Horrible shopping platform, from login experience (you need to solve captcha and slide a stupid bar), to shopping, shipping, and the most terrible things is the sellers. Yet forget about customer service. When disputing an even $1 item, they are asking for proof and evidence and argue before issuing refund. Are you kidding me? I have been trying to be calm and positive, but I ran out of patience. Look below few examples: I wrote: "Hi seller, it has been more than 90 days I am waiting for this toy. Summer finished and I feel horrible not to have this fishing toy on every beach visit in summer. Weather is getting cold and I don't want this anymore. Pls issue refund". Seller: "Dear friend, Please don't worry, please feel assured that we will be always responsible for our transaction, we will protect your right well no matter it is in shipping time or not.Could you please kindly wait for it patiently.It is not reaching you by then, please do feel free to contact us, we will find a nice solution for you asap.Best regards". What? After 90 days waiting you are asking to be patient? Where is your commitment? This is another: "hi, one of the chandelier LEDs are not light up anymore. how can I rest of it is bulb issue? How and where can I get the spare bulb? can you provide specification of the bulb model?" Seller: "yes, i will send you led bulbs" Me:"should I do anything? or it will be initiated from your side." Seller after 1 day: "You need to pay the shipping cost" Me: "how much is it? can you pls provide all details and processes in one message? this was is taking long time to know details" No response for another 2 days Me: "Hi, can you pls respond?" Seller: "hi ,i will check it" What the hell is going on here? Why no one cares about my time? Chandelier bulb is broken, there is no details of the lamp, room is dark and it took 1 week and still no one is gonna tell me what..... perhaps, they are gonna send it by normal mail to wait another 40 days! Are you crazy?

After 3 months waiting, I didn't receive an order. They decided to give me a partial refund. Difficult to communicate, I will never buy anything from Aliexpress.

It takes usually over 50 days to get your stuff. I got my stuff in a total of 59 days, it wasn't precisely what I ordered, and then I complained to what I thought was Customer Service... but they don't have such thing. It's all just a MAKE BELIEVE! Please get a real good hold of yourself, Alibaba, Aliexpress and China in general is nothing more than a BIG SCAM of selling below average products, also known as "Garbage" and then let the client believe they bought garbage anyway, so what do they expect? If you want quality and full refund, deal with Amazon ONLY! They will always take care of you!

Personal Care Appliances Dropshipping Store, an AliExpress trader, claims that the VGR V-095 Electric Hair Clipper originally cost £198.25, which is blatantly untrue, as its not worth even £20. They wanted me to return it to China at my expense, costing me more than the thing was actually worth.

HORRIBLE experience. BIG SCAM. I ordered quality headphones for 24 $ and received a different, very cheap product. An entirely different product with a value of 7 $. After opening a dispute, Aliexpress decided to let the seller keep 12$ ( i have 12$ refund) for a product worth 7usd, and also NOT what i ordered. I will NEVER again buy from aliexpress, as they STEAL from customers. Do NOT buy from aliexpress !! I waited 2 months for my product, did not receive what i ordered and lost half of my money.

I made a purchase, The seller said they shipped it, It made it to my city then turned around and went back, Never making it to my address. apparently it was damaged in shipping but I was never notified. I asked if they could send a replacement, They replied that I could only get a refund after 30 days after AliExpress "judges it"...Whatever that means. Anyway, Never got my item, I'm out $130 bucks and this company is off my list forever. The tracking tool doesn't work, the customer service link doesn't work, there is no way to contact anyone. This company is completely useless.

Guys, don't waist your time to order on Aliexpress, they don't care about their customers, they only care about the people who sell on their platform. I was scamed 3 times on Aliexpress and they took no actions about the sellers, I even had to pay for return, for something that was not even close with what I ordered and they told me that this is their policy, even though you don't get waht you paid for, to be able to get refunded you have to pay for return, since then I keep arguing with them, but still no results. So, do yourself a favor and, even though you find cheap things, don't waist your money and your time. Aliexpress IT IS CHEAP. I really hope that, more and more people, everyday, will STOP ordering on this CHEAP platform, so one day, they will have no business, maybe then, they will start to care.

Complete scam and fraud platform designed for that purpose. No matter what evidences you upload to show that you returned faulty items, they act blind to rip you off and never refund you. Avoid them. Use Amazon instead. I spent $192 on faulty home thermostats (8015780833454241) when i opened a dispute, they guided me to their courier, which collected the faulty items and returned it according to courier tracking, i provided them with the receipt, but AliExpress didn't issue any refund claiming that they haven't received it. Complete scam

Bad customer service. After sending AliExpress proof of their seller scamming customers by using a bogus shipping company and not receiving any item, they continued to side with the seller and not return my money. AliExpress and the seller wants the customer to get frustrated and give up fighting for a refund. You do not receive your item. Eventually I was able to find what I was looking for in my own country. Not by using AliExpress/ China. Never will I use this company again and I will tell everyone not to use them as well.

Now i realize it was such a bad idea to create an account with Aliexpress, first because of the super long shipping times which may take months instead of weeks, second because there is a lot of low quality items, no all of them but many of them and finally most electronics like phones and tablets are defective and they ship them without any testing, even some of them do not connect to wifi / Bluetooth and the hardware specs are not the real ones. At the end instead of making a purchase to resolve a problem i just get into more problems, arguments with the sellers, they want me to ship back everything to China, headaches and frustration. I WILL NOT purchase anything else from Aliexpress, i am going back with ebay which offers much better products and less problems.
