“Ordered 2 items from AliExpress a few months ago. Saw when confirming that the address wWhatever you try to correct the address or reach someone... in vain.as incomplete again (had already delivered incorrectly or not at all and once it was ok). Once they replied via messenger (after a complaint on Trustpilot): go look for it at the post office, as if they are interested in letting me look for a package without an address. “Ordered the Steampunk catsuit! VERY misleading! The photo made it look like there was strips of patent leather in it but it looked NOTHING like that! Only has white blotch designs on it! Cant even do a review unless you have the app!”

“I ordered a DeWalt battery on AliExpress and it listed under $20.00, very inexpensive. I thought it’s too good to be true, but only $20.00, what the heck, I took my chances and guess what it has never come! AliExpress has a website that I filled a complaint and refund, a copy cat format similar to Amazon, but it’s again, it’s totally a scam. My request was denied. They asked me to submit a proof that the battery that was not delivered. What a joke, a scam company. I’ll never trust any things that are from a communist China. Be careful folks, don’t be a fool like me!”

“AliExpress has become completely unreliable. If you receive faulty items, don’t expect any support—they leave you hanging. I received clearly defective products and got zero help from their customer service. If you value your money, choose another platform that stands behind its customers. Stay away from AliExpress; they won’t have your back.”

“Awful experience. My packages were never attempted to be delivered and have been 'en route' back to sender, but never made it either. I now don't have the products or my money. Ali Express refused to refund me and the courier didn't sort it either. You get what you pay for - Cheap products, cheap service. I will never buy anything there again. Go elsewhere. I spent so much time trying to solve this as well!”

“Terrible liars and they allowed seller Oudis hair to keep my money after they lied and told me I was getting my full refund and aliexpress did nothing gave me a 5 dollar coupon aliexpress is for the sellers not for the customers if you value your money don't shop there ever”

“I purchased a motorcycle trunk box on AliExpress. It was never shipped. Once the arrival date came along and my purchase did not, I contacted the seller daily. HXYshop store, is evidently fake. I never got an answer why the item didn't arrive. I received a refund notification four days later. It is impossible to reach the scumbag customer service on AliExpress. AI is all you get with answers that don't match your questions. Steer clear of AliExpress. There is no communication. Even PayPal doesn't respond to text messages. A waste of time getting your money tied up in a scam outfit.”

“Scam. They will take your money and send you a false tracking number for a different order and product that is delivered to a different address. Then claim to have delivered and refuse any refund. Then close order.”

“Don’t be an idiot like me and order a single thing from Docctt Store on AliExpress, or AliExpress. They will take your money, send you a tracking number for an order associated to a different address and buyer, and then say your item was delivered! UPS says my item wasn’t delivered! Their website says my item wasn’t delivered, but they now are refusing me a refund and have closed out my order! I am simply out $214 for a Christmas present purchased for my grandson. I wouldn’t even give one star but I had to in order to submit this warning. Both of these companies are scammers stealing your money!!! Don’t fall prey”

“scam alertDont buy anything over $10. Most items they sell are not as described. They advertise buyer protection etc, but those protection doesnt exist. No option to return in case item is not as described or faulty. Paid $300 for an item, item was not as described, requested for return and refund, got offered $12 and they closed the case.”

“Aliexpress helps scammer steal your money. This is how those seller play. They post items on aliexpress.com. Then they set your order is partially shipped. It means you are not able to cancel your order, you are not able to open dispute for two weeks. Then seller tells you this product is back order. You still need to wait for refund because aliexpress set the rule let sellers handle it. What a scam game.”

“Your selling terms and conditions state that after 15 days without having the shipping details, the money will be automatically refunded, why you are not fulfilling it? In addition, after those 15 days, you assured me that the situation would be resolved within 48 hours, and now they tell me that it will take more 5 to 10 days with no explanation, when you were telling me the truth, first when you say you were going to refune the money after 15 days, or maybe when you say please wait 48h, or now you say wait another more 5-10 days... I didn't think that Ali Express had these abusive practices or behaved in this way, but I'm reading here more people have had the same bad experience! we should think really carefully before buy anything there!”

“It has been almost two months, and they have not refunded my money for an order that was canceled and "never shipped" (around €600). I am consulting a lawyer to see if it is not a scam. They probably agree with the seller to get money for nothing. I will not stop giving bad reviews until I have resolved my problem.”

“Never buy anything from AliExpress. I bought 15 different merchandise from them . For the first one I supposed to receive Sep 30 . After lot of tracking and sending emails to the delivery company I received a Chinese text from someone who sent me a photo from my house and I tried to communicate with him, but he told he can’t speak English. 2 weeks after that the status of tracking marked as delivered! But I haven’t received the item. It was a $10 item and they refunded me . But it happened for rest of my 14 items and they told they delivered it and didn’t refund! I emailed them several times and talked to their helpline .it takes 2 days with no refund! Again apeal and no refund and so on and on an on !!!!!! They are not responding and responsible!!”
