Also, and the icing on the cake, is the fact that exactly the same product (supplied directly by Forest), is on Amazon for over £50 less. The Item arrived on Monday, as advised. However, when I unpacked the contents, the bag containing the screws and lugs was full of water and what looked like sand - and must have been for sometime, as all the fixings were corroded. The lugs were so badly corroded that it was imposable to screw into them and I had to purchase replacements in Brighton on Tuesday. Also the depth of the lug holes varied so much that it was very difficult to align the lugs and screw fixings. You can imagine my frustrations, have since read the rehires on your web site, where a number of purchasers seem to have had the same issues with fixings. You can also imagine that I was not happy to see that the same item (direct from the manufacture) is over £50 less on Amazon. I've emailed the CEO today!

After being a loyal customer to Argos for some time, I ordered a fridge freezer on April the 19th. I was told the item would be delivered within 12 days, it is now the 30th of April, I spoke to an online advisor today as I had no contact regarding a delivery day and I find out there’s been an error on their behalf. They then tell me the earliest they can deliver is the 12th of may which would be 23 days after I placed my order. I had a refund, with no real apology! Safe to say I will not use Argos again

Product is rubbish, no way to review it and the returns policy needs changing, how can I return an item that I have used as that is the only way I can see if its any good and it wasn't, wanted to return it but the easy returns aren't easy at all

Ordered a sofa and two chairs at £1558 but unfortunately have to cancel as address can’t be changed for delivery tomorrow and couldn’t be changed online after I ordered. Will go somewhere else as paid cash . Customer services said they can’t change address as it is already processed. Think it’s a joke as I have already had bunk beds delivered to this address.

Ordered a tumble at £269 and received a 10 voucher by email. I went to store to buy something to be told can only use online🤔 ok fine!!! So placed order whilst standing in shop but it placed order to be collected 27 miles away. Shop refunded order and money returned to bank card, they said 3-5 days for voucher to hit my email again.... 7 days later no voucher 2 phone calls later still no voucher. Then I get told another 3-5 days for it to come in post now... for £10 Argos wots the hold up??? Absolute joke to be fair

needed to buy 2 folding tables but Worcester didn’t hold in stock but had them at Evesham. Asked if they could be delivered to the Worcester store and told NO. Staff were extremely unhelpful as apparently there is no option for Argos to move stock between stores. Should have gone elsewhere!

Orded a camara which turned up next day which was good whent to pick it up from Bradley stoke store paid for it and when the camara was put on the counter a look at the box which was torn and very shabby spending nearly £300 pounds I as the staff member if she could change it she replied that’s the only one I also asked if there where any other cameras in stock she just told me to go and look and give me a refund she was not intrested in serving me at the time the store was empty and now I know why the service I got was nil I had to aske a youg lady in the store I think she was doing a promotion for help she help he I looked round and the store was empty but no Argos staff to be scene the I they where all in the back of the store I think I have a Argo card which I will never use agai or use that store the servic was rubbish i whent to buy a camera but the atertude of the staff was they did not whant to sell me one if the store was busier a could understand but it was empty

Argos customer service is a joke. They dont have any system to collect faulty or damaged items they are selling. So if you buy something in a shop they wont pick it up if its faulty. large items after constructions needs to be taken apart and you need to spend your own money for fuel to return them their faulty item. well done argos. never again

Argos are con merchants. They take money for items they never had to sell. On the day my washing machine was due to be delivered im told they never even had it in stock and it might be weeks before they get from the manufacturer. They then had the cheek to say my money was only an invite to buy the product. This is fraud. Don't touch Argos with a barge pole. Rogues.

The worst customer service I stopped using argos 7 years ago for same reason gave them another chance still same will not use again for the rest of my life . Delivery service also a waste of time

Waited in all day after booking with customer service to come out to look at new dishwaher not draining was not contacted rang 3 time's told engineer on their way this didn't happen when i rang again wss told they'd used an outside contractor and told me to ring them nyself but they where shut.disgusting customer service.now have to wait untill the next day to ring for engineer and who knows when they'll come out..already waited a week..will never be going to argos again.

If I could rate this 0 I would, got a wardrobe from here only to discover there were no poles to hang my clothes on, so phoned them up and they said I would have to wait 4 weeks for poles as they have to order them, finally got them only to see they sent 2 planks of wood instead of poles how I’m I supposed to hang my clothes on planks of wood, there a total joke would never buy furniture from them ever.

The wood is very cheap and has broken while trying to assemble, Parts were missing!! We are very angry and we will never buy from them again! I would rate this 0 stars.

we bought 432/7411 illuminated bathroom mirror with shaver point 1.3.2018 and in its in a unused bathroom. when I was dusting the mirror last week saw the mirror was breaking down at the back on the edge, so disappointed as looks lovely and for it to be ruined already was so disappointing.

I was told my washer was in stock, waited in, telephone rang twice and was put down when I answered it, I thought that was a sign Goods on its way. Waited in all day, phoned company they said they had text me On my phone, they never had my mobile number, was told its out of stock and would be 3 wk when I would get it. How can something be in stock when purchasing them out of stock. Something is not right!

I've been waiting for more then a month a gift that I made for a friend to arrive as the only option to get it was a delivery. I went to the local Argos 5 times without obtaining anything more than "we can't do anything". I even went to ask for a refound and after almost two weeks I haven't been contacted. I call this stealing.

They have charged me twice for one item and are rufusing to acknoweldge the second charge which has left me £143 worse of this month. Safe to say me, my friends and family are never using argos again

Argos customer service is very poor! We ordered a bed that comes in three boxes. However negligance from the courier left us with one wrong box meaning half way through putting the bed together we realised we had been given the wrong box. I rang Argos to explain and to rectify the situation ASAP. They explained I have to wait a week for the missing item to be delivered which is highly inconvienient to us as we had to dismemtel the original bed to put together the new bed! Fuming. So my three year old will have to sleep on a mattress on the floor until next week, and most mums will know what kids are like with sleep routines! Massive pain. So I explained this to ask if they could have it delivered in store quicker for me to collect, they said no but offered me a blow up bed to use for the inconvenience! I declined as I don’t need a blow up bed, and asked if there was anything else they could offer in compensation for the massive inconvenience this has caused, they said they thought that the offer of a blow up bed was sufficient! No, it’s not I’m fuming, granted it’s the delivery drivers mistake and mistake it was but still it wasn’t mine but I’m the one who will suffer! (Sleepless nights no doubt) A little compassion for the situation would have gone a long way, offer some money off, a gift voucher or even ensure they will check the delivery service is being thorough! Sorry Argos I will no longer be purchasing from you again!
