“Totally unresponsible and none care about the customer. I've ordered a gift for a child party. It was collection next day after 5 pm, the party was at 6 pm same day. No product arrived in Asda store, no help from staff in store (they say traffic and we can't help you), no help over the phone (they said we can't contact the store we will call you soon, but they never called). In the end, we went to the party without the gift and with two hours delay. Product arrived on next day after the party (should be really bad traffic) and after all this, they send me a feedback form to say how satisfied I am with their services. I write them complaint before two days but no one answers me. Zero care about customer!!!”

I have made an order online. Ordered 4 milk formula for my baby, only 2 got delivered but got charged for 4. Had to ring them to get a refund as 2 formulas were missing, got a refund but had to shop elsewhere to get more and pay for delivary charges again.
20 of baby food jars that I have ordered have been substituted , I was not happy with the substitutes. Was told that I could give them back to the driver for him to issue a refund. Have been on the phone to Asda 5 times to get a refund but still have not received it. They keep telling me that the refund would take 3, then 5 then 10 days depending who you speak with. It has been 6 days since the delivery and I am still waiting for my money back.”

“I went into Asda yesterday, the store in Perry Barr, Birmingham. I did my shopping and was ready to pay using the self checkout. And some of the staff were really rude the way they were talking to you and have no people skills whatsoever. The tone of voice they were using to speak to customers, not just myself I saw it with other customers, it was disgraceful. There was no help for from them, I did quite a bit of shopping and I was expecting some assistance in packing but they they just stood there watching. I asked one of the staff if I could have a couple of bags please? And the staff just pointed where they are?? I had to get them myself and left my shopping on the till? Like really?? Asda really need to employ better staff who can help customers that's what staff are there for.”

“I have made my second home delivery with Asda in order to save money.
Not only they were out of stock with many regular items like bag of carrots or organic cucumber etc...
My second order was delivered with MOUSE!!! It appeared few minutes after the shopping was delivered and packed in the evening. Literally 10 min no later I have heard strange noise in a kitchen by the bin liner.
Next day I spent 30 min on a phone complaining and crying as my apartment had never had this issue. Never. Sadly after being passed from one customer service to another, NOTHING HAS BEEN SOLVED. I am now to pay professionals to remove the mouse from my own pocket and I feel discussed by the whole thing. Revolting.

“I made an online delivery and it was not delivered at all. The driver left feedback without claimed that he had not received a response upon arrival at my address. I was very disappointed to hear this response as I had been waiting hours for this delivery. In any case if the delivery had been cancelled then I would have expected at the least for Asda to to inform me that had been cancelled. This has happened to me before which is why I have had to leave this review sadly.”
“I booked a slot from 20:30 to 21:30, I got a text saying it may arrive earlier than usual. My order didn’t arrive at all, when I called customer services they told me an attempt had been made but no was able to receive the order. Which is a lie because I was looking outside my window the entire time and no attempt was made whatsoever. They were able to reschedule my delivery for the next day but by then it was too late. “I had an order arranged for tonight between 6pm and 8pm. I received a text at 11am this morning saying the order had been cancelled. No explanation was offered. When I rang the customer services, ASDA could not offer an explanation as to why they had cancelled my order. As well as this, they offered me a £10 'good-will gesture'. When I said i wasn't happy with this, they cut my off the line.
For such an abysmal service from such a large company, I think that is disappointing and shocking.”

“I have tried to contact Asda Customer Services. Started with multiple choices, was put on hold for ten minutes having given my details such as name, phone number, post code, etc.
Was told that I would be put through to the appropriate department and was once again put on hold.
I then went through to a call centre in the Phillipines, who wanted all the same information that I had just given.
At no stage was I asked what I was complaining about. What a waste of time.
