Never again will I give this greedy, disgusting outfit my custom. My order was Confirmed together with a delivery date and time. It didn’t arrive, the tracker has shown it out for delivery with 32 ahead of me yesterday and today!! I’m unable to get through by phone, chat isn’t available and no email address. Their only efficiency was to take my money!! Despicable outfit. I shall write to my MP and Trading Standards + anywhere else appropriate I can find...Which?! Vmaybe. What a time to heap even more stress upon an already stressed population. Please don’t allow Argos to get away with their contemptible actions... keep complaining until it’s resolved.

Absolute joke of a business. Placed my order on Friday based on the Argos site saying next day was available. Im now three days on and have received no update on my delivery. On the my account section it is still saying the delivery will take place on Saturday last week which I think will be struggle unless Argos have a time machine. Getting through to speak to anyone whether it be social media or via phone is impossible. Been on hold on three separate occasions for over an hour without success. Argos - if you can't deal with the orders, do what other companies have done and don't take them. Here's one customer that will not be ordering from you again and I'm sure I'm not alone.

I am not sure if this company really exists or not..I have placed an order today, money was charged quickly and NO any confirmation that my order has been processed. I tried to find order tracker on their site but not see anything there, means that my order has not been received. Tried to contact to them but 'all the lines are busy'. Very dissapointed..I really need that item now , and even not sure if i should place another order or just wait till they answer me :( first time buying on this website but big disappointment.

Argos soon took my bf for next day delivery nothing from them so Tuesday he rang for a refund now it's going to take around 7 days he needs a phone for a life line he's got corona. Wake up argos and sort this rubbish out. I just hope he don't need a phone urgently. Sort your mess out.

Argos are not delivering their products on time, no email, text or anything to let me know its not coming. No way of contacting them... if this was happening with any other less known company, they would most likely have been shut down. If Argos can't operate like normal, they shouldn't be taking orders. Worst thing is they'll just send out an email saying sorry and blaming it on corona after all of this corona stuff has finished. So annoyed

I placed my order on 27th March for home delivery. The earliest available delivery slot was 2nd April, 6 days later. Order was not delivered. No communication from Argos and no update online. I tried phoning but cannot get through to speak to anyone. They took my money quick enough though.

Horrible. I place an order for delivery they said two days then they make it ten and now they just send a massage that they will not deliver. I tried to contact them but nobody answer the phone i tried six times. I think that Argos will solve the financial problems use to have with the coronavirus they just take money and do nothing nice trick.

Delivered item not acceptable. No way of having the item collected - completely uncontactable. They should stop trading if they cannot offer correct service. Beware of ordering - you may be stuck with the purchase even if it is not acceptable or faulty.

I purchased a laptop from Argos, I asked sales lady at the counter if the laptop was windows compliant, she appeared impatient and said all their laptops were. After taking the computer home and trying it. My work confirmed it wasn't compliant. I packed it nicely as I had the package still in good condition. However, Argos staff told me I have up to 30 days and all returns were closed indefinite due to the coronaviris. I need a computer now for working at home in order to earn my wage. I can't wait for time indefinite or until the pandemic is over. I'm totally lost on what to do next after paying out £250 for something I can't use or replace. I was under pressure from work to log onto their home working system. Then mis-sold an item by an unfriendly, rude sales lady.

I had a bad experience whilst purchasing head phones yesterday. The girl wasn’t helpful at all, I was first told the items were in stock and to order over the phone, which I did. Once I had placed my order she then told me that the items wouldn’t be in stock until 4pm that day. Once I’d collected my order I then found that one of the three items didn’t work. I am now stuck with faulty items until the current crisis ends, because I have been informed they will not exchange or replace anything at the moment. Not a pleasant experience from start to finish.

BEWARE of Argos deliveries during Coronavirus isolation! Have just received a home delivery order from Argos - left on the door step because of Coronavirus self isolation and driver went back to van - drove off once I went to door. Packaging of item was damaged and, on inspection, the item had clearly been out of the packaging before - packaging damaged where it had been forced back by the previous recipient and mains cable in complete disarray - due to 'Coronavirus', Argos appear to be completely non contactable - even the delivery phone number is not being answered! Disgraceful, are Argos taking this as an opportunity to shift their shoddy goods - Shame on you Argos!

trying to get a refund from Argos is like getting blood from a stone. If you take an item out of its packet to look at they call it used. This has happened twice to me now. They used to be good at refunds which is why I used them, not now. One poor lady couldn’t hear her new phone and wanted an exchange to be told it was used and they wouldn’t even exchange. And the staff are very aggressive.

I have bought in Argos back in the pass and to be honest I have never had a single problem. However, I have just bought an item at the store but it was not good enough for me so I wanted to exchange it for a more expensive one. The package was so difficult for me to open without breaking the box, so I went to the Argos shop to be informed that I could not exchange this because of the package. I was given the excuse that every other retail company has the same rules, when that is not true at all. Also, another excuse that I was given in customer services is that I should have read the rules on the website (well surely I should not). It is a shame for a company like Argos not to accept a return when the customer is saying that she was literally not able to open the box due to the difficult packaging. I don’t know what has happened to Argos customer service.
