Did a click and collect order. Wasn’t ready at the allocated time. When it was brought out no frozen goods. Was told I couldn’t have the frozen so would be refunded. Had to go into store to purchase the frozen. No refund, so requested one. Could only have part refund. Food is expensive enough without paying for goods not received. Won’t be returning.

ASDA is on my doorstep. I do most of my shopping in Tesco. Recently ASDA shelves are empty. They have discontinued alot of items I liked to buy. The main thing is they have become very expensive. Example Betty Crocker cake mixture. ASDA price £2.25 Tesco price £1.99. I don't know who the new owners are at ASDA to me they seem to be running this once loved store into the ground.

However, we could not approve your refund. Refund Details Product Qty Reason Asda Butcher's Selection Beef Joint Roast 0.4KG Missing item We’ll use the information you passed us to make sure we improve. ”

Hereford store 11/03/22 1700hrs decided to have a pizza made up as we have always been happy with the product. We'll until this evening so shocked hardly any toppings put on very little tomato on base layer . The young girl that served seemed to be inexperienced at her job. Big disappointment. Wouldn't recommend again.

Seeing price on the shelf but paying a much higher price at the checkout. Other supermarkets are guilty of this but ASDA is very bad. ASDA must profit millions of pounds from this. Most people don't bother querying this at checkout as it only amounts to a couple of pounds and not worth the bother of delay while assistant goes to check the price. Strangely it never happens the opposite way where you are charged less than the displayed price.

Way, way too many meat products. Murdering animals and ruining the climate as usual

Generally I like Asda stores lots. They sell many good value clothing items, but have no changing rooms in their new look stores. Inconvenient. PLEASE be especially aware of buying a "preloved" item. They have to be purchased outright, and CANNOT be returned or refunded if they do not fit. Although this is clear on the item's label, it makes no sense to me at all...some types of clothing (such as jeans) simply must be tried on before buying...👎😳🤔

French Baguette , recently these have changed at the Blackpool store. It appears they are smaller although the wieght is the same but the bread is very dence in side . It's almost like the bread is not being proven as there is no rise just very heavy. I don't know if is not being baked the same which is disappointing as the price has almost doubled over the last few months.

Went to Asda Wembley new self service tills take 3/4 of check outs. Long delays at all of them. Staff telling you to move to different self service section which are already full. I thought the Shop looked grubby. The till I used was dirty not great for COVID being dirty and hundreds of people touching them. Just a shambles and very low stocks .Certainly needs a makeover.

I booked a slot last week for a delivery for next Monday and I went to amend the Asda grocery shopping and when I went on the Asda app it said that 90% of the items that I had already had in my basket was out of stock and when I tried to find alternatives I could not find alternatives for most of them plus twenty%of the items I tried to add to my Asda online grocery shopping they was also out of stock so yet again Asda Filton store has let me down again

I bought a bra today , when I got home , I realised it had been sewn incorrectly , making one of the straps twisted, I decided to take it back the same day to do a straight swap , the lady on customer service said I wasn't allowed as customer service had closed. I said fair enough, I just want to do a straight swap , but she just said you can't. It would have taken a minute for me to go and swap it myself , so now got to make another trip to sort this out when it could have been sorted there and then !

Went to ASDA Clydebank, shopping fine as were the assistants but we needed to use the toilets which were open so I used the female toilets however the men's loo was shut. My partner needed to go so I suggested , as did another lady, that he use the ladies as no one was in there. A rather ill mannered female member of staff stated she would not allow him to do that, someone suggested the disabled toilet but this was locked the member of staff reluctantly opened it. I said it was a shocking attitude to which the staff member said "it's not shocking we do not have to have the toilets open at all" Disgusting attitude!!! Will not use that store again due to her manner.

I am very fed up with Asda Filton store again they have let me down again I ordered fish in breadcrumbs for fish and chips for Friday and they just substituted it with smoked salmon which you can not use for fish and chips and I keep giving feedback and reviews and the store does not seem to be listening to me and even a friend of mine has had enough with Asda Filton store and now orders from Sainsbury's I can not do that as I can not afford Sainsbury's prices basically Asda Filton store needs to sort themselves out as when I book a delivery from them they have more and more items out of stock

4 items I wanted to order came up with 'out of stock'. Wine I had ordered at the discounted price came up as full price when I amended my order so I deleted it. On the day of delivery I received an email telling me that another 4 items were unavailable. The delivery driver arrived on time and was very pleasant but I still had to go out to the shops to get all the items I hadn't been able to get through Asda, it sort of defeats the object of ordering a delivery to save me being close to people in a supermarket!! Won't be eager to order from Asda again...
