Two months and still waiting. Tracking information appalling. Waiting on three things we ordered through AliExpress ordered 2 months before Xmas and clearly they won’t get here. Ordered things from India, USA, UK as well as through companies like Amazon and everything else has arrived well in time. There is nothing ‘express’ with this company.

Hi, I purchased phone screens at Aparts Store. First they send me the wrong tracking number, when I enquired why my goods are going to another country, they said their quality is bad and cant send me my order anymore and have to refund me. This was over two weeks, from purchasing sudden quality issues to a refund. Bad.. bad..bad service, if I can give a minus 5 I will.

Zero customer service. They protect fraudulent sellers and put incredible amounts of friction to get any help at all. You will waste your time talking to a robot, which is incredibly disrespectful to their customer's time. There is no human behind the customer service. An unscrupulous seller scammed me with the shipping costs (he combined shipping but charged me as non-combined), but Aliexpress made it impossible to contact them.

I have ordered October 29 2020 I pay epacket carrier promising shipping 26 days maximum is almost two months not received order number 8120128783141886 I couldn’t open dispute they make more difficult no chat real agent any more the robot continuing tell me you get email 24 hours never received

Avoid Allove official store if you can! They sell human hair wigs etc. The high ratings you see on a lot of AliExpress are coerced, or gotten sometimes by subtle threats that you will not be refunded your money (for items not received), if you go give an honest negative feedback on your ordeal. I ordered a wig from Allove store and have waited for months to receive my Order but nothing sent. I then started private messaging the seller who was initially trying to coerce me to just keep waiting indefinitely, then after waiting yet another month I told seller his sweet mouth wasn’t working anymore, that I was going to open a dispute. He then ran ahead of me and opened a dispute against his own store! I didn’t know that’s possible! I was shocked to see he lied on the “reason” for dispute, claimed “customer received good” and he blocked my chats when I went to challenge his utter dishonesty! So, I saw that the dispute quickly “finished “ and order closed so I am unable to open a dispute or reach anyone else or customer service about this order! I have done all I can to write long messages to the Eva bot and no one cares to contact me or resolve this issue. So ALLOVE store stole my money and wig and the tracking still shows order has been in China. And he made sure I can’t have access to give any feedback about my experience which he kept warning me not to give him a bad feedback even after all my ordeal with this seller! Beware guys!

Hello; I purchased a cellphone ,Samsung S7 in oct.2020.received it app. one month later. I found out that this phone would not open up any photos received and it would not send any photos. so meanwhile I thought maybe I had not set up the phone properly. I called Samsung Canada and they referred me to a Samsung technician. He informed that the phone had a very weak antenna, some technical problem with the mother board ,also mentioned that it was a knock off phone. Would cost more to try to repair than to purchase a new phone. I put the order into purchase dispute. The seller store would not hear of it even though I offered to send the phone back and they could check it out. So after the regular time and no agreement, ALI Express said they would help to settle it . They wanted video of the phone problem. Well there is no way that I could video the problem in the minimum allocated KB that was allowed to send. So after a few days again the reply came that no settlement was offered. I paid $216.80 Canadian. The phone will be thrown in the recycle dump. I have purchased quite a number of items though Ali Express over the last 6/7 years. I'm sorry will never ever purchase anything from them again and I will never recommend to anyone else either as I normally have over time. Bert S

I placed an order with two items on November 29th, money taken ($275.32) my bank account, but no order history on Aliexpress account. Reaching out to them through message and WhatsApp, no answers. It’s a fraud to scam my money.

I have been chasing them since one week to locate my orders which I paid for but no help , it is similar to allow somebody to steal your money through their platform , you talk to machine and the machine is very lousy and complicated , you spend long time in order to talk to human and every time you got the agents word and promises to help you but these promises finish after you close the chat. I think what they do is allowing other to steal you and give you hard time until you stop claiming your money , their help center only apologies but don't expect a solution unless you want to exchange their promises for money which is impossible.

This website engages in copyright theft. Cheap knockoff clothing using designs by independent British designer @indigofreyaa are listed for sale on this website. Follow @indigofreyaa on Instagram or at https://www.depop.com/indigofreya/ for the actual designs. Aliexpress - you should be ashamed of yourself.

I'm not gonna write it long cause I know ali don't care. so let put it in nutshell. Aliexpress is good as long as seller shipped the right item(from my experience this site is the one I open dispute the most) the after-service work like lottery sometime you hit a jackpot and some you lost all ur money with the trash goods that silly seller shipped

I ordered a T Shirt for my daughter and it never arrived they force people to communicate via whattsap instead of email otherwise you don't get a reply from a query I won't be bying again.

Do not buy from Aliexpress if you want to get what you ordered - the past 5 orders have the wrong products shipped. The sellers only want to give you a discounted refund - they still make money and you are out of pocket !! Here is my Dispute: Appeal to dispute on Order number: 8120233919631471 Let me ask you this: Would you buy a Watch that didn’t give you right time of day? Or Day of the week? It is the same with this item (LIGE Smart Watch)– the seller says that it will give you measurement of you Heart Beats and a measurement of Blood Pressure. But the LGE measurement is totally wrong - not even close! When I compare the Heart Rate (beats per minute) with an Apple watch and a Home Blood Pressure tester (Omron) – the Apple and Omron are within 1 Beat per minute with each other. The measurement from Omron is 102 BPM - Apple test results are 103 BPM - LIGE is 62 BPM (BPM = Beats per Minute) That is an error of 40 BPM or a 40 % error in measurement!! Blood Pressure measurement: LIGE READING: 114/76 (Normal) vs Omron reading of: 130 / 98 (hypertension) Hypertension is very bad – dangerous – you can not trust the LIGE reading if you do you would have a heart attack from the false reading !! Therefore I will not use the LIGE for anything it will be thrown out – as it is junk! How did you get to: Final resolution: Partial refund 15.51 CAD without returning goods – I would return the item if it wouldn’t cost me so much money to do so. About $46.00 to ship the unit back. Even if I did ship the unit back there is no guarantee that it would get there in time – so the seller can still refuse to return money. The seller gives false description of how the product works in the advertisement on AliExpress – then replies do not compare the reading of the measurement to professional equipment - they know that LIGE is not working properly! If the seller would say in the advertisement on AliExpress that the LIGE has erroneous readings that could be off by 40 % I would never have bought the LIGE – nor would other customers !

Decepção!!! O consumir está completamente desprotegido nesse site de compras. Encomendei enfeites de festa em fevereiro de 2020, nunca chegou e nem fui reembolsada. Em contato com a loja , as respostas são vagas e mentirosas. O responsável pela venda só me respondia que ia chegar , ia chegar , pra q eu tivesse paciência .... nunca chegou...Em outubro eu fiz outra compra de dois cestos na empresa Wangluo online story . Paguei por dois cestos e só recebi um . Em contato com a loja , o responsável disse q me daria um desconto na próxima compra 😳😳😳🙄🙄🙄 !!!!???? Oi ????? Respondi q não queria desconto e sim o meu dinheiro de volta . Nunca mais recebi uma resposta e nunca mais vi o meu dinheiro de volta ...!!!Decepcionante !!!!! Já me serviu de lição... AliExpress nunca mais !!!!

Not worth it unless you like gambling Some items are promptly delivered, usually with what appears to be US warehouse. Regular items take a month or more if shipped from overseas. Frequently, items (over 10% of orders) which were never received were disputed and if their logistics show it never left China, a refund is promptly given. If a product is received damaged, they discount it, but I end up stuck with a damaged item, albeit at a reduced cost. The problem is that their logistics can be way off, and I end up charged for items which I never received, so I am out the cost of the entire order with no delivery. Note that description is often wrong and overly optimistic, and be careful with voltage (many things are 220) and size (metric vs. English - even drawer knobs don't fit and threads on screws are not US compatible). Plugs on electronics can be European/Chinese standard - not US. In short, ordering from Aliexpress is like gambling. Don't do it unless you can afford to lose your money. You can get a good deal, but often, you will get burned. Also, be careful of fake goods (like SD cards).

3 weeks ago I bought an item with shipping from Spain.the seller lied and shipped it from China, took 3 weeks and could have stopped in customs.the item was shipped from China, instead of Spain, and as I paid extra for the shipping from Spain. Due to the misbehavior of the seller, I tried to get the refund from the shipping a with a dispute. to receive my money back for the shipping. The seller deleted the different types of shipping and AliExpress asked my proof of those shipping’s, they are the ones approving and having control of the sellers shipping. The result and service of the dispute was unacceptable!Im unable to retrieve this info, AliExp as the owner of the page is responsible for the seller misbehavior. AliExp sid that “it’s my own problem..” the seller lied and sent the Item from China instead of Spain.I paid more for the Spanish location.. even if the product is free shipping, the price of the item changes based on the shipping location(Spain is more expensive than China) now cause AliExpress can’t see the diff. In shipping method, I can’t receive my refund.. this is unacceptable!AliExpress is accountable and responsible for the sellers behavior, in the end I’m buying in the AliExp webpage,it’s your brand your responsibility!! Im a gold (almost platinum) AliExpress client however Im going back to Amazon! It’s more expensive, but the customer service is worth it..

I did not receive the item until now. this very bad I did check the Saudi post office and the item does not arrive in Saudi Arabia till now and also I checked the 17 track and also it showed not received in Saudi Arabia post office. the information gives by AliExpreess is not correct and deceptive. please check the tracking in Saudi Arabia post tracking. I never got anything i ever ordered USA or China. They will also try to scam you for more money screen shot added. Don't buy anything that you can't pay with PayPal.
