“Absolutely HORRIBLE! From the website to their customer service every aspect of this company is disgraceful. The only thing they are good at is taking your money! There is a very good chance you will not receive anything you ordered and good luck getting your money back. Do yourself a favour and use banggood instead.”

“THE WORST ONLINE SHOP EVER! AVOID TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, EVEN IF IS 2$ ITEM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NONEXISTENT. IF THE SELLER WANTS TO RIP YOU OFF THEY CAN EASILY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON´T SEND YOU ANYTHING, AND YOU WON´T BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING SINCE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL IGNORE YOU FOREVER. NOW TRY TO GO AND SUE THIS COMPANY FROM CHINA! GOOD LUCK! AVOID AT ALL COST, LITLE PRICES HUGE PROBLEMS! THAT´S ALIEXPRESS!”

“I place an order and the funds were quickly deducted. No order number was give so i sent and message to contact there customer service department. I was instructed to track my card and they could not locate the order yet the funds were deducted. So I quickly try to contact them to resolve it no luck so I had no other choice but to disputed charges' with my card carrier for the full refund... Don't shop online unless it with Amazon period..”

“almost eveything i order from them is damage during shipping..no seller will package your item well..every order i ever got from them was crushed or broken..and they charge way more in shipping and handling than the item itself ..most of the time..you must factor in damaged stuff if you are a reseller.”

“Pretty Diary Official Store - I ordered a 16” wig, what came was more like a 14”. It looked nothing like the photo. Opened a dispute with them, was advised by them to keep item as it would be expensive to send this back. I paid £12 to send it back, but only got a partial refund back which took nearly 2 months to be refunded, so I have lost money on this item. I will not be buying again as this is not a good promotion for this site. Unhappy customer 😕😕😕”

“I bought a product from Ukraine with 1 to 8 days delivery and then seller send it from China with 2 months delivery. I contacted support several times and the only answer is to be patient and wait... This is a disonest behaviour. Avoid this company at all cost. It is not trustfull.”

Curier simply back to my to say ..sorry this tracking number is addressed to different address so contact to seller .Will see now how long I will be asking seller for refund. KEEP AWAY !!!!”

“I ordered a Android unit for my car. Before purchase, I asked the seller if it fits my car. I sent information and pictures, seller replies fits perfectly. I choose ship from EU warehouse for faster shipment, even paid extra for this. Seller ships from China anyway Delivery comes late and was missing adapters, longer wire and the frame. Additional costs. After installment the provided WiFi antenna was defect and made the unit reboot. At last the unit powers up, but don't show my car and many functions do not work. Isssues: Not showing my car model Left steering wheel button do not work Original parking sensors don't show Door opens, clima and speed do not show Battery drainage I opened a alixpress dispute and provided video evidence and messages. I can get a partial refund for 116$ out of 635$. Or I can get full refund but then I have to ship it to China and shipping costs from Denmark to China equal 300$. I'll stick to European sellers and European platforms. Alixpress will never see a purchase from me anymore.”

“I ordered an lcd panel 4 months ago. I live in Greece and the tracking number the seller sent me shows that my item is in Netherlands since 4 months ago. After that nothing changed to the tracking number status and it's over a month that the tracking number has being expired. Until the day I decided to ask for money back. I contacted the seller and he told me to wait 4 more days. I said ok and waited. After these 4 days I asked again for refund. Aliexpress decided that they will not refund me because I haven't send photos of the product!!! But I haven't received the product!!! I tried to contact them again and again and I always get the same reply. They just STOLE my money. NEVER AGAIN”

“Aliexpress is terrible last week I ordered A farting snowman toy (I know adorable) but..... when I got it It came in pillow case I thought weird but maybe thats how they give there items.. I smelt this foul smell coming from the bag I opened it to find A big, fat, juicy shat. And the snowman didn't even fart.....”

“The way Aliexpress treats their customers is horrible. I ordered a "Bearings Puller" 3 months ago and never received it. The timer counting down the days left ,until delivery , reached zero and i opened a dispute asking for refund in accordance with their buyer protection policy. Eventhough they aknowledged there was a logistics problem they refused to reimburshe me. Instead they asked me to wait 5 more days which is unacceptable considering that i've been waiting for so long. They don't follow their own rules and that's a sign of a bad business.”

“I waited 2 months to receive the item that never arrived. An email informed me that the order was delivered at my address at 20,40 which is impossible as there is no service at that time. I opened a dispute but lost it as, according to AliExpress, the item was "accurately" delivered and that I have to ask the delivery company which I don't know anything about. I asked my post office but nothing is there”
