Ordered 3 bicycle seats from Jinxin movement Store on AliExpress, paid over $100 and I have never received any products. Seller messaged me that he didn't get the products to ship so he simply closed the case and kept my over $100. NEVER order Anything from AliExpress or AliBaba.com -- Watch out, you will lose your money and you will be defrauded!

The worst service ever. I've received several items from them with no problems. But when things go wrong, you are left with no help or recourse. Also many items take a very long time to arrive. A recent order didn't arrive and AliExpress said I only have 10 more days to dispute it. Amazon offers excellent customer service, while Ali offers almost none.

Awful customer service Awful customer service. I bought an item worth 300$ and the seller never delivered it and asked me to cancel the order. It shows as delivered but in reality they could not send the item. After 6 months I still have not received a refund and Aliexpress offers no help whatsoever. I contacted them million times but to no avail.

I was a platinum customer but I suddenly stopped receiving the orders. (probably Covid logistic issues) All my packages were sent back to the seller. After asking for refunds they suspended my account and now I have lost 100+€ worth of orders. Going to avoid Ali from now on....

I purchased a clock through AliExpress, which ran slow by 5 minutes per day. They asked me for proof and suggested I send a video. Really? Do they want me to video the clock for 12 or 24 hours to prove that it is running slow or did they really want me to take the back off the clock and adjust it by 5 minutes every day? The clock was cheap but it is reasonable to expect it to work properly. I am not going to this much trouble for the refund; it is the principle that matters. By rejecting my request for a replacement or refund AliExpress is either virtually accusing me of being dishonest or simply showing that it doesn't care about its customers. A few dollars is obviously more important to it than its reputation. Never mind, I won't trouble AliExpress with my purchases in future and I will ensure that my friends and colleagues on social media are fully aware of its business practices and ethics.

I ordered 5 things from these people and come December still haden"t gotten anything and of course you can"t track your package,and when u dispute the purchase and tell them u want your money back, they say it is in customs, LIARS, I ordered a Red Strawberry usb Humidifier, they sent me a PURPLE ONE AND WHEN I DISPUTED IT THERIE COMPANY SAID IT IS RESOLVED, NO IT IS NOT. WHEN THE PACKAGE CAME IT WAS SENT FROM THE STATES, LIARS. 2 THINGS CAME IN BROKEN AND THEY SAID THEY WILL GIVE ME 40% OFF, THEY CAN STICK THEIR 40% WHERE THE SUN DON"T SHINE. SO EVERYONE KNOWS THEY ALSO SELL UNDER ALIBABA AND THEY ARE THE SAME, THE LAST ITEM STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED SINCE OCTOBER 10TH. I NOW HAVE MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY INVOLVED!!!!! like the saying goes YOU REAP WHAT YOU SEW!!!! I HOPE THEY GET SHUT DOWN CAUSE THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE!!!! iAM LIVING PROOF OF THE NIGHTMARE I HAD WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bY THE WAY NO RETURNS TAKEN OR NO REFUNDS ALLOWED THEY SAID .

Several missing shipment but was informed delivered. Open dispute but with same format response (Are the judge AI or human ?). We need to provide documents for missing shipment , WHY ??? End up, NO REFUND, NO PACKAGE. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE What a joke.

Ali Express is a good online shopping website. I bought a new Beyblade toy, then after months, it didn't show up. So then I went to buy another one. But never showed up again. So that's why I never use Ali Express. I can't believe I got scammed. :(

several items disputed I did not receive refunds they seem to think you can haggle price for refund instead of giving full refund as per their site agreement. You cannot contact anyone once they have return answer for dispute and close your case. I am going further to have my bank chase the money to be returned. Please beaware you need to keep check on your bank account as I had two large sums debited from this company one unknown to me

I placed an order on the 29th of December and haven’t received a confirmation e-mail and can’t find the order details on my account. However, the money already transferred to ali express. I tried to contact the seller but it seems impossible

The worst shopping site I have ever seen. I ordered a product and waited for more than 3 months, haven't received the product, when applied for refund, not ready to give money back. Don't trust this site. Just money oriented, not for the welfare of customers. Worst worst and worst ever seen....

Didnt buy from aliexpress i bought a radio for almost 400euros so around 500amerixan dollars.. when i recive the radio the radio didnt work so the seller said to send it back so they will tix it or if not fixable send me new one. I did send it back same day and now 4months later I have nothing no radio and they took all my money .. no refund no radio no nothing . Aliexpress won't help or do nothing even tho I told th3m about the situation what happend. And they still let this seller SCAMER to sell on their site .. ALIEXPRESS DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR COSTUMRS.. DONT BUY FORM HERE AS IS A BIG CHANSE THAT SCAMER IS ON OTHER SITE WAITING FOR YOUR MONEY! shame on you aliexpress!! Hopeful u see this review !!

I apply for dispute, Aliexpress postponed the dispute 6 times! Now is Dec 30, I didn't get refund! Seller, CHONGWU Store, instead of refunding the money for the product that I did not receive, he is trying to drag me into some kind of scam. No refund, no parcel! Vendors are fully protected. Stealers and fraudulent vendors also. It is absolutely impossible to get back your money, because in case of abuse there's no human customer support to whom you can speak! Aliexpress have the worst customer support ever!

Out of 11 orders, only 6 orders have been received. They have falsified deliveries as well. Nothing has been delivered on time. I have one order that was placed in October that has yet to leave the country. I received notification moments ago telling me that one of my orders has been delivered, only to go outside and check my mailbox and see absolutely nothing. Do not order from this website. You will regret it.

Last year December I bought two long bell sleeve polka dot blouses from Aliexpress in the size medium. When the blouses arrived one was a medium and the other a small. I instantly contacted the seller and made a complaint. I was told by the seller in order for me to receive a refund I would have to delete my complaint and give him 5 stars. I uploaded pics of the two shirts to show that it was in fact they mistake and they apologized but yet I'm to give a grade contrary to they service. To this day I never got the refund because I refused to lie. Ps I bought stuff from Ali before and have gotten great service but this is just one of those unscrupulous stores that they need to weed out.

Had a decent experience with my first purchase, the item arrived within the delivery window. Now, purchasing a smart watch, it's past 2 weeks outside of their delivery window and they won't acknowledge any issues. Will never buy from this site again unless they do something to fix this issue.

Placed two orders and they completely vanished from site. Had no record of purchase/product/seller. Luckily I paid with Paypal and they promptly got my money refunded to me. Zero customer service and their email inbox is full! I do not recommend doing business with Aliexpress!
