I was expecting a grocery delivery by 9pm this evening but when it had not been delivered by 9.25pm I rang to enquire only to be informed it has been rejected by the driver. No apology, just an offer to either re-book for another day or a refund. On enquiring further, apparently the driver could not find my address. I have never had this problem before with Asda or any other delivery not being able to find my address.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM ASDA/GEORGE Placed an order for two beds, asda took my money straight away and gave me a date three weeks in the future for the beds to be delivered by. No further communication received. I contacted Asda customer services (based in the Philippines) on the last date of the delivery period. Customer services is a joke: they can't speak English, and are quite clearly reading from a very infuriating script. They had no idea where my order was, blamed the couriers or the supplier. I spoke to a manager who told me he would chase down my order and get back to me in 24hours. Completely lied to me, no contact was made and when I phoned back, nothing regarding my order had been looked into. Hoping that something can be resolved but I will not be ordering from Asda again and I am very glad I paid through PayPal and by credit card, so I can force a refund if my goods don't show up soon!!

This is not about asda store. This is about the cafe. It's an absolute verse. The way the staff go on is disgusting. Older women making derogatory comments, shouting and calling customers pet, darling eat. Grow up and give customers respect.

Gang of youths sitting at the side of the shop ON UPTURNED ASDA TROLLIES smoking drugs and verbally abusing passers-by, I go into Asda and ask for security...he's gone home !!! So I tell the lady on customer services what the problem is and say I want to see the manager:"It's not really Asda's property; they sort of know about it". The manager COULDN'T BE BOTHERED to come and talk to me, so Asda, by their inaction, CONDONE YOUTHS TAKING DRUGS ! Right next to their shop and sitting on Asda trollies ! I did phone the Police, I wonder if they could be bothered to do anything ???

Asda orders are usual wrong somewhere along the line, on one occasion a bag of dairy products was covered in dried chocolate milk - who puts that in bag for delivery? On another occasion even though there was enough room on my side of the road the driver insisted on parking on the other side and putting our groceries in the gutter. The last straw was when we were waiting for a delivery between 8pm and 10pm on a Friday and the driver rang at 9.25pm to say he wouldn't be coming (no 'I might be late' etc.), then proceeded to give me a number to call to sort it out myself!!! When I rang them I received a scripted apology and all they could offer was to message the warehouse to get them to ring me to rearrange the delivery. No one called on the Saturday, I rang again and was told that as they had sent a message to the warehouse they couldn't do anything else. Still nothing on the Sunday (we had wanted most of the delivery for a BBQ Sunday afternoon - so had to run around getting the items we needed). When I rang to cancel the order they were back to the script and asked if they could do anything else to help - always a joke. I emailed a complaint to Asda directly and got back a standard reply which did not answer any questions about why and offered me a free delivery (never used). I closed my account and deleted their app from my devises. I will never have a delivery from them again. They obviously do not care about customer service at all.

I've placed my order Friday morning paid for a delivery Saturday 7:00 p.m. Asda company send me an email saying that they could only delivery my of my food on Sunday at 8:00p.m, it's 22:20 and I am seated at my garden waiting for my food... I live in the middle of nowhere, I don't drive!! I am thinking about to go out for dinner but it will cost me at least £100,00 pounds plus taxi, who is gonna to pay that for me?? I just called the company and they told me that they are going to call me tomorrow morning to explain what's is happening.. I really don't want explanations my food over my table is enough... I am really mad about that and when I called they not even offered my money back. I am young and have friends and of course will arranje my dinner anyway. But can you imagine if I were an old lady, or disable person what shoul I do?? Think about that!! I still waiting for my dinner.

Dreadful, when the order was placed there was no clarity of the amount being taken from my card. When the delivery arrived well, it was awful. Lots of food damaged or open. Not very good dates on meat. Plus I had 6 items missing. Never again !!!

Supermarkets priced per zone so cheaper t drive to one further away, constant swapping of prices so one week a staple item is reasonable and next week it is expensive. I love so called discounters lidl and Aldi and avoid ASDA as quite clearly over priced poor quality tat.

First and last time using Asda Home delivery. Called customer service to ask how many water bottles I could order. 24. Fantastic. Ordered. Also ordered veggies, 50 protein shakes and asked for no replacement. Come the day of the booking, where I can no longer change the order: Asda writes that they unfortunately cannot find 24 bottles of water in their 9 football field warehouse and they cannot find aaaanny substitute because they only have 6 brands of water. So they changed the order to 6 bottles. Not the point when you specifically have called customer service to make a decision to make an order, and they lie to you. Also, Asda does not have the 50 protein shakes, and have decided to substitute this for 6 chocolate snacks. 50 meals are apparently the equivalent of 6 chocolate bars. Even though I asked for no substitutes which was still written on the order. And they didn't have ANY pepperfruit in their ENTIRE SHOP. Which smegging shop that size doesn't have pepperfruit. On the night of the order which was booked for delivery between 20 and 22, I discovered that someone had decided to kick in our door buzzer and it wasn't working. Around 18.00 I called customer service just to let them know this, and to please ask the driver to call on arrival or send a text message as I can't hear a knock 4 floors up. The woman on the phone in the call centre somewhere not in the UK informed me that there is no way to give any message to drivers with pickup notes to help them. She informed me that Asda was not delivering this order and it had been outsourced to another company. The woman had 0 access to the system and could not find any contact information for the driver, even with me telling her his name that had been sent in a text message. I put a note on the door and hoped for the best. At 22.00 the driver called me from a hidden withheld number to say "I'm tired, I've had a long day and I am not delivering anything to you". Imagine the post man calling you to say that? Even Hermes etc? Such a weird thing to do. He then told me that I need to call customer service to cancel the order. I dutyfully called customer service, only to be told by another lady on the phone that it is not possible tocancel an order when it is out for delivery. I told her about 8 times that I am not cancelling anything and that the driver asked me to call customer service. Customer service told me to wait for my order to be delivered, no discussion. I asked how long I should wait for the delivery, and she said I needed to be available for delivery the next 48 hours. What?!?! What does that even mean? "Mam this is out terms and conditions". How is that legal? When am I allowed to sleep? I asked her if I needed to stay up and not sleep, and she simply said yes. At 23.30 the order was cancelled by someone, which I only found out my looking at the app constantly. No cancellation email or call or text. They still have my money. Fantastic service, Asda. This should be illegal.

We've been with asda home delivery for about a year now. And we have no idea why we stayed. Each delivery has subsitutes. Which wouldn't bother me if it was the same food item we originally wanted, instead it's completely random. And when we book a time slot they either not turn up or come 2 hours early. When the whole point of the time slot is to help you if your busy. In general the whole experience is frustrating. And to get a hold of the helpline takes about 5 hours. Would not reccommend.

Asda warrants no stars. Your home delivery service is disgusting, it's so bad you should give it up. Your customer service rate only as sorry. Appalling. O and the driver must have a chocolate addiction, as it always the chocolate missing. Maybe that's why the driver never shows up.
