“Warning never buy at Aliexpress.com! Warning, never buy at Aliexpress.com. I bought a defective item - the product did not work. Unfortunately I can not be allowed to give zero stars! Raised a Refund case. Submitted all the documentation they asked me to send. Each time with the result that refund was rejected. Last time I had to post a video. I sent it and Customer Service confirmed that they could see the video and they could also hear the sound. But got the message that the refund was rejected because they could not open the video. When I then again again wanted to proceed with the case through their Customer service, I could not get in touch with them. That's because they've blocked me. They obviously do that when they have no more arguments. This is the first time I have raised a case with them and yet they are acting as a criminal enterprise. I will never support that fraudulent company again and I urge everyone else to boycott Aliexpress”

“I will never buy anything from AliExpress again in my life ! I have purchased many items over the past year without problem, but the most expensive item I ordered did NOT arrive and AliExpress has failed to honour their promises to fully refund if item doesn't arrive in 90 days..All reviews about the seller of this item say the same thing.." items do not arrive " And AliExpress does NOT refund as they promise.Aliexpress is deceitful and untrustworthy . eBay is the only way to purchase !”

“I bought 10 items from there, the package finally arrived after about 3 months. Then, it only has 8 items in it. The most expensive 2 items are missing. I submitted disputed to the seller, it replied 'No evidence, so no refund'. I chat with their agent, 'go to the USPS to get the details of the package, and the manager will contact you'. Then, no reply forever. It's the worst online service I've ever met. Especially, it says 'No evidence', and it happens missing the most expensive 2 items. It really disappointed me. Then, i chat with the agent again, I was not asking for refund, I just wanted to file a complaint of the seller. They gave a link, funny thing happens, in the link, there 3 types of report, but all are just related to property rights or illegal product, no type about complaining the seller for not being honest or fault. Will never buy anything from the platform. Again, no refund doesn't irritate me, it's there gross service. I don't hope this happen to any of you who are considering to buy things from Aliexpress.”

“Looks like one has a lot of choice for products to buy, which seem appealing. It turns out to be an outlet of cheap Chinese products, chances are you won't be happy with what you receive. When this is the case forget about what is stated on the sales page, where you might find promises like 'Free Return', '75-day Buyer Protection', they seem to be only there to lure you into buying. I had ordered a body-wearable cam for recording during meetings, as one picture on sales page promoted. The sound was barely detectable. Even with a software-patch received from the seller after explaining my problem did not improve sufficiently the sound. At this point I opened a dispute and requested full refund. AliExpress did NOT accept that the product was faulty. It has to be added that uploading evidence (large file, video recording) onto the page did not work when I tried several times. The proposal was nevertheless that I could send back the product and get the money back. The catch, I would have to pay myself for sending back the goods, which in this case would be about 40% value of the cam I bought. This despite the 'Free Return' promise on the product page. Any further attempt to contact AliExpress is frustrated as one can only chat with a 'bot'. As many other opinions on this site state, for your peace of mind better stay away from ordering goods on AliExpress, unless you are a gambler.”

“If I could give them 0/5 I would. Aliexpress is a scam, UK buyers please be ware. I spent a lot of money on the site, very stupid I know, all of the items came and they were all the wrong size. I opened a dispute and Aliexpress ruled in favour of the seller - when it was OBVIOUS, that the sizes where completely WRONG. They told me if I wanted to return it I'd have to pay for shipping, which is insanely costly and mad given that the item is literally not as described. Very appalling customer service. UK buyers please avoid like the plague. I know items may seem cheap relative to UK prices, but thats how they suck you in! there is a 90% chance that your item will come it it'll be completely wrong so save yourself the hassle and purchase from the UK or continental Europe instead.”

“NO LIVE AGENT TO DEAL WITH - DUMB AI. IMPOSSIBLE TO UPOAD VIDEO FOR EVIDENSE. THERE IS NO THINGS 90 BUYER GURANTEE. BOUGHT A EAR PHONE BUT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. CAN'T RETURN IT.”

“An immature, poorly designed and poorly executed service from start to finish. A cheap copy/knock-off of a professional website. I've ordered several items off them but the experience is tiresome and annoying. Their website and service is immature, misleading to use, confusing and operates poorly. Once ordered the process deteriorates. Deliveries appear to be haphazard and random. The tracking process is next to useless and as for trying to find out where something is, when it will arrive or can it be cancelled - don't bother.”

“Vendor merchandize was not accurate - Aliexpress did not try to resolve issue. I am finding that merchandize on this website is inferior and has incorrect sizing to match equavalent U.S. sizes. Beware”

“You can get scammed fairly easily on this site. I received the wrong item a red cloud necklace instead of the 20 cm Black Knight that I paid for. I got rid of the packaging of the necklace and AliExpress made no attempts to follow up with the seller. They just denied a refund. Use another website if possible. Their cheap costs come at a price: time and reliability.”

“Veiligheidscamera's besteld. 221 euro betaald. Volgens track & trace zijn deze aangekomen maar nooit pakje ontvangen. Bpost heeft het onderzocht en officiel document opgestelt om aan te tonen dat het inderdaad nooit is aangekomen. Verkoper reageert niet en bestaat plots niet meer. Verkoopt niets meer. Ali Express oordeelt dat verkoper in zijn recht is. Ondertussen zijn al de recensies van de verkoper natuurlijk 1/5 want niemand heeft zijn pakje aangekregen. Ali Express houd hier blijkbaar geen rekening mee en doet niets van onderzoek. Ik kan dus fluiten naar mijn geld. Er is totaal geen mogelijkheid om iemand van Ali Express te spreken. Enkel een automatische bot waar je niets aan hebt. Dikke afrader.”

“Don't buy on AliRefundless Hello all. I've bought few graphic cards on Aliexpress portal, however it become clear that it was a scam. Shop which was selling the cards, at this point (05.03.2021) has over 1200 bad reviews. (picture added) Items were fake, seller was sending false tracking numers etc. However Aliexpress doesn't want to acknowledge that and most important they don't give people their money back.(also added pictures) I've probably lost 1000 dollars(8 orders). Which will be kept by Aliexpress itself I assume. I also heard that they ban people who open disputes and now I am nervous if you write in google Aliexpress disputes are a mess you will find a websites and a lot of comments from people banned. It happens to this day. I've messaged them that if I won't get my refund till 27.02 I will post this everywhere I can. They changed time for their decision till 03.03. But now EVA - their automatic chatbot says it will be resolved till 06.03. And then till 9th and then till 12th etc. Don't buy on aliexpress it is waste of time and nerves. (i've bought few items before and it was fine, but in case of something goes south with seller: 1.) Buyers protection program is a lie 2.) Their customer service doesn't exist. 3.) Probably they will ban your account. 4.) You will lose 2 months of your life stressing out, which you could use in other way. Stay as far as possible from this portal.”

“I bought a Bayblade arena (Tot) for my kid in november 2020 from the seller Mother and Child. I choose to paid more for the shipping to get eparcel 15-20 days to be sure it arrive before christmas. As for today ( march 3, 2021) i haventreceive the parcel yet. I tried to communicate twice with the seller but only got shitty automatic reply telling me to have a happy life. The seller keep telling me to be patient and add more and more time to their protection thing. That prevent the buyers to take actions against them. I opened a dispute with Aliexpress and only got a follow up after a month. Aliexpress choose to side with the seller saying the parcel was still in transit. I will never buy from this Website never again. Don't think its like Amazon, far from from it.”

“They are crooks. I ordered 2 GPU`s from a supplier and the products have not been shipped . The supplier gave me a tracking number for a package sent to Spain and I am from Romania. I asked Aliexpress to return my money and first time they approved my full refund. After a month they changed from full refund to partial refund and took $ 70 out of a total of $ 340.”
