“So many issues with this company, in most cases orders are not being delivered due to sellers using FAKE SHIPPING LABELS. If your order ends up being delivered to your door, mailman will ask you to pay for shipping charges if you want your order! HORRIBLE PLATFORM FOR PURCHASES OUT OF U.S.A”

“The scam my order sending a fake tracking number. After almost 3 months asking for refund they never gave me the money back. I bought the item on July 4th which es a holiday and the 7 was Sunday, not USPS delivery. On the 8 my item of almost 200.00 was reported delivered. I was at home, but anyway any item came from Chiba or California bcs they told they don’t know where the warehouse is. Arrive in 2 business days. The store is named: Super Super Super Store (just the name, nothing Super here) or maybe super scam, check first.”

“I bought a travel tumbler mug for my grandson. Within a week, the handle broke off. The broken piece was sharp and cut my grandsons hand. The mug was so he could have water to drink in school.”

“The quality of products are average or below. But the customer service is beyond disappointed. If you lost your package, you may have no way or take a long way to get refund. the online live chat is very quick, but they normally just write down the memo, and pass the information to Chinese team to deal with, but the results are always wasting of time.”

“I bought a tablet from them and I only got the cover. After when I asked for a refund, they said that I was calling like who brought it to me or where is my tablet at all. I told them several times on the chat that they just wasted my time and said that they were working on giving me a refund, which they just lied about. Those are lies. Scamming. Be careful, don't buy anything there if you don't want to be lied to about your orders or a money refund.”

“I have ordered from Aliexpress and was receiving messages that the package was on the way. I tracked the package yesterday advising it has been delivered to the designated pick-up point at 16:45. Then later at night, I received an email stating that it has been delivered at 17:24 that I have never received. The post office that they delivered was at least 20 minutes drive from my home, I did not believe that they could deliver the package within 30 minutes. I sent a message to Aliexpress, so far nobody reply. Very disappointed.”

“Scammers.. I placed an order after 3 weeks system sys delivered when i did not receive it,, i contacted Aliexpress they insisted that package have been deleiverd and no refund.. imagine you pay money and they steel you? try to contact aliexpress customer service by phone.. its almost impossible.. i been dealing with aliexpress since 2015 i can say that last 2 years they have changed they dont care about customers anymore they look after their scammed venders. Package was NEVER delivered..”

“Do not buy anything from AliExpress and its Vendors. AliExpress and its Vendors are SCAMMERS. Many ads are like click bait, lure you in with unbelievable prices and then have nothing at the posted prices. I have bought products from 3 separate Vendors and have not received any product whatsoever. But when you go and track packages, all are shown as delivered. Again I repeat SCAMMERS!!! i am deactivating my account... never agian ..”

“I cancelled an order, and I asked for a "fast refund" - who wouldn't. But this is a nasty trick - you DON'T get your money back, but they put it in your "bonus account" - and this can only be used to make another purchase. So either you buy again from them, or you can whistle for your money. All this is in all probability covered in a legal information pack - do you ever read them? But it covers their ass. I call this theft, and I have told them so. Their reply is that it is jmpossible to transfer money from the bonus account to my credit xard - as if it were some irresistable force of nature.. which it isn't, of course, just bad faith.”

“I bought an escooter from Aliexpress last year and had a successful delivery. I recently ordered an escooter with 13" tires as I already own 3 with smaller tires. The Aliexpress ad was clear and I ordered the scooter for the advertised price of $975. When I received the shipment, I realized the scooter I got had 10" tires and had significantly less power than I had ordered. I tried to return it but could not get any response with a return address. Aliexpress sent me a small refund saying that was the difference in price from what I ordered and what I received. I had no use for what I received. I filed a complaint with Paypal. After gathering the evidence (which Aliexpress admitted to sending the wrong scooter), they sided with Aliexpress because I had not returned the scooter. Just beware of Ali's sinister tactics. All is not fair. I will never use Paypal or Ali for orders. Lesson learned. Good luck.”

“I bought an item from them that was £47. They sent me the wrong item and I have had trouble with getting them to take back. Today after speaking with Paypal they told me to return it but after going to Post Office they said that they don’t advise sending items to China, they cannot track it and would cost me £35. I would not advise buying from them unless you are prepared to risk throwing your money away for something you didn’t want.”

“If I could give them zero stars I would. Every time I buy from this site there is always an issue. The sellers always try to give you a partial refund of $5, even though you’ve spent almost 25x that amount on an item. AliExpress customer care center is also horrible. You can send them all the evidence to get the issue resolved and they will still not give you a reasonable solution and the situation remains unresolved. I will never order anything off this site again, because it is always something with the sellers not giving the exact product that is advertised, there’s also some type of defect or issue with the product. The sellers will do anything to get a 5 star review except for give good quality products. They will ask you to give them a 5 star review in exchange for $5 or if you try to request a return/refund they will try to resolve it by saying they will give you a full refund and you can keep the product, but you actually will never get the full refund it’s all a scam. I highly don’t recommend any one to order off of this site because 9/10 you will get scammed.”

“electronic products come defectve and although they advertise that return fees will be paid by the seller its never the case, their system only refunds you the max purchase price which is often a lot less than the cost to send back from europe to china, ive been scammed 3 times by them now so im done with this site. Pity because i was using tem for years but last 3 orders, 1 never arrived, 1 had items missing, the last one had all 3 electronic products dead!!!”

“I ordered a product. They use a tracking company I have never heard of. First Tracking said It arrived 9/1/2024. Later tracking said it arrived 9/5/2024. The tracking company said I signed for it and was left in my mailbox. If I signed for it, I would have taken it in my home and not left it in my mail box and vise versa. I paid $347.30. I never receive it. I asked several times from the seller for a refund. They refused to refund my payment. I contacted Aliexpress The seller sent them the tracking info and Aliexpress refused to refund me. I have had discussions with the seller and Aliexpress since 9/5/2024. I have no other recourse but to tell others of their actions. Most retailers will refund if the buyer never receives the item. Do not use Aliexpress. I recieve emails form USPS daily about mail and packages that I will receive. I did not get any packages the date they report it was delivered (Sept 5). I also checked all packages from Augest 30-Sept 10 and none of the tracking numbers do not match this tracking number they gave me. Paypal also will not support the customer when a product is not delivered. They want to blame the USPS when they did not send the product. Do not trust this Chinese company. Never received the procuct. and never received a refund. We checked with the post office. The y have no records of this tracking number.”

“I purchased truck Carbon Fiber mirror covers for my pickup truck. I received 2 drivers side, when I told them I received 2 drivers side they told me that was what I ordered. The add said 2 pieces but never said 2 of the same piece.. I told them it never said 2 of the same piece and what would I do with two drivers side mirror covers when I have one truck with a drivers and pass side... another add showed and described "Carbon Fiber" side covers- somewhere in the add there were other options that I did not see that were not Carbon Fiber like the add said.. When I received black they said this is what you ordered, so I said OK free return.. When I hit the return prompter it does not work, sorry temporarily down.. this has been 2 days now so I can't return the wrong item they sent me..... I'll stick to Amazon, pay a little more but receive the wright items, in 2 days and not 20 days from China and it will all be above board.”
