I've been a long time customer of Aliexpress and can safely say that they have an anti consumer policy in place. Not only is it impossible to contact Customer Service but more often than not Aliexpress will go against the buyer in case of a dispute with a seller. For example i ordered a Braze torch and after a 3 month wait i received a Laser Level. I contacted them, i provided evidence of the mistake and demanded a refund or for the correct item ro be sent. Aliexpress denied my claim saying that the package wasn't empty......!!!!!! You didn't read it wrong........I told them that i had received the wrong item and they answered that the package wasn't empty. Did they use Google translate to read my message? Anyway they're untrustworthy and not a platform i intent on using ever again .

Major frauds and cheats! Agents run away when you have a problem! Items are never posted. Money never refunded! No way to contact them or have any agent to contact! Never ever buy anything from them! Whole company is corrupted! From sellers to agents

I was treated very ugly by one of the Aliexpress dealers. Despite my several customer care requests, no one has taken the matter seriously so far. I expected an apology from the seller and removal of the offensive comment from Aliexpress. I am a diamond buyer and unfortunately I have a sad conclusion - Aliexpress does not help buyers but protects rude sellers. If a wish to get Covid from a rogue seller breaks the rules of Aliexpress, I don't understand how this can't be handled for couple months. Unless such seller's behavior is in the cannons of Aliexpress good practice...

This company is just a SCAM, you never get your products and they do not respond to requests, just automated responses that do not help you in any way. DO NOT USE THIS Chinese company they are a rip off!!!

Aliexpress is a big scam and is in complicity with thousands of scammers that they have there, they just made me a scam with more than 350 dollars !!! I have appealed showing strong evidence of the scam and they still agree with the seller. Never buy on that portal if you do not want to be vilely scammed

ORDER N. 8018317566830524 set up costumers I gave no more than one star only: order done in August 2020, 3 months after I've been asking to the service (more than ones) where my pack it was, they simply ask me to check the delivery currier company. After I realized the order has been totally lost, I proceed through the refound option and the AliExpress settled the dispute as done and closed but actually I never get back my money. So, after more than 6 months I still didn't get any of my lost money neither the object I've ordered. Really unefficient service and bad traking orders. I'll never use AliExpress anymore...

I will de-activate my acc with them because their support is only for their sellers,they ask customers to wait 90 days for their orders even if it is more than obvious that the order is lost,in the meantime they have our money but we dont have the order,many of their sellers are scum,one sold me a dead watch and after a dispute I made the only thing they didn't ask me to show them on video was my ass,don't buy from this platform unless you are really poor,have a lot of time to waste and be prepared to deal with scums and thieves.I won't be buying anymore from them.If you dont want to lose your money do the same.They deserve a zero star. They still owe me money for a mobile case that never came order no 8120881350411541 they say it is still in transit since November 11th and they keep my money,SHAME,SHAME,THIEVES

I didn’t received my parcel and transit didn’t even showing parcel in Fiji. It almost 4 to 5 months I’m still waiting so I open dispute and it automatically close I didn’t received my refund so contact seller and seller told me AliExpress close a dispute and seller close a site where that item was so now I can’t even write a additional review very bad experience paying for item I didn’t received and not even getting refund AliExpress is getting all fraud company just to get money.

Just an extraordinarily poor website. I could have made something better in my lunch break after drinking a bottle of vodka. Sometimes, its not even possible to check out and pay for an item. Yes, it is really that bad. The incompetence is there in all its, breadth, depth and glory for the world to behold. Just dont bother.

NEVER DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH ALIEXPRESS SELLERS. THEY ARE FULL OF LIES AND DISHONESTY. Aliexpress allows lots of scammers/ fraud sellers to sell on their platform. Creating a mistrust and dishonest e-commerce platform that we have encountered during the busy holiday season. We are a dropshipping company and we think Aliexprress WOULD PROTECT US but they DID NOT. We sent hundreds of orders to Aliexpress sellers for fulfillment and they created fake tracking IDS at first, then replaced it with another tracking that seems valid. However, after a while, my customers complained that they never received the product despite the tracking said it already delivered SOMEWHERE. We opened the dispute but still LOST because their staff are not aware of the wrong delivery address but only see it was delivered somewhere so they MADE THE WRONG JUDGEMENT, THEY did not refund orders are shipped and delivered SOMEWHERE. THEY DID NOT DO ENOUGH TO protect the BIG customers like us. WE LOST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND these scammers are still allowed to sell on their platform. AVOID THIS E-COMMERCE PLATFORM AT ALL COST. DROPSHIP AND FULFILL YOUR ORDER FROM OTHER E-COMMERCE WEBSITES TO AVOID ANY FRUSTRATION. STAY AWAY FROM ALIEPXRESS.

I made a purchase on ties & tops store from aliexpress site on 11/24/20 they put on the product advertisement that the delivery time was going to be between 30 to 50 days but at this time nothing is happened I tried to contact the seller and not respond the messages . . .

Dishonest shipment tracking system and difficult customer service. I will be putting on one negative review on the Internet per day until I receive my refund. Item was never delivered, I even had a tracking record from Canada Post that the item was returned to the sender. Ali express’ own “Cainao” tracking system says the item was delivered and I contacted 6 customer service agent with the last one “promising” that he will send me a refund confirmation within 24 hours yet I still haven’t received it.

I made my order on November 24 and they sent a message that my order was shipped on the very next day of the order so in the product page the put that the delivery was going to 30 to 50 day at this time I didn’t receive anything and they wrote if the order don’t arrive until February 02 I can make a refund dispute so they forgot what they put on the product page . . .

My order is a fish finder, order number is 8121760351725797. It is not working. The seller mailed two replacement parts but not working. I spent extra $100 to mail whole back and got nothing. The customer service denied refund.

Never buy from these con artists. These people refuse to give me a refund even though the two items I ordered 3 months ago never showed up. Then they have the HUBRIS to say it's my fault for not checking in with the post office even though tracking said it's still it just departed China (FOR OVER 2 MONTHS, I MIGHT ADD.) Never, ever buy from these con artists unless you want to guarantee that your money goes down the drain.

SCUM OF THE PLANET! I ORDERED AN ITEM 3 MONTHS AGO BUT NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM! SELLER DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME AND THEY ONLY RESPONDED TO TELL ME TO OPEN A DISPUTE! NOW THEY'RE TELLING ME THAT THEY WILL REFUND ME IF I CLOSE THE DISPUTE! ALIEXPRESS DOESN'T WANT TO REFUND ME BECAUSE THEY SAY IT'S MY FAULT FOR NOT PICKING UP THE ITEM FROM THE POST OFFICE, EVEN THOUGH I PROVIDED THEM SCREENSHOTS OF TRACKING CLEARLY SHOWING THAT THE ITEM NEVER ARRIVED TO THE POST OFFICE AND IT'S ON ITS WAY BACK TO THE SELLER, YOU CAN SEE IT FROM THE SCREENSHOTS I HAVE UPLOADED! I CALLED THE POST OFFICE MANY TIMES, THEY SAY THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE ITEM! SO, THE SELLER KEEPS THE MONEY, KEEPS THE ITEM, AND I LOST MY MONEY. I'VE BEEN SHOPPING ONLINE FOR 20 YEARS AND THIS IS THE WORST SELLER AND SHOPPING EXPERIENCE, THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES! I WILL GO TO MY BANK FOR CHARGEBACK!
