Product not delivered and not refund issued with below comment after 5 months Aliexpress says:We are really sorry for what has happened. We have tried our best to help you solve the problem. However, we cannot refund you without valid evidence. As no evidence to prove the exact detained reason, we have to release full payment to seller accordingly. I ordered a phone charger for a OnePlus phone and was sent a European plug model, which is of no use to me in the U.S. I filed a dispute and was informed that I would not receive a refund, nor would they exchange the item for the U.S. version that I had orderd.

I actively purchase stuff online. Amazon, Ebay, online stores of different companies, but I am speechless with customer service of Aliexpress. The level of unprofessionalism of their representatives cannot be explained in a comment. They are clueless and send you to one to another and Aliexpress's dispute resolution system is a joke. Save yourself from a headache and do NOT buy from Aliexpress.

I have bought goods from Aliexpress for about 800 Euros in the last couple of years. I can not recommend Aliexpress - even though there are mostly honest sellers - because they protect the crminial ones. Especially the SD-Card mafia. And probably other branches where fraud is common too. They not even read the detailed dispute cases and for example judge that you get only 25% refund for a card that is very very slow and was sold as highspeed card. They judged because of a different size not the speed. A size that I never mentioned in the procedure. I had similar refunds of 10% or so for fake SD-Cards before. It is really a shame, because Aliexpress could be a great place to buy, if they would actually protect the buyers. And there is no way to reach anyone at Aliexpress to solve matters. No Email. Nothing but an automated scripted help, that does not help at all. I have now deleted my account. The wicked man shall fall...

I have ordered a more than 90+ days ago a watch on aliexpress. I didn't receive it for a very long time, so I went to aliexpress, I couldn't open a dispute there, so I've contacted the support, they told me that I should have open a dispute, and now they can't make a refund... Horrible support, I haven't received my money back, it's only $5, but well I feel scammed... They gave me a document were it was sad that post office can't track orders without tracking ID and they told me to go post office to make them sign this. I ain't gonna go anywhere right now it's covid-19 and I won't stay in a line for a pice of paper so that they give me back my $5... it's ok keep my $5 but I feel scammed so for that you will have a terrible reviews from me on internet and I ain't gonna order anymore on aliexpress.

AliExpress customer service lied to me They told me to return an item I bought from a vendor on AliExpress and I would get a refund from AliExpress because the vendor did not honour free return. I returned the item and AliExpress ignored my request for a refund. DO NOT TRUST AliExpress. They lied. I lost CA $58.76

Dont use these people . They take your visa payment as a cash advance . So now your credit card incurs a cash advance fee and interest from the date of purchase until it is paid. I have no idea yet if I will ever get my purchase. Says shipped but no info available Never again I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased.

Sellers are deceptive about shipping date. They obtain a shipping number but do not deliver the item to the shipper. I suspect that they do this to stop AliExpress from cancelling an order by showing a fictitious ship date. Items take far too long to ship to the USA. My item took three months all while the status showed a shipping number but the shipper claiming that the item was never delivered to them for the actual shipping. AliExpress should change policy to require that a vendor list the anticipated delivery date in the product description and if it isn't received by that date, the order could be cancelled as is Ebay, Amazon, Walmart policy. During the shipment process the tracking was not updated. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I will not buy here again unless the seller policy is changed to benefit the buyer. Company seems more like a scam operation than a place for vendors to sell. All while they retain your money pending a long refund process, they're getting interest. Keep in mind that shipping costs are no refundable so when the item is ridiculously low cost but the shipping ridiculously and artificially set high, that's so they will refund the small amount but keep the large shipping (and false) costs.

will not let me buy anything, refuses my details, can log in and look around but when I go to pay the damn website keeps throwing popups, ID checks, specials etc etc. Hit buy button, says 'enter more info'. What the hell more info do you need you stupid c*nts. Don't buy here, their website is TERRIBLE, does not work well on chrome and definitely not mobile friendly and their app sux.

Parcel never arrived. No refund as I couldn't prove I didn't receive it. How am I supposed to prove I didn't receive it - they claim it was signed for - show me the signature..... NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN

Some sellers ship orders after cancellation and they don't respond to contacts, others ship orders to post offices that are over 80 miles from home and expect you to contact them although they have address and contact details, it is not a good business practice and care is strongly advised

Very careful! I bought a smartphone at the Aliexpress- Xiaomi official store. I never received the smartphone, however I asked for a refund of my money back, but they refuse to return it. They do not deliver the purchase, keep the money and simply ignore all messages sent, as well as arrange a correct way to solve this problem with the customer. Very bad service. Do not buy anything here, because you can run out of product and money. Horrible service

I bought a ulefone through them and it came to me locked. The seller did not understand why that is a problem. They would not or could not supply an unlock code, so I had to spend and extra $29.00 for the software to unlock the phone. AliExpress didn't understand the problem, so they took the side of the seller and offered zero help, no refund, just a lame excuse that they sell many phones. I even offered to return the phone at my expense, but still no refund. The seller is ULEFONE Official Store. Warning! AliExpress is a full scan. You will have no legal refund if they stick it to you.

I was scammed by AliExpress! Please DON’T shop at AliExpress. I have been shopping at AliExpress for a few years now. Prices are usually reasonable but as the saying goes “You get what you paid for” Shipping has always been an issue. Sometimes I’ll order an item and receive it 2 to 3 months after I placed the order. This is very frustrating because in some cases, I no longer need the item at the time it arrives. I know that there are lots of shady vendors (Scammers) on AliExpress but I didn’t know that AliExpress will back them up. I purchased a set of masks 3 months ago; I NEVER received the items but AliExpress system automatically receives the items on by behalf after the 89 days processing time expires. I opened a dispute to notify AliExpress that I did NOT receive the goods I paid for. They came back with a judgement saying that my dispute was invalid, even though the tracking # clearly shows that the item was ‘Undelivered’. Basically, I did NOT get the items I paid for and will NEVER get my money back from AliExpress. Their customer service is the worse. Don’t waste your money on AliExpress.

Absolute rubbish, buy at your peril, purchased a mobile phone of Aliexpress site and supplied by XSS, took a month to arrive, phone started to fail shortly after, it started with a poor charging connection and then battery failure, connected both parties to remedy the problems, the just ignored any correspondence for weeks, they are now end of November saying out of time for refund, I didn't ask for my money back, just bloody fix it, be aware that their guarantee is only three months on everything. Scam.

I have very bad experience, order two things on Sep 2020, all didn't come. they will send fake tracking number to you. refuse to refund, don't go there. it a fraud.

11 orders 10 problems Orders arrive broken, not as described, or simply don't arrive at all. Customer service and warranty do not exist. Some sellers do go as far as mocking the customer and instead spam you with more tat.
