress and avoid X-show, scanners.”

“Aliexpress is become worst now, you "can't" dispute the delivery takes forever and if you are lucky finally the shipment came and the stuff is actually just a garbage quality. No more for me to order from aliexpress.”

“While i am sure there are millions of transactions on Aliexpress every year that get delivered without an issue, when it goes wrong Aliexpress will be firmly on the side of the seller. Lots of people may be happy with poor quality Chinese products. I am not one of those people. I also do not expect to get told the product I ordered was antique as some sort of explanation for poor quality. Antique means old not poor quality. Do not order through here if you like good quality. I will never use Aliexpress again.”

“Do not trust Ali Express. The seller sends the wrong product and yet Ali express did not attempt to solve my issue. Did not communicate with me nor attempted to solve my complaint. Very pathetic customer service by ali Express.”

“people who would like to order things from aliexpress should write a note on the order form on their website by using the special instructions box "if i do not receive the ordered items correctly and on a timely manner i will go to the police PLEASE WRITE THIS IN CHINESE TO MAKE THEM REACT USE A TRANSLATOR THIS IS THE ONLY WAY THAT THEY ARE GOING TO STOP FROM DOING WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND PUT AN END TO THIS”

“I ordered some products from Ali express I waited 3 months never received items according to their tracking which is Impossible to understand ,said it had been delivered emailed the seller would not respond ,tried to email ali express they would not even acknowledge there was even a problem !!! I had to go through my pay pal account to get my money reimbursed this website is a scam do not waste your time or money”

“I did not receive the order, and at the post office I did not find the shipping number, they do not present proof of having been delivered to my address. I was tricked And Aliexpress still gives the seller reason, incredible. They are the two to steal. They don't steal from me anymore.”

“ALIEXPRESS is NOT an honorable retailer Received a guitar where the neck fell off within 2 months of receipt. Repair of the guitar would cost more than the $400 guitar itself. Seller wanted me to pay ANOTHER $250 to ship a replacement for their defective goods. Impossible to get full refund from AliExpress - customer service offered $40 on a $400 guitar. They take no responsibility for the stuff they sell. I have bought a lot of stuff from AliExpress, and had problems on about 15% of transactions - the stuff they sell is junk. DO NOT BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS - THEY ARE NOT A RELIABLE OR HONORABLE SELLER.”

“They are not reply to Complaints and the online service stupid. I ordered 5 item in one order and I paid online all the charges. They didn't mention through my purchase that there is extra delivery charge for each item of my order. Delivery company called me and they want me to pay 30 dirhams for each item which is too much and it didn't mentioned during my purchase. I tried to complain but there is no response.”
