“Very bad customer service. No matter if you have not received your item, they will anyway say that you did, and you cannot get your money back. I had to claim with my creditcard to get the money back”

“I ordered 4 small items from different stores on Aliexpress. Somehow they had shipped to me in one single package with a wrong address. They misplaced my house number on the shipping label. Instead put the house number in front of the street name they put it as part of phone number. When I started to file dispute and asked them to reship or refund, they refused and quickly closed the dispute process.”

“My customer still hasn't received the package for over 3 months!!! Aliexpress is a scam website and issued with a store credit to my account which should be used within in 3 months. The store credit is ONLY around 8 USD and I paid nearly 11 USD for the item. The worst thing is they're using cheap route caused many packages lost. They got terrible service and am unable to leave reviews even I've already logged into my account. PLEASE TELL ME WHERE IS THE PACKAGE ??? THIS IS A JOKE, MY CUSTOMER WAITED FOR OVER 3 MONTHS AND GOT NO FEEDBACK. This is so funny that after waited over 3 months and the platform treated it like nothing had happened. Never re-ship the item and never update any information about the item. Before customer purchase, the item Aliexpress standard shipping shows estimated delivery time around 30 days but after you open dispute charges with this company, they will tell you it's invalid for dispute process since according to the shipping protection is 90 days.”

“Total Scam! Please spare your money and energy and look elsewhere. I've ordered 40 items with a specific size and the seller has sent out 40 times a different (much cheaper) size. Even though I have evidence since the items have labels on them showing the wrongs sizes and the seller has admitted to having sent the wrong sizes in private message, AliExpress has decided in favor of the seller and not offered a full refund. Luckily, I paid with PayPal and am now opening a dispute directly with them. Never ever will I order with AliExpress again. I rather pay more money and purchase with trustworthy companies. Never again!”

“I purchased a Electric soft realistic teddy dog plush back in October 2020 For a Christmas present, it is now April 1st 2021 and I haven’t not received Even a confirmation number. I tried emailing them and they blocked me. I wouldn’t purchase from this company unless you want to throw your money away!”

“I ordered a pressure washer gun for 65 dollars and not received it. The worth customer service and the site is very complicated for finding information and not easy to figure it out I ordered a item and after 4 months And emailed more than ten times and waiting for long time no item I received and thanks God PayPal refund me other than that good luck to get your money back I never and ever order again from AliExpress”

“Ordered few items such as wooden puzzles , Rubik's cube etc. because they looked cheap to me and I was okay to have them delivered after a month as stated on their website. However 3 months passed , I did not receive order. Then I raised a dispute which was closed without any resolution in my favors , despite evidence which indicate my goods were not delivered yet and are in transit as I speak. Another item which is 12X12 rebuke's cube arrived within 2 months but lasted for a week and small pieces came out making it not reusable. Looks like it is a poor quality product. Dispute raising and follow up communications are beyond complexity. NOT Recommending it or at least make sure your losses are minimal in the worst case scenario.”

“My organization spent more than $800 on items that arrived completely (100%) damaged and more than 3 months late. Aliexpress' system of 'negotiation' with seller took another months to complete. I ended up only receiving $400 refund. So I basically spent $400 of junk that just went to the trash. I (and the institution I work with) definitely will not go through them again.”

“I have bought many things through Aliexpress over the past 5 years. It can be very frustrating at times. The advertising is very misleading. The sellers advertise a price for an item but when you check, you see that the price is for an accessory for the item you're looking for and the actual price of the item advertised is much more. Sellers also try to bribe you with discount coupons in exchange for giving them a 5 star reviews. Business ethics and morals apparently do not exist in China. Frequently the items are fake or counterfeit. Aliexpress customer service is very difficult to deal with because they only have specific choices for help. If your problem or question is not within their list of available selections, you can't go any further. You can't contact a real person to help you. China has 1.4 billion people. Wouldn't it make sense if Aliexpress hired some of them to help with customer service? I have mostly purchased items that are fairly inexpensive. I would not trust buying anything expensive through them. Lately I have had some bad experiences with Aliexpress so I think I will no longer purchase through them.”

“So much frustration to receive a package its not worthit. You get to speak with a robot robo-english. And then at the end you get case closed no refund even though i did not receive part item. So much frustration i do not trust aliexp.”

“Site is great for merchandise...BUT everytime you sign in it comes with a different currency no matter how many times you save it. Stupid! Same with language...while you are looking at pages all of a sudden it will jump to Russian Language...dumb”

“AliExpress does not honor their stated guarantee and commits FRAUD. If the seller sends you a different item than ordered, their site states that return is guaranteed. In fact on a $570 item with proof stated by seller that item is not correct AliExpress says no return and no refund. AliExpress commits FRAUD by insisting you use an intentionally BROKEN UPLINK to submit evidence already stated by the seller. Since you can't upload through their broken uplink, they refuse return. AliExpress has no customer support and provides fake support links that go nowhere.”
