Fuming I had to even give 1 star! I ordered a sofa and when it arrived it looked nothing like the sofa we ordered on the website so much so we thought they has sent the wrong sofa. We phoned and asked them to collect it and send the correct sofa. When the second one arrived it was the same! They said it was the correct one that we ordered despite being a different colour, shape and size! To top off the ordeal because I had bought an evoucher through a scheme at work which entitled me to 6% discount they will now only give me an evoucher back so I am stuck with a voucher for a company I never want to use again and can't trust to use the voucher to buy another sofa when the ones they send out look absolutely nothing like the ones advertised on the website! Furious and disgusted with the appalling service from a major company!

I'll never buy from argos again. Bought an item on the 12th of February to be delivered on the 12th of March. Missed the delivery by 10 mins as I wasn't given a timeslot or call beforehand. Got a text saying delivery unsuccessful now two on I've heard nothing from them and they are stalling on a refund. If it wasn't such an expensive item I'd let it go.

Worst Company Argos. Transfer your calls from post to pillar. Then they hang up on you. Useless and horrible company. I called them so many times for my Dishwasher . They transferred me to Bush, they didn't answer for 20 mins . And they hang up on me. Bush is worst

DONT take advantage of ‘Buy now pay later’ plans, or minimum monthly payments with Argos or Argos card. After being a loyal Argos customer for several years and paying ALL my payments on time without fail - out of the blue you are sent a very abrupt letter requesting you to pay off the BNPL prior to the end date and increase your monthly minimum payments by a minimum of 2.5 times your minimum monthly payment (original monthly payment set by Argos, NOT the customer) Then, even if you settle one of the BNPL plans and increase your monthly payment, you receive another abrupt and rude letter saying that your Argos card has been suspended! NOT at all customer focused I feel ? All this from the Head of Operations for Argos - Jean Meher All this when we are in a national and worldwide public health pandemic! Without Argos knowing if you are furloughed or have lost your job! This company should be ashamed of themselves. I’ve cut up my card, paid off my account and will never be a customer with Argos again - I suggest you shop elsewhere

My uncle bought my aunt a dyson hoover in may 2017, was bullied into buying extended warranty, after having it 3 months it went wrong, it was taken back to Argos in north wales, where they were told to go look for a replacement one as it was definitely faulty, they did and then got back to the counter to be told it cannot be exchanged as it has the extended warranty, they were told to call dyson but today (3rd March 2021), I was told by Argos that the branch should have done it and not my elderly family, the hoover has continuously broken down, I took over the beginning of the this year (2021), as my uncle passed away last February and my aunt is in her 80s and cannot deal with all the stress, I contacted Domestic and General, they told me what an Argos call centre told me today that the hoover should had been dealt with by Argos and dyson, if they had we would not be in this position now, thank goodness I donot give up, I contacted dyson after getting a reference job number and they are replacing the battery that Argos should have got sorted out nearly 4 years ago, my suggestion,is go look for the same product on eBay they have have better policies in place between sellers and buyers and intervene if necessary, it is a shame that Argos donot care about there loyal customer and only money they can make from people and not the after care.

Delivery failed and the costumer service was rude and absolutely useless. Costumer service declined to send an email, costumers are not allowed to speak to supervisors, costumer service person declined to identify his name and declined to provide a reference number for the phone call. Basically, costumers have no rights and everything is done to protect the company rather than the costumers.

What on earth are Argos/Sainsbury's up to, they advertise everywhere, Their own website, Google and Ebay and yet many many of the items advertised are no longer available, if they are available it is only for collection at 1 or 2 stores max and not for delivery. Stop advertising goods you do not, have manipulating views. Shame on you.

I have an Argos card, don’t know really because I always pay in full. I want a tv, so I was trying to get through to Argos, about my Hotpoint washing machine, which I only purchased in January. Unfortunately I can’t get through

Price on product page showed a discount of £60 At checkout was full price. This was like it for atleast 10 hours. I contacted customer service and even the executive team and they said there is nothing they can do about it. It's not all bad though because Currys were able to price match and give me a code for £60 off on there website

Purchased a new kettle from an Argos store, worst kettle ever, all drinks taste of plastic. Was told I could only return to a Sainsburys store. Not possible with current lockdown restrictions as no store local. This was not made clear when item purchased so have to buy another kettle. Waste of £35. Live chat said I could have a refund. Refunds dept said I could not until item returned, which is not possible.

This review is for the Leeds crown point store and the argos brand in general. BE AWARE, this store does not operate according to its stated opening hours. The manager of this store does whatever she wants, the other day I went to the store to collect an order, the store was shut early as the manager decided to. Went next day to the store, asked to speak to the manager, ignored the first and second time and said the manager was busy. I insisted and said I can wait. I waited for 10-15 mins. Finally spoke to the manager, she came out looking grumpy and impatient. Asked her why the store was closed, she said she the store was quiet and she has waited as long as she could, and made the decision to send staffs home early that day. She tried really hard to send me away, told me all complaints are only handled by head office, and that there is nothing that she can do. Didn't even apologised for the inconvenience caused because of her wise decision the previous day. And guess what when I file a complaint to the head office? They simply apologise for the inconvenience caused and said that it was an unfortunate event, and that's it. I haven't done click and collect with Argos in the past, and I am extremely disappointed with my purchase with them. Learned my lesson, would stay away from argos in the future.

Ordered an item on same day delivery. Received text and email order confirmation. Items weren’t delivered. When I went onto my account to check, my order had been cancelled. Logged onto live chat. The customer services agent couldn’t have been more unhelpful. Basically told me the warehouse had cancelled the order for reasons unknown. She couldn’t tell me why I didn’t receive any communication about the order cancellation. When I enquired about refunds I was advised it would be 3-5 days. Agent was uninterested, unhelpful and just terminated the chat without trying to help at all. Will never be using Argos again. Appalling customer service!
