“Went into store in oldbury West Midlands to buy Bona mop and cleaning solution was told items could only be ordered but a very good helpful assistant arranged not only to order it but to get it delivered the same afternoon between 2-6 not only did it arrive at 3.30 but l was kept updated by text wonderful service well done Argos”

“I have to write to say how very happy I am with the service I have received from Kew Southport Argos. Couriers almost always fail to find me and up until this year I had endless problems chasing up my parcels. Now when I order online I am often given the option of collecting the item at Argos which is brilliant !! I must also give a big shout out to Nathaniel at Argos Kew who gave me first class service today. He was welcoming and very efficient, he greated me warmly and thanked me when I left. A credit to Argos Kew, keep up the good work, you got my business every time !!”

“Hi all had a week ago left Argos a bad review due to too many Goast orders and stressing me out about if id logged on to a fake site ,,But today i rung Argos on their main number got speaking to a guy called bill explained that i felt i had been cheated as i brought watch set in October in gold i asked the young girl who served me about having the links taken out she said it would cost £8.99 per item so i thought i will save up to have them done. i loved it so much, my son went and brought it in sliver for my birthday..any way speaking to my sister last night she said she had brought a watch from argos yesterday in Hampshire and had links taken out by argos for free ,i was not happy as had my 2 sets since october and hadnt worn them as saving for the £38 to have them taken in ...any way speaking to bill put me at ease he said i do every thing i can to help ..he spent time going through what he could find out for me .the most polite customer service staff i ever spoken to ..he went through every thing and explained to go to my local shop and explain what he had told me Thank you bill 100% from me..i had a lady called Alison in my local Plymouth Royal parade shop serve me and she gave me 100% customer care.sorted my issue out and i left the store very happy as nothing was too much trouble for Alison Thank you.After Monday nights 2nd ghost order mishap and another issue, i swore i wouldn't shop there again and i spend £100s a year in there but after Bill and Alison customer care today i will carry on shopping in there thank you i have faith in Argos Staff again”

“My little girl got an identical doll second hand when she was 2 and loves it so much that's it's now falling apart! After much searching we found this exact match and she's so happy! She's now 7 and loves a huge variety of dolls but this one is still one of her favourites. It's soft body, arms and legs make it perfect for cuddling and sleeping with. Her eyes open and shut which is quite rare these days, so is another nice feature bringing her to life a bit more. The doll quite is small, and the carseat is fiddly to use, but I would definitely recommend her, as would my daughter.”

“I purchased two beds one a double beds and one a triple bunk bed both with mattresses. I am so please with them both as they are excellent value for money and equally as good as more expensive company’s beds. I changed the mattress on the double bed for a memory foam and only had to pay £30 extra. It is the comfiest bed I have ever had I now sleep so well. Would highly recommend Argos beds. Customer service excellent and delivery service very good.”

“Very warm welcome from Liam at the till in the darlington store (Sainsburys/ Argos) . He was patient, polite and very respectful that i had my young son(2yrs) with me. Clearly understood that i would need that extra help with packing. Without hesitation a bag was offered and packed. Thank you ever so much for this touch of kindness. Excellent customer service is what makes a business grow and a customer to return.”

“Amazing value for toys esp 2 for discount price offer or 20% off. Plus fast track system a god send 1 negative is holding bk items on sales showing as out of stock then appearing min sale ends eg peppa pig house. However given how much i saved on other items ill let this go lol”

“I must praise the efficiency of the three men who delivered my freezer on Saturday 09/11/19 to Llangefni. Everything went perfectly, they were bang on time. I was called to ask for directions, as our house is a little hard to find, the amount of companies who do not call, is unbelievable. Full marks to them for that little 2 minute job, phoning, that actually gets the goods delivered 1st time around. This of course saves Argos and myself time and money in the long run five ***** stars, thank you.”

“Love the ease argos have made ordering online and collecting in store hassle free,quick conformation,ease with just using a code you receive instead of providing id etc which annoys me at other stores.receight of purchase to your phone and the simple thankyou for your order which other companies over look and send you items you don't want to buy many thanks”

“My friend and I visited the store at the Salford Retail Park. My friend Linda wanted to return an online purchase but could not access her email as confirmation of price. To be brief 4 members of the staff Ben, Nathan, Angela and Leanne came to our rescue! I told Ben he was like a Ghostbuster he was that fast sorting it out, he is so computer literate! Leanne went upstairs to access a system that would give her information and Angela kept us updated. Once sorted to full satisfaction, Ben actioned four kettles for my friend to view. ‘Speed’ should be his middle name. My friend consequently bought another kettle and a toaster to match. We are thoroughly impressed and delighted with the customer service given to us. You can see they are all proud to work for Argos and their skills both with products and customer satisfaction are second to none. Big thank you Argos and to the guys for making our day and also for giving us the opportunity of enjoying their fabulous company and expertise. They are four super individuals!”
