The most horrible experience I have ordering online. I just wasted my hard earn money for orders not delivered. Even if I did provide proofs on undelivered items, still they can't refund the money I payed for it. In addition of their poor customer service, hotline agents that uses script using sweet words of promises, and passing their responsibilities to resolved issues to the customers who just thought that they meant their business, AliExpress needs to incorporate professionalism. Too bad that it's not covered by the business bureau (maybe that's why they still operating).Pointing fingers towards seller and carrier. What about you AliExpress? What is your role? Just to sell the items, get your commission and when there's a dispute you just point your finger to either seller or logistic delivery. That's not fair, customers thrust you. But it seems like you just want your part. Never again doing business with you. $50 is $50 it might be a small amount for you, but it's a hard earn money for me. Hope KARMA moves on its own ways. Never spend even a cent in this online business

the website sucks when putting in your address. It deletes the main address line and only saves the apartment line making it impossible to get your product. Their customer service is worthless!

tried twice. first time items arrived late. some items were too small. second time nothing ever shipped and took 5 weeks for them to allow me to cancel. they suck. big time.

This smart watch doesn't show notifications on screen. it just vibrates. all my Smart watches in the past gave me on screen notifications. the notification on phone and app is turned on. it also disconnects from phone. once I turn app on then it connects. this is also annoying. I contacted seller and they want me to send a video. It's very bizarre. How can I send a video of this. I find all sellers on AliExpress ask for video regardless of what the problem is. This why I'm shopping less from AliExpress and more from Teemu. I used to always shop from AliExpress and their after sales was much better.

Hi to all readers. It's a early warning to all those who intend to place or buy items from Aliexpress. Here is my story with Aliexpress. Never ever buy online from Aliexpress. They are not able to help or provide a solution to help customer who is in need of help example a refund. I bought the product as a gift costing $582.00 for my customer but the packaging is very poor as the plastic wrap on the product is poorly done. The wrapping is loose like been used by someone before, like it had used and after use, placed the product back onto the box. The name of merchant is call "PONBOS Tools Specialty Store". Also noted wad the manual booklet has many scratch marking and torn abit like it has been tampered with or used by someone and quietly placed it back onto the box. The whole box is not sealed and product could be taken as used product. As a gift to my customer, it is totally unacceptable and is not presentable to hand a gift in this condition. As I could not find a button to switch to 7 times magnification as claimed on the product specification manual, I feel the information is misleading as there was no 7 times magnification zoom features as claimed. Lastly I notice there was a permanent sign that appear on the LCD screen which was unable to remove or switch that sign off as it remained permanently stay onto screen thus obstructing a full clear LCD screen. IIs a total distraction to keep seeing that sign whenever the screen is turn on. You may refer to my video on this matter. I inform the seller at platform chat I would greatly appreciate a full refund and I would be most happy to return back the product to the seller in China. Just let me know where to drop off or deposit this product in SG. I was told by the seller that I need to find my own shipper to sent back product to China at my own cost and yet Aliexpress could not help customer on this part. I.can sense on the chat that seller sounded very unwilling to a refund. Both Online Lazada and Shopee platform would glately help customer get a refund if a refund is requested and both platform would arrange for a courier to pick up product from your house but unfortunately Aliexpress do not do that. The full box include some accessories, manuals, and external wrapping is all intact like new product to be returned. I have not use the product ever since the product was received and it has been kept at home till now. My bottom line message, do not buy or order items or products from Aliexpress as if a refund is made, you will end up hard to get a refund.

Never received goods. The seller lied and said the goods were at the post office. Ali Express closed my dispute without a refund. Terrible. Total waste of money don't be scammed.

The worst company to do business with ever. I want them to see this review idc they suck. I order my item back in May. Almost the end of September I check back again to see it said my order is on the way and I been home two days later it still haven't arrived. Only to see the website saying received. I still ain't get my item. They got me good I gave them free money basically. Never again. aliexpress suck. Do business with them at your own risk but me. No no no

I have one order due to be delivered from Ali-steal-my-money-express. Once that has arrived I will NEVER use Ali-lets-take-the-mickey-express ever again. Regarding this order, the delivery company dumped the parcel at my front door; then left. No opportunity to refuse delivery because the parcel was clearly empty. Absolutely nothing in it. As I could not refuse delivery, I took a video as I unpacked the parcel, as it was clearly empty. All that was inside was the empty packaging! Customer service said no to a refund. No to a refund for an order I could prove I had never even received! Woeful and pathetic. Robbing, dirty, low down thieving animals. I'm not pleased by my experience, as you can probably tell.

If I could give these guys zero rating or a negative value, I would. Just a scam. I do not know how they expect me to prove that I did not receive my order. They are the ones who claim they sent the order, so they must prove that I received it. Somewhere I signed confirming receipt maybe. My case was closed without even getting to the bottom of this matter. Really frustrating. Seems my hard earned money has been discarded down the drain. Do not waste your time or money ordering on Aliexpress. You will regret it.

Aliexpress is a scam, they try to sell products on their website but they don't send the products to the customers, they just wait for the order to expire and return the money to the customers. Their purpose is not to do business but to try to steal the information of the customers.

I've been robbed for $67. My order 3041200675915022 never arrived. Provided tracking number showing delivered is stolen from other person's purchase. Didn't get refund after several appeals. I've closed my account and will never use this scam site again!

Farooq Hayder 6:23 AM (13 minutes ago) to AliExpress i waste my time 25 days and money by ordering on ali express (Order ID: 1107727150665550). i will never advise any person to buy from ali expree. i daily contact ali express on wtsapp ad tell that no delivery to me packet is net delivered. daily thay say " sir pls wait". their promise is 10-day delivery but after 25 days without no proof of delivery they provide fund to seller. and ask to buyer provide proof he has not received item. even i say ali express intelligent team can check wtsaapp chat record from last 10-15 days, in which buyer daily ask for delivery. but ali express at the and of 25 days email that fund was issued to seller. i am sure buyer it is fake and funds are not issued by ali express ???

They promised to solve an issue of shipment of two items not matching the international XL, and XXL size garment. They asked to send measured size proof and it was done. No response, nor allows me to cancel their account. I have purchased from, Temu, Like Amazon the return of items is easy and quick. Stay away from Aliexpress, pay more and buy from suppliers who provide return item free, if there are problems with sizes or product you do not like.

I ordered 10 items received 3 and Ali refusing to refund. Tracking ends on 19/9 when it should have been delivered then I am told they are in transit, the Post Office have it, the Post Office tried to deliver, EVRI destroyed the parcels. EVRI tracking states they were damaged in transit. Ali are saying there is no proof but refused to look at the delivery details. Customer Services are useless so I have 7 outstanding items that Ali are refusing to refund. Biggest bunch of con artists on the planet and I hope they are reading this. Do NOT buy from them bunch of lying dishonest crooks.

SCAM ALERT! If a buyer scams you, good luck getting your money back. It's been 7 weeks and I still haven't been refunded my money. The dispute team are just a bunch of bots that don't actually look at any evidence, just decline everything. Please use alternatives or pay a bit more and go with a proper company, at least they will have humans as customer service. Please warn all your friends and family too. If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

Aliexpress allowing members sellers to misleading customers by falsely advertising the goods are shipped from Europe and guaranteeing delivery 7-10, and never delivered Recently I bought three products from different sellers in Aliexpress, who advertised that the products are available in warehouse in Europe and they guarantee delivery within 7-10, however, when the order delayed I contacted the seller and find out that the product will be at least taken over 30 days longer as it been shipped from China. AliExpress allows their members seller misleading their customers by falls advertising. Aliexpress can’t rectify and acknowledge the issue or take appropriate action or even to refund my money fast and they can do to ask me to be patient and wait. I will never do shopping in their platform after I get my money. Very bad experience

I ordered a product. They use a tracking company I have never heard of before. First tracking said It arrived 9/1/2024. Later tracking said it arrived 9/5/2024. The tracking company said I signed for it and was left in my mailbox. If I signed for it, I would have taken it in my home and not left it in my mail box and vise versa. I paid $347.30. I never receive it. I asked several times from the seller for a refund. I contacted Aliexpress. The seller sent them the tracking info and Aliexpress refused to refund me. I have had discussions with the seller and Aliexpress since 9/5/2024. I have no other recourse but to tell others of their actions. Most retailers will refund if the buyer never receives the item. Do not use Aliexpress. I recieve emails form USPS daily about mail and packages that I will receive. I did not get any packages the date they report it was delivered (Sept 5). I also checked all packages from Augest 30-Sept 10 and none of the tracking numbers match the tracking number they gave me. Paypal also will not support the customer when a product is not delivered. They want to blame the USPS when they did not send the product. Probable fake tracking number. Do not trust this Chinese company.
