NO PRODUCT - NO REFUND? When you order a product in the Black Friday sale - they take your money then say we are sorry when product doesn't come but half the orders all failed (yes 50 percent of the hundreds that ordered the product) was our fault but don't worry eventually you will get a refund - so the item you want to buy will end up going back to full price (unless you can afford to pay for another even though they have your money) - and you could have got the same deal from a reputable retailer, to me its a scam. No customer service except for sorry you will get your refund eventually - thank you Argos avoid this retailer just another big chain that couldn't care about their customers. Still waiting for refund. Product: Samsung Tab 10.1 tablet - never seen a worse customer service that couldn't care less about their customers or your money they took. AVOID!!!

Was shouted at and embarrassed in front of a store full of customers in the Drogheda, Ireland. Such a bizarre experience, I only asked a simple question. I've never complained about customer service in my life, but I was left shaken the way I was treated by Caroline.

Their drivers will lie about having attended, and customer service will do nothing to resolve but give you computer says no answers. An absolute joke. If you want something delivered when you expect it and don’t want to waste a day preparing for it, don’t order from Argos.

Bought a hitachi tv it has gone faulty Argos have told me it cant be retuned to the store has it as to be looked at by Hitachi first the tv is 6 months old Been on the phone to Hitachi had the run around sending a engineer out poor quality of service may have just bought of the internet cheaper

Argos are repeatedly sending me texts telling me to collect an order from a store. I haven't bought anything, some bozo has just guessed at a phone number and got mine. 10 texts in a couple of days. Told argos, done nothing.

Ordered a chest freezer online. Really happy with the product. Was delivered within my time slot and the driver phoned prior to the delivery. Well done Argos.

Ordered a laptop got deliveres opened box..... NO LAPTOP!!! Raging is an understatement... Phone them to be told need to wait till tomorrow till a special team can look into it. Argos get this sorted

worst company ever, delivered a double bed to a street next to mine by mistake, let a child home alone sign for it, I then had to pay a delivery man to pick it up from the poor woman’s living room, Argos couldn’t care a less and will do nothing for me. After all this the bed had all accessories missing and all material was slashed

As it was Black Friday I decided to purchase a few early Christmas present the main item being a Huawei MediaPad T5 10.1 Inch 64GB Wi-Fi Tablet for my son who is eight. Later that evening when I came to open the plastic Argos bags I was horrified to find that the Huawei MediaPad was in fact a second had unit, a return or had been on display at some point in its life before it was delivered to me. What made me so angry was who ever sent this item out for delivery thought it would be acceptable in the first instance, there was no cellophane, the box was dirty, and it looked like it had been purchased from eBay for £10. How could I possibly expect to give this item to my son as a Christmas present I was appalled at this level of service and will never use Argos or Sainsbury's again. Mike Coupe should be ashamed that his customers are treated this poorly

Faulty dishwasher which I've rejected as not fit for purpose sold. I've had for under 30 days and installed by a professional plumber. Didn't work, Argos will not respect my consumer rights so now have my mp, MEP, trading standards, BBC watchdog and rip off Britain involved. Meanwhile I have a non functional dishwasher in my small kitchen, useless and unable to fit a new one

Worst customer service ever tried returning a laptop purchased online to their local store. Sales assistant flat out refused stating they don’t have to accept a return, manager backed her up. I called their customer service and they said they should accept returns so long as original packaging and nothing installed, it was brand new it was just too small and slow for me. The rudeness of their Hamilton staff totally put me off and I think they fake positive reviews on items as the same laptop I bought had 3 stars now it has 5 with all reviews from the last 3 weeks very suspicious

If you want to be accused of lying because of under trained staff shop at Argos If you want an unprofessional patronising manager shop at Argos If you want mistake after mistake by staff shop at Argos If you want to run about and do undertrained staff’s job for them shop at Argos If you want your compliant ignored and swept under the carpet shop at Argos If not just use amazon , Argos join the stats why the high street is failing N.B Argos complaint number 16161971 is going unnoticed

Amazing value for toys esp 2 for discount price offer or 20% off. Plus fast track system a god send 1 negative is holding bk items on sales showing as out of stock then appearing min sale ends eg peppa pig house. However given how much i saved on other items ill let this go lol
