Ordered click and collect - left waiting in car park for over 20 mins - when food arrived over half of it was missing and i was told that nothing could be done and that i needed to go home and call customer services, although suggesting that i go in asda and repurchase things i know are not there. so i call customer service where it is clear english is not the assistants first language and despite her best efforts i had to repeart, spell and generally talk so slowly as to convey the issues which i found infuriating. 37mins later 33 items needed refunding and another shopping trip later that evening and all they offered was a £ voucher to use in there store. You would think that would be the end but no, got an email with only a partial refund so ring up today again in my lunch hour 25 mins later, no lunch and another idiot on the phone there system crashed and i was asked to redo the refund request which would take again the same amount of time. I told them i was unable to as my lunch break had ended to which i was asked to go online and waste more time doing a refund request. I have never received such bad service from anywhere else. update - cant go online to do the refund as this is now past the 3 day cut off so i will need to call and speak to another idiot !!!!! Asda price guarantee is farcical. I was supposed to receive over £12 as part of this scheme, but the vouchers never showed up. When I complained they said they would investigate, then when I heard nothing I called them. I was told to wait 28 days to get the answer about what had happened to the vouchers. The 28 days are now up, I have heard nothing and not received the vouchers. I then find out the orders are only available for 28 days. This hads left me feeling cheated and will not recommend Asda to anyone.

Extremely rude and patronising (female) member of staff in the Hyson Gren Nottingham (UK) who insisted on calling me "darling" whealing with my complaint. Her response when challenged on this "I will speak to you as I like" Highly unprofessional to say the least

A complaint via resolver regarding Asda delivery, still not responded to a year and a half later! Jonjo at Asda replied ' irrelevantly' recently that they do not accept complaints via resolver. That's not true, here's the link : https://www.resolver.co.uk/complaints/shops- complaints Click the link and scroll down the list you will see Asda does accept complaints via resolver! They delivered shopping dripping in raw broken eggs and I refused to sign, understandably! No promises were kept, and I'm furious with the latest response, which is lies! You will see Asda do accept complaints via resolver! Resolver emailed Sean the chief executive on my behalf! I have requested jonjo provides all emails from myself and resolver to Sean area response from Sean! A year and a half later this should have been resolved by now! You can view pics of how shopping was delivered on google + I think I put them.. :) Disgusting. Hope Sean responds!

I have been a regular Asda online grocery shopper for a number of months, also previously at other times. There is not an order received that I havent had to ring Customer Services in these last few months. From expensive cuts of meat that are continually sent out of date, 4 in my last 4 orders alone!! I receive the usual apology, followed by the refund. Each time my complaints are apparently logged and forwarded to the store concerned, however, at no point have I received a call as requested in order to make my concerns heard. I have just received my delivery today, yet again I'm on the phone to CS regarding joints of meat that are 2 days past the use by date! Yet again I'm told my concerns will be passed on and I will receive a £10 voucher for my inconvenience! This time Asda my patience as ran out, I won't be shopping with you again, therefore your voucher remains as useless as your out of date products!!!

Waiting for grocery delivery expected between 7 and 9 PM Received an emailed at 8.57 PM saying that my order has been cancelled due to a problem with my order..... called customer services and in order to rebook I had to go through the process and re order my grocery and make another payment... No more ASDA for me

Absolutely appalling and the worst ever customer service. Food delivery last week was cancelled with 3 hours notice the driver was sick. Food arrived the next day which was not easy to rearrange and received Noodles x2 packs which expired on 10/10/16 so 10 months out of date. Covered in green/black mould. Asda gave me £10 off my next order as compensation. So tried again and guess what food never arrived tonight online said would be delivered between 7-9 pm. Over an hour spent on the phone to be told your order seems to be missing and we cannot get hold of the driver!!!!! The order was £122!!!! No apology and reply was you can order again but tomorrow is full. I will never ever use ASDA online again.

Will not be using Asda home delivery again or visiting their supermarkets after being let down with an expected & important delivery & being fobbed off by customer service who passed off their mistake by blaming my bank, but as I discovered from my bank it was Asda's incompetence not my bank.

Would never order anything online again and their customer service is appalling. Paid for garden furniture and waited and waited for it to arrive. A very large and relatively expensive item was lost in the post butAsda were happy for the status quo to continue. We were expected to chase the delivery company Arrow XL (even had to contact their Chief Exec who could not find the item. Eventually ordered the item again some 6 weeks later and cancelled the first one. We're offered a £15 e voucher as compensation for the calls and time taken off work - iwouldn't like to think how little Asda pay staff if they honestly believe that is compensation for 2 days off work. Anyway, put the e voucher towards a bin online...went to collect it from our local store as arranged.... And it hadn't arrived....we waited a further week and it still hasn't arrived!!! Perhaps Asda should stick to groceries and leave larger items to the likes of Tesco? Customer satisfaction and service is clearly not a priority from ur experience!

I've shopped most of my life with in a different town but Blackburn asda staff are so rude, they never listen to what customer has to say and if try and put your point forward they tell you to leave store. In the space of 3 months I've had the worst ever experience from the Blackburn asda. I'm well upset it's put me off going back their as my weekly shop was always from asda.

Bought a uhd tv in January 2017. Worked perfectly until August. Took it back to tystore for an exchange after confirming there was one in stock. Turns out the replacement was £150 more than the one I bought although the same model. All I was told by the manager who was dealing with me was that he couldn't let me have a to costing £500. No attempt to reach a compromise for the inconvenience and walked off in a huff when I said I wouldn't buy from Asda again

This is the absolute worst company I have ever ever bought from ! I used their online shopping Asda Home to buy a few items. I bought two cushions and they sent me two absolutely wrong cushions....two cushions that I didnt even buy !...No note to say why ! When I went into store to return them I simply couldnt believe the stupidity and imcompetence of the staff !!...They couldnt find a pair of scissors and tried to use pliers to cut a wee girls balloon string that was standing beside me as I waited for someone to deal with my return !!...THREE female staff memebers at customer service didnt know what to do concerning my return !....This all happened after I was standing 10 minutes at the tills at the household department and was told the tills closed at 6pm !....It was 5.45 !.....Never ever have I ever experienced anything as horrendous and the staff were like zombies apart from one lady who complained to me the younger staff couldnt count .....it was all so very very embarassing !.....Never will I shop with this company again. I have let all my family and friends know to stay away and if you are reading this review I advise you to stay away completely as the stress and unprofessionalism is very concerning !

Shocking experience from start to finish! Delivery booked for 8-9pm did not turn up until 10.30pm!!!!! They offered a discount of £1 - genuine!!! The customer service manager and team were as unhelpful as they come, they are unable to come off their script and have no power or even the ability to contact their own drivers. Spent over 40 mins on the phone and they could only say sorry but you will just need to wait and it will arrive tonight. The driver then advised that the reason he was late was because his boss kept adding orders to his sheet, so he was continually behind. Greedy company and no investment in customer service, the first agent was clearly not listening and typing as you could hear her tap tap tapping away and then proceeded to answer my questions from a script as they were not the answers to questions i had asked. Would never use again. As when you are ordering your shopping you are not agreeing a time they will deliver it when they see fit. There terms and conditions say they are not responsible for the time of delivery. Their online tracking system also was not working. Just a shambles of a company and service - AVOID

Sent my husband into my local store to buy veg only to find you now have to buy garlic in bulk. He could not buy a single bulb but a pack of around 8 to 10 bulbs. Who buys that much garlic? Most recipes call for one or two cloves. Why am I being forced into buying food to throw away? First carrots now this!

This is twice now I have had the Asdas own cheese pasta salad in the past month and both times I have had a problem with the item. First time a dead bug was in it, now I have found what seems to be little stones of some sort and I'm really put off. Not what I had expected from this item as I have had it multiple times and there was never a problem.

Brought a pack of 4 peaches yesterday which were hard but by morning they were covered in mold and rotten. Surely something's not right here. I went to the store and was kept waiting for 1 hour & was told that would send the product off for testing but then saw them throw the peaches in the bin. Customer Service desk staff were terrible and the Duty manager is not helpful. Very unhappy & won't be going back!
