“I was scammed by AliExpress! Please DON’T shop at AliExpress. I have been shopping at AliExpress for a few years now. Prices are usually reasonable but as the saying goes “You get what you paid for” Shipping has always been an issue. Sometimes I’ll order an item and receive it 2 to 3 months after I placed the order. This is very frustrating because in some cases, I no longer need the item at the time it arrives. I know that there are lots of shady vendors (Scammers) on AliExpress but I didn’t know that AliExpress will back them up. I purchased a set of masks 3 months ago; I NEVER received the items but AliExpress system automatically receives the items on by behalf after the 89 days processing time expires. I opened a dispute to notify AliExpress that I did NOT receive the goods I paid for. They came back with a judgement saying that my dispute was invalid, even though the tracking # clearly shows that the item was ‘Undelivered’. Basically, I did NOT get the items I paid for and will NEVER get my money back from AliExpress. Their customer service is the worse. Don’t waste your money on AliExpress.”

“Absolute rubbish, buy at your peril, purchased a mobile phone of Aliexpress site and supplied by XSS, took a month to arrive, phone started to fail shortly after, it started with a poor charging connection and then battery failure, connected both parties to remedy the problems, the just ignored any correspondence for weeks, they are now end of November saying out of time for refund, I didn't ask for my money back, just bloody fix it, be aware that their guarantee is only three months on everything. Scam.”

“11 orders 10 problems Orders arrive broken, not as described, or simply don't arrive at all. Customer service and warranty do not exist. Some sellers do go as far as mocking the customer and instead spam you with more tat.”

“why not to order from aliexpress if time is critical I ordered the 02.11.2020 and payed instant. Item cost 150 USD + 90 USD delivery cost for FedEx. Estimated delivery: Nov 10 - Nov 18. Now, 25.11. my package hasn't moved and I can do nothing than wait til 90 day to open a dispute. P.S. Order small stuff you don't need but never order stuff you need at the estimated delivery time because these are jokes. After someone orders something from aliexpress, the seller has 7 days to ship it. He can just enter a fake tracking number to get additional 11 days before he needs to enter a real tracking number (that's what support explained to me) ...what a joke #fuckAliexpress #scam #Aliexpress #aliexpressshopping #wtf #aliexpressscam”

“Alixpressis a scam Alixpress is a scam. I bought something and i was suppossed to rexeive my package on september 29. Today is november 21 and i can not get my money back. And they do not give you a good answer. The saller gave me a DHL tracking number that only the label was created DHL never receive the package. Definetly Alixpress is a Scam. Not recomended Use ebay Use amazon They are better And Eva that is the customer service its a machine that always say tge samething. Eva never understand questions. Not Recomended”

“Always get answers from Bot, not live agent. Process to return is a big mess! Some sellers are not typical human, no talk no communication. The store lure people in because availability of product and saving their money. If you want to take risks, start buying with small transaction first. Do not start with large one. You will be regretful. Good luck!”

“RIP OFF. Never buy anything here Never buy anything more than 5 o 6 bucks here. If you have any problem they will ask you to return the product AT YOUR EXPENSE TO CHINA which is $50. Worse customer service ever. Impossible to speak to anybody at all. No matter what you try you always end up at the most stupid chatbot in history that can only handle a couple of type of issues. Beyond that no one will assist you...”

“Product reviews are fraudulent. 5 star seller ratings are completely made up. Found 7, 5 star reviews on 1 product all from same individual. Only dates were changed. Many 1 star reviews modified into 5. With original 1 star post being altered.”

“This year 2020 has been the worst as they used to be kind of good and refunded your money when you got a defective item or an item that wasn't even close to the pictures and descriptions. This year alone the sellers won't ship the items you pay for, they put fake tracking numbers in to pretend they do. If you manage to get a parcel delivered to you, it is always defective. If it is electronics of some sort, it doesn't work and if it is a clothing item, it looks nothing like the pictures and description and is badly sewn with uneven pant lengths, uneven pant widths and uneven front and back for tops. This fraudulent website claims they have a buyer protection program if you get an item that is defective or not what the description says, this is a lie. They make you return the item at your own expense, which is always more expensive than the actual product itself, then when you refuse to do this because you lose more money on paying for shipping, they refuse your dispute request, give you no refund and close the dispute in always their favor. There is no direct way to contact them and they lie saying they gave you something that works or is just like the pictures and description in their ads. Even when you show detailed, clear, precise, measurements of videos and pictures as proof that you got sent defective items, the customer service representative don't look at it and automatically make the buyer return the item for a refund. The biggest, scam, fraudulent shopping website online now so avoid them if you want to pay for something that actually works like it is suppose to and is advertised what you will get otherwise you will get a defective crappy item with NO refund.”

“Aliexpress is not protecting their customers. Their customer support is miserable, you will wait weeks for them to solve your problems with the sellers. Not recommending them to anybody. Ebay is a Rolls Royce for them”
