“I made an online delivery and it was not delivered at all. The driver left feedback without claimed that he had not received a response upon arrival at my address. I was very disappointed to hear this response as I had been waiting hours for this delivery. In any case if the delivery had been cancelled then I would have expected at the least for Asda to to inform me that had been cancelled. This has happened to me before which is why I have had to leave this review sadly.”
“I booked a slot from 20:30 to 21:30, I got a text saying it may arrive earlier than usual. My order didn’t arrive at all, when I called customer services they told me an attempt had been made but no was able to receive the order. Which is a lie because I was looking outside my window the entire time and no attempt was made whatsoever. They were able to reschedule my delivery for the next day but by then it was too late. Never shopping online there again.”
“I was ordering groceries online for the last 2 months, and although they do have good prices and products, I will stop ordering from them anymore as they always sent products with just 1 day till the expiry date. The fruits and vegetables they bring are off and I need to throw away some of them. Its pity as I like shopping in ASDA and they have good products, but the online service just doesnt do a good job.”
“I had an order arranged for tonight between 6pm and 8pm. I received a text at 11am this morning saying the order had been cancelled. No explanation was offered. When I rang the customer services, ASDA could not offer an explanation as to why they had cancelled my order. As well as this, they offered me a £10 'good-will gesture'. When I said i wasn't happy with this, they cut my off the line.
For such an abysmal service from such a large company, I think that is disappointing and shocking.”

“I have tried to contact Asda Customer Services. Started with multiple choices, was put on hold for ten minutes having given my details such as name, phone number, post code, etc.
Was told that I would be put through to the appropriate department and was once again put on hold.
I then went through to a call centre in the Phillipines, who wanted all the same information that I had just given.
At no stage was I asked what I was complaining about. What a waste of time.

“I ordered some holiday clothes to collect from the store ,Heeley Sheffield went on the way to the airport to collect them it was snowing ,I ask a girl at the checkout at the collect desk ,who the shouted another woman on a check out ,she finished serving the walked away collected carrier bags from the other side of the shop then gave them to a man to put away ,I'm still waiting she looked at me and then walked on to the shop floor completely ignoring me ,so I walked out never shop again ,disgusting customer service .”
“Order cancelled due to snow, understandable!, but 3 days on and they still not released the payment, I had to shop elsewhere........... my bank have told me its Asda who keep hold of it, they can not release it until Asda tell them to! after 6 phone calls to asda, to be be told the same old story, its not us ring your bank!”

“Rotten fruit click n collect spotted by assistant no substitute offered they were were untrained in doing a refund so I had to let them photo copy my receipt to do a refund later
The manager told them to do a refund then disappeared .i then had to take a walk around the store buy some clementines and queue to purchase them easier to go Aldi
They made the generous offer of 30 days free home delivery if I wanted home delivery I would of booked it”

“WORST FOOD DELIVERY COMPANY GOING ... NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR ...My delivery order was booked for between 6 and 7pm ... by 7.25 still no food also many of the items I ordered were out of stock or substituted for things I didn’t want ! I phoned the store who were very unhelpful bordering rude ... even though I told them I had to go out urgently, they could not tell me when the order would be delivered and said they would just turn up somtime during the evening . “This is not the first time I have placed an order with Asda and my items has been replaced without letting me know.
Now, I have placed an order last week and I was " LIED " that the driver attempted around 21:30 - this is a huge " lie " - I was at home and nobody arrived. I was also told that all the products were available when I have placed the order and I only found out a few hours before the driver was supposed to attempt - which they never did. I have called customer services and they said they can not send me the products another day. They can cancel my order. So they have cancelled my order as the driver never arrived.
As the main reason why I have placed the order was because I wanted a large amount of water, I have ordered the water and the other products again. However, I was told when I have placed the order that all the products are available, but, once again, a few hours before the order, I was told that the watervwe have ordered-the main reason why we have placed the order, was not available. Therefore, I have had no choice other than to receive the remaining products available, as there were missing a few more products as well-products available when I have placed the first order where the driver never attempted were not available on this second order.
Finally, I have placed the third order over a week, in order to get the main thing we needed, which was the water and we have order the other products we wanted as well, which were not available on the previous orders placed. I was told, once again, which is ASDA's BIGGEST " LIE " , that all the products were available, but a few hours before the delivery was due, I was told that certain products were not available again.
Once again, I have had no other choice other than to receive only what was avaioable, the water.
I believe this is an unfair practice where the consumers are not treated fairly, and where the consumers are provided with innacurate and misleading information regarding their online orders, as most of the products are not available for delivery, but when a consumer is placing an order, every products shows is available, and , at no point, the consumers are not made aware that some of their products are not/have never been available for Delivery via Online Orders.
I hope everyone would know about the " illegal practice " used by ASDA, breaking the consumer's rights and they would take further action against ASDA, by making official complaints to ASDA and then complaining to the RETAIL OMBUDSMAN, at

“ASDA does that stand for After Sales Disaster Area, because that's certainly what I found, they did not turn up in the arranged slot,
they did not phone me until an hour after the slot, when they did it had to be rearranged for the next morning, they did not turn up, and they never phoned, when I finally managed to get in touch with the home delivery dept, they lied and said he was "down the road, and you are next" it took him 3hrs to get to me, (so that's 7hrs late) again no phone call to let me know what's going on. On top of that I was just sitting down to my tea when he phoned me to tell me he was outside. They are a bunch of muppets and I'll never use them again.”
