“I received the wrong merchandise and can’t get a refund. Additionally, they sent another order to my street address in another city. I’m still waiting to see if I get that order. I won’t order from them again.”

“Returning and resolving issues with AliExpress is impossible. If you have a problem they keep your money and block your account. They BLOCKED/DELETED my account because I kept asking for my refund after returning the item. Don’t lose your money I like me.”

“DO NOT purchase from them! The sizes are off even if you measure and the seller will not approve you return nor give your money back! I’ve never had issues like this with Amazon! Just order there to avoid loosing your money if the cost play doesn’t fit”

“The seller confirmed that the product had not been shipped and AliExpress has not returned my money after two and a half months. I called them several times. The lawyer told me that AliExpress will most likely keep the money without returning it. I think I've lost the money.”

“Bought a top, waited for it to be delivered, never received a real tracking number just an email a few days later stating it cant be delivered because my address is incorrect, which it clearly isn't I know where live. Went back & fouth trying to get it sent then told them to refund me to which they emailed saying they are not sending it or refunding me, I have this email as proof. Who the hell do you think you are thinking your going to scam my money & not send the item. You have been reported.”

“Ordered a glass product which arrived broken. Contacted AliExpress for refund which would be credited to my account when product was returned. Received an email with a link to print return label. Link did not work. Contacted Ali and they said they would send another. Their email reply to my phone call said to simply continue to refresh the screen that opened from the link. Link still does not work and therefore I can't print the label and return the item for a refund.”

“Please don't purchase from this place. They sell fake counterfeit goods. If you contact customer service they just tell you to wait 2 days and then contact them back after they investigate. When you contact them back after the due days they tell you to wait another 2 days and another 2 days and another 2 days and so on and so on. Absolute joke of a company.”

“AliExpress is deliberately misleading customers and breaking UK advertising laws. Most items listed on AliExpress claim "Free Returns within 90 days". This sounds great, no risk if you receive a wrong/faulty product, right? Wrong! This is because for most items, AliExpress does not provide a free return label, instead it asks you to pay the return shipping fee and then upload the receipt to be reimbursed. That sounds inconvenient, but not completely unreasonable. Until you realise AliExpress will not reimburse your postage fee, instead it provides you with a coupon for that value! So, to return your item, you pay for it, and you receive a coupon credit towards your next purchase. As the “Free Return” is conditional upon a future purchase, it is NOT FREE. You’ll find no mention of the shipping fee being reimbursed as a coupon unless you manage to find it buried very deeply on the website – see screenshot with this review. One can only reasonably assume this information is deliberately hidden from the customer. Customer Care is abysmal, provided by agents in China using computer translation. The agents are completely useless, cannot help, and instead write things like “You are our most precious loyal beautiful and most trusted customer and we understand your hope and concern”. I strongly advise anyone reading this to take 10mins to submit a complaint on the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) website regarding this fraudulent “Free Returns” advertising. Only once AliExpress are forced to change this will customers be better informed.”

“They let tons of little shop owners sell through their site. If that shop owner screws you over, aliexpress does NOTHING to make it right. I returned 3 items from my order using the return label that they provided. They stress that I must return all 3 items in the same package or additional delivery fees would apply. I did this and was refunded for 1 of 3 items in the package. I've been fighting for over 6 weeks to receive a refund for the other 2 items. The "shop" owners don't even reply back to you. And aliexpress starts a dispute and never follows up. I've been told that I would receive a response within 48 hours at least 4 times now. I have to keep reaching back out over and over. I provide my reference # and it does absolutely nothing. I have re-explain my issue all over again. To date, I have still not received a refund for items that I returned on 9/5. Pathetic. Never using this ripoff website ever again. Buyers Beware!!”

“I used to like Aliexpress, but now they have decided to go ahead and scam their customers. They let you spend months harvesting in a game for prize. As harvest appears fast at first but progressively becomes slower as you get closer to your prize. Then they are unable to send you your prize. They are scammers!”

“Aliexpress fake shipping information to help scammer steal money from buyer’s account. Details of shipping stops by ups only show the last delivery stop at the buyer address zip code. So, scammer ship something very cheap to any address at the same zip code and use that tracking number to proof the delivery of buyer order more expensive. Aliexpress add ups shipping information with buyer’s address in its file for the proof of delivery and decline buyer dispute. I got scammed by aliexpress store number 1103180909 and too many other buyers have the same experience. I should have checked reviews.”

“I placed an order, at the noted delivery date, it was still counting down six days til shipping. I contacted the seller, they said to cancel the order as it was out of stock. Still listed on line with a two week delivery date. Total scam.”
