Would never order anything online again and their customer service is appalling. Paid for garden furniture and waited and waited for it to arrive. A very large and relatively expensive item was lost in the post butAsda were happy for the status quo to continue. We were expected to chase the delivery company Arrow XL (even had to contact their Chief Exec who could not find the item. Eventually ordered the item again some 6 weeks later and cancelled the first one. We're offered a £15 e voucher as compensation for the calls and time taken off work - iwouldn't like to think how little Asda pay staff if they honestly believe that is compensation for 2 days off work. Anyway, put the e voucher towards a bin online...went to collect it from our local store as arranged.... And it hadn't arrived....we waited a further week and it still hasn't arrived!!! Perhaps Asda should stick to groceries and leave larger items to the likes of Tesco? Customer satisfaction and service is clearly not a priority from ur experience!

I've shopped most of my life with in a different town but Blackburn asda staff are so rude, they never listen to what customer has to say and if try and put your point forward they tell you to leave store. In the space of 3 months I've had the worst ever experience from the Blackburn asda. I'm well upset it's put me off going back their as my weekly shop was always from asda.

Bought a uhd tv in January 2017. Worked perfectly until August. Took it back to tystore for an exchange after confirming there was one in stock. Turns out the replacement was £150 more than the one I bought although the same model. All I was told by the manager who was dealing with me was that he couldn't let me have a to costing £500. No attempt to reach a compromise for the inconvenience and walked off in a huff when I said I wouldn't buy from Asda again

This is the absolute worst company I have ever ever bought from ! I used their online shopping Asda Home to buy a few items. I bought two cushions and they sent me two absolutely wrong cushions....two cushions that I didnt even buy !...No note to say why ! When I went into store to return them I simply couldnt believe the stupidity and imcompetence of the staff !!...They couldnt find a pair of scissors and tried to use pliers to cut a wee girls balloon string that was standing beside me as I waited for someone to deal with my return !!...THREE female staff memebers at customer service didnt know what to do concerning my return !....This all happened after I was standing 10 minutes at the tills at the household department and was told the tills closed at 6pm !....It was 5.45 !.....Never ever have I ever experienced anything as horrendous and the staff were like zombies apart from one lady who complained to me the younger staff couldnt count .....it was all so very very embarassing !.....Never will I shop with this company again. I have let all my family and friends know to stay away and if you are reading this review I advise you to stay away completely as the stress and unprofessionalism is very concerning !

Shocking experience from start to finish! Delivery booked for 8-9pm did not turn up until 10.30pm!!!!! They offered a discount of £1 - genuine!!! The customer service manager and team were as unhelpful as they come, they are unable to come off their script and have no power or even the ability to contact their own drivers. Spent over 40 mins on the phone and they could only say sorry but you will just need to wait and it will arrive tonight. The driver then advised that the reason he was late was because his boss kept adding orders to his sheet, so he was continually behind. Greedy company and no investment in customer service, the first agent was clearly not listening and typing as you could hear her tap tap tapping away and then proceeded to answer my questions from a script as they were not the answers to questions i had asked. Would never use again. As when you are ordering your shopping you are not agreeing a time they will deliver it when they see fit. There terms and conditions say they are not responsible for the time of delivery. Their online tracking system also was not working. Just a shambles of a company and service - AVOID

Sent my husband into my local store to buy veg only to find you now have to buy garlic in bulk. He could not buy a single bulb but a pack of around 8 to 10 bulbs. Who buys that much garlic? Most recipes call for one or two cloves. Why am I being forced into buying food to throw away? First carrots now this!

This is twice now I have had the Asdas own cheese pasta salad in the past month and both times I have had a problem with the item. First time a dead bug was in it, now I have found what seems to be little stones of some sort and I'm really put off. Not what I had expected from this item as I have had it multiple times and there was never a problem.

Brought a pack of 4 peaches yesterday which were hard but by morning they were covered in mold and rotten. Surely something's not right here. I went to the store and was kept waiting for 1 hour & was told that would send the product off for testing but then saw them throw the peaches in the bin. Customer Service desk staff were terrible and the Duty manager is not helpful. Very unhappy & won't be going back!

I have been using the Asda home delivery service. I have now cancelled the app n will never shop in Asda again. Twice now they have taken the money from my debit cards months after the home delivery. The last occasion caused me difficulties as I went over my overdraft limit. I had the shopping in may 2017 n they took the money mid July 2017. I believed they'd already been paid. When I complained they took no responsibility n said they can take money from card up to 6 months after the shop if they want. Terribless service. They have lost me as a customer altogether. I'd rather walk to another major store in the opposite direction n use that.

I was sent a few wrong items that I don't even use, they messed up my time slot, the way they packed my stuff was terrible, after having payed 40p for bags I only got three bags (15p) that was about to burst because they stuffed everything in one bag which could be easily put in another one and not mixing cleaning products with my food,l would never shop with Asda online again Terrible service

I accompanied my dad to print off some pictures of his great grandson, on arrival we prepared to print on the self service printing machine before noticing that it didn't give change. My dad went over to the cigarette counter and asked for change he was told that a purchase had to be made to open the till, then when the person in the printing area had finished cutting keys for other customers we asked them for change and was told " I will get some soon if you can wait or ask at the customer service desk they might give you some". Time passed and after queuing behind other customers we eventually got to the front and asked for change. The lady said I don't have a lot of change and seemed reluctant to give me some. After explaining she opened the till and gave me the change. I then return to where my dad was waiting and inserted the money only to find that it wouldn't accept any of the coins. We had made a special journey for the pictures and were very disappointed with the whole experience after traveling from near Yeadon airport to the owlcotes store.

Every week the same thing happens no matter which cashier you go to they fly the shopping through the till like it's some sort of race! We as customers understand they have targets to hit set by the management but rushing half of the shopping through the till before I've even had chance to open 1 bag is not acceptable it's extremely rude and disgusting customer service atleast wait until I'm ready before you pile my shopping up. The cashier might be up against the clock but the customer is NOT so have some respect for the paying customer otherwise they might just shop elsewhere which is exactly what I will be doing, well done asda you've lost a customer for life.

Our order arrived at the correct time slot but we ordered a complete shop for baby related items food nappies baby wipes ect out of 43 items we received 14 so Asda managed to forget 29 items. The driver told me a complete Crete was missing containing all baby food. Home deliver is suppose to be a convenience but with Asda it's definitely an inconvenience. Waste of time and definitely not a reliable service that's for sure.

I can say little right now because I am seeking to take the Scunthorpe Asda manager etc., to court for the dishonesty and injustice of this shop. I will write more if and when I take the Asda rep to court

Absolutely discusted with asdas customer service. Ordered 2 times and no delivery came leaving my young family without all weekend they had taken the money out of my account leaving me with nothing and no shopping! So had no choice but to reorder a 3rd time! After all this they had the cheek to asked me for £4.00 delivery fee for their mistakes!! And a evoucher of 10 pound what an absolute insult will not be ordering ever again they had no consideration for my family going without. They need their customer service certainly needs reviewing
