Went to ASDA Clydebank, shopping fine as were the assistants but we needed to use the toilets which were open so I used the female toilets however the men's loo was shut. My partner needed to go so I suggested , as did another lady, that he use the ladies as no one was in there. A rather ill mannered female member of staff stated she would not allow him to do that, someone suggested the disabled toilet but this was locked the member of staff reluctantly opened it. I said it was a shocking attitude to which the staff member said "it's not shocking we do not have to have the toilets open at all" Disgusting attitude!!! Will not use that store again due to her manner.

I am very fed up with Asda Filton store again they have let me down again I ordered fish in breadcrumbs for fish and chips for Friday and they just substituted it with smoked salmon which you can not use for fish and chips and I keep giving feedback and reviews and the store does not seem to be listening to me and even a friend of mine has had enough with Asda Filton store and now orders from Sainsbury's I can not do that as I can not afford Sainsbury's prices basically Asda Filton store needs to sort themselves out as when I book a delivery from them they have more and more items out of stock

4 items I wanted to order came up with 'out of stock'. Wine I had ordered at the discounted price came up as full price when I amended my order so I deleted it. On the day of delivery I received an email telling me that another 4 items were unavailable. The delivery driver arrived on time and was very pleasant but I still had to go out to the shops to get all the items I hadn't been able to get through Asda, it sort of defeats the object of ordering a delivery to save me being close to people in a supermarket!! Won't be eager to order from Asda again...

My boyfriend went to asda and the security guard keeps being rude to him and doesn't wear a mask and acts rude and entitled and patronising him and his dad and last time he went there to do food shopping, there was three people at the tobacco area and they were close together and not even social distancing , it's so frustrating and they need to get better staff and get people to actually social distance including customers and members of staff as we've got to look out for each other and look after to people's health and be considerate and kind to one another x

Yet again you have let me down I thought you had sorted out the issue I mentioned in the feedback and reviews but yet again you did not I mentioned about the frozen cauliflower rice bags not in stock and the alternative was wrong but the reason why I though you had sorted it out is that you put on your website cauli original rice so I ordered it and you did have any,and also I ordered kippers and yet again you did not have any and you yet again you did not substitute with smoked haddock like you used to,plus I ordered cod liver oil tablets and you did not deliver any and substituted them with multi vitamin tablets which do not contain cod liver oil at all so yet again bad substitute from you and I am getting to the point what is the point of having Asda delivery saver, and we are vulnerable customers and my husband is high risk and no one can drive in our house and we do not have any people to help us

Got id and got asked to remove my mask and when challenges about the possible risk I could be exposing myself to the assistant then came within 1 mitre and continued to make me feel belittled because I wasn’t willing to put my safety and my family who are vulnerable and I need to be extra cautious. Asked to speak to the manager and got told a different story of protocol as she refused to disclose her name stating she’s not by law required to, also refused to explain the complaints process.

There are a few occasions the delivery has turned up and drivers are helpful and polite. However, We have experienced our fresh food turn up frozen and that’s if we get our shopping at all. Tonight we were expecting a delivery 5-7 at 8 I called the “customer service” where I explained The situation they told me the status says it’s out for delivery, which I can see on my online profile. I confirmed that it’s definitely coming (as this was the only time in the next 3 days that I could receive a slot time. She confirmed it’s coming. 10.55pm I called again explaining the situation once again. The responce from the customer service informed me that he was guessing there might of been an issue because the warehouse hadn’t updated the system. I suggested he call them to which he told me they don’t have phones they just send messages. I asked what he suggest I do as there are no spaces and it’s my families lunch for work and school and he told me he doesn’t know. Eventually he decided he could give me a £10 good will voucher which would be online for my next online delivery. I’m currently booking now with Iceland to which I will get a delivery tomorrow and have done throughout the pandemic. I wouldn’t reccomend Asda as a reliable place. You will only get a refund and sent to the shop yourself. It’s quite frustrating when you are left with no food for the week and need to try to work our alternative arrangements to call the customer service to be told there’s nothing they can do. Not much help! I would take photos of my delivery but it didn’t come.

I was disgusted when the cashier licked her finger to open a bag for the meat that I bought! Was bad enough before covid that cashiers use to do that! At this time when we all have to wear masks, wash or use gel every now and again to avoid passing of the virus from one person to another and here’s the cashier wearing shield without mask, licked her finger! I wanted to return the items that she touched but I didn’t want cause a scene so I just washed them soon as I got home. Disgusting!

Wondering why Asda's new "improved" soya milk recipe has reduced the actual soya content from 12% to 7%. Sort of surprised they are still allowed to call it soya milk with so little soya in it!

What is Asda playing at? Inflation is at it's lowest level in years, but when I went in on Thursday, some prices have jumped up way above what seems reasonable. My favourite wholemeal bread was £1, now £1.25. Bread rolls, 84p; now 96p. Asda cookies, 75p; now 98p. And now they have 'Famously Low Prices' logo's plastered throughout the stores! Who are they trying to kid? This is plain profiteering from another greedy corporation who are just sticking two fingers up to the customer. So, yes. I'm happy to shop elsewhere from now on.

Whilst I appreciate due to Corona virus that businesses are having difficulties not previously encountered. However we are now in August and whilst other supermarket chains seem to have overcome stock shortages a several months ago, ASDA (Lancing store) still seems to struggle with stock issues for online deliveries. We have been in strict self isolation since the beginning of March 2020. Taking all measures to try and avoid Convid19, we started using supermarket online grocery delivery services. Initially we were only able to obtain slots from Tesco and ASDA. At first both chains suffered stock issues with bread, rice, pasta ect, due to some people bulk buying. We opted for ASDA deliveries when possible, as initially we preferred the service and the extra care (safety wise) taken by the ASDA drivers when delivering. As time went on, we became more and more frustrated, as to obtain a slot with ASDA you have to book two weeks in advance and then not having the items we wanted on the delivery date. Our second and third shop with ASDA, having secured a slot and placing your grocery order two weeks prior to delivery. Initially we did not log back in to check the order and only received a fraction of the items we wanted, this included eggs, bread, meat and other basic essentials. There were several substitutions, for example frozen butternut squash instead of fresh carrots and peas instead of broccoli and they did refund the butternut squash, when emailed that these were no acceptable substitutions. From that point onward, we logged in one or two days before the delivery date and each time we would receive a message saying these items are not available. In some instances 50% of our shop. Many of the items we wanted are still not available, such as; Pitta bread (white or wholemeal) bake at home baguettes, some rice and pasta. Other items you would expect a super market not to run short of ASDA (Lancing store) frequently come up as not available when trying to order. For example steak and mince, pork, lamb, broccoli, carrots, a range of pies, burgers, soya milk, pasta, own brand curry sauce, strawberries, Ribenea, lemon squash, orange squash, freshly squeezed orange, Walkers chicken-salt and vinegar and cheese and onion crisps, Smith;s salt and shake crisps, Frozen peas (except then as a substitute for broccoli), lemons, cabbage, kale, rice, many types of cereal, fresh burgers and frozen burgers, various breads, The list goes on. Although we have always been able to get plenty of bananas and avocados , one can only surmise that the stock controller for ASDA Lancing like bananas and avocados, not presumably together. Mid July we moved house (tricky whilst still self isolating) I placed an order to have groceries delivered in a few days after the move. Being concerned that I could not add to delivery addressed in my ASDA account I called ASDA customer services and was told that because my debit card was still registered at the then current address, I could not have the groceries delivered to another address. explaining that having to order the shop two weeks in advance and still having to purchase things for the move, I was not changing my details with the bank until the last minute. I was told that if I secured a slot and placed an order I would be able to switch the address once the billing address for my debit card was updated. I actually did this four days after the conversation with customer services, after the payment to the moving company had been processed. Once conformation the address had been changed arrived from my bank, I logged on to ASDA and tried to change the delivery address, I tired everything I could think of. I called customer services and was told as after 7:00pm on a Friday, I would need to call back Monday when the relevant team would be there. I called and was told it was not possible to change the address, that I would have to book another slot. Which would mean having a week without groceries and we had run most things down not to have to move loads of food. I explained this and received apathy and total nonchalance, even after offering to provide the letter written by my GP advising as a person at extreme risk I needed to strictly isolate. I was told that is no other option, even though the advise I received from ASDA had led to the issue. Now facing a week without groceries, I tried Sainsburys and we have not suffered any of these issues with them. Although admittedly they are more expensive.

I have been a customer for years but I am not impressed with you I have not been able to get some products for weeks, and the product are Asda fat metaboliser tablets, and Asda Glucosamine sulphate and vitamin c, and you only sell expensive brand products, and yet again I had to go somewhere else and the similar product to Asda fat metaboliser was more expensive but not as expensive as the brand name product ,and because of this I could not afford the similar product to Asda glucosamine sulphate and vitamin c,so had to go without and we are in total lockdown and no one can leave the house and we do not have any family to help us nearby
