The pharmacy service is consistently slow. Today in particular was painfully slow, this has been going on for years. But it would be nice to bare witness to improved service. However I think it's more likely that I'll end up doing the sensible thing and switching pharmacies.

I ordered a grocery shopping online and the day of my delivery, the delivery driver left my shopping outside of my house, called me to tell me that my shopping was outside and hanged up. Taking into account that I live in front of a river and that there is load of animals around (including rats), that I don't know how long was my shopping outside, that I had missing items from my grocery shopping, and that I couldn't return substitutions I didn't want, I contacted ASDA to let them know. All they have done is refunded me the items missing and that's it. I told them I wasn't happy with that and they offered a £5 evoucher...which to me, it's ridiculous, very unhappy how they dealt with it and I'm not shopping with them anymore.

Slipped and fell on spilled yoghurt from a tub that had split and Asda were not aware of it until they investigated the reason. They quickly wiped it up and apologised, completed their in-store complaints form but so dead silence, they are not getting away with it 😡

Asda just essential salad cream is an insult to their brand. The taste is very very bad and bitter. Just because its cheap doesn't mean customers should have this experience. Just thought I should try it and it messed up my salad and I had to throw it away after a single use. A brand like ASDA should set standards

I've been doing home deliveries for years now and decided to do the delivery pass...biggest mistake! Since paying the yearly pass there's been an issue every week. They are usually late,no clue as to the point of booking a slot.Never an update. The young drivers are the worst! Weekly,it's either items missing, items damaged and the best one so far is i'm still waiting for my delivery booked for this morning. It is now 13:30. No update on app, customer service have no clue where it is.i've been told to wait even though the app says it's unlikely to be delivered.if they order doesn't arrive i can expect a refund that can take up to 48 hours. I have a toddler,i'm pregnant and my husband works long hours hence why we choose home delivery. We can't cancel the yearly pass so we are stuck waiting for useless drivers with half my shop (if i'm lucky) or in this case no delivery and no one to help you.

Appalling service, non existent help from customer service advisors who lie through their teeth regarding processing refunds, online orders delivered with with so many missing items, too many awful, substandard substitutes and online orders delivered to the wrong address to name but a few issues I have experienced during the last few months. I am so fed up with Asda that I have made the decision to shop with Morrisons and Tesco's in future.

I have been to the Colindale Asda for over 20 years. Today I went to pay at the self service section. When, I finished it wanted verification that I am over 18. I went to ask a lady called Yoga to help me. She was the rudest person that I have ever dealt with in a shop. I was told that she could not do it as she worked 3 metres away. She then started to tell me to go away in the most aggressive manner. She then proceeded to tell me that she didn't care if I felt she was rude. I tried to complain to another member of staff who then told me to complain online. I will never visit this store again. Terrible customer service

I received my online order and realised 12 items were missing which totalled around £18. I logged this online and requested a refund. This was subsequently declined. I then contacted the call centre and they have now passed my details to another department as they need further information. I was told to keep checking my emails for any updates. I am totally disillusioned with the whole experience as I feel that the inference is that I am lying. Sorry Asda but you have lost a regular customer.

Come on, if there was an option 0 stars, I would give it, so I make my complaint here. Whoever buys online from Asda, don't do that, the driver simply stole my order. I took him to my house he just left saying he was late looking for my address and said he was going to cancel it the same thing was not done on the contrary he wrote it off as delivered I got in touch with the complaint they said it was delivered and he was going to send me withdraw from the app and I was left without the goods and my money 😥

Christmas Brussels sprouts and carrots in Christmas packaging bought 2 days ago going spinet and rotting in the bags. 3 bags of each, all the same. Salvaged a few out of them but it’s just not good enough. Most went straight on the compost heap. How could you Asda? Turkey sandwiches for us and another lost customer.

No trollies to be had anywhere in the car park or in store either on Sunday or today at the Livingston store. When we asked why, we got a reply and we were told that they started at 6 and were trying their best. We are in our 80’s and trying to shop with baskets was nearly impossible.

I have been waiting for my delivery and 2 hours later they rang me to say it couldn’t be delivered. They couldn’t give me a slot for tomorrow as they were all taking so the lady told me to go and collect. So no shopping from Asda and I’ve had my slot booked for 6 weeks. Shocking wouldn’t order from them again but pleased it wasn’t booked for Xmas eve or would of been like Oliver Twist. I have gave them one star because I couldn’t do a review with our rating them.

Well where do I start? There is cheap but then there is cheap with bad attitude from staff, poor technology and systems that simply don't work to help the customer. I don't think I'm wrong but in today's world, technology for a large National company is key; to blame the customer on a catalogue of errors is simply wrong on ALL levels. I had a £5 voucher to off set against my shop in the Frome branch, I appreciate its not much, but its a voucher based on previous purchases. I purchased my things today and went to the self scan tills. On calling up my voucher, the till simply wouldn't accept it. The kind young lady came to help and put in the code for the voucher. My phone said it was accepted and yet NO discount applied. No one could sort it out. My phone was on wifi as apparently I always need to be on wifi for the Asda App to work?! Anyway the kind young lady (home from University) went to get the supervisor............ Oh dear how can an appalling system go from bad to worse? I will tell you; The supervisor blames you the customer and the technology you are using!! I stood my ground and seriously questioned what she was saying. Apparently the Wifi I was on wasn't correct???? I needed Asda's Wifi for my app to work and always need to sign in after first disabling my wifi and sign in to Asda's!! Quite what wifi my phone picked up in store previous to this I really don't know as I don't walk around with mobile wifi. What the supervisor failed to grasp was that at this point I had already been at the till over 25 minutes and this was the 4th attempt. Then to cap it all I was told I needed the voucher !!! I pointed out to her I had the voucher, we applied the voucher and no money came off. I was told I should just pay and go home!!!! I've spent a great deal of money over the last two years with Asda sending online grocery deliveries to family. Will I continue to do this? NO Why can other super market apps work seamlessly but Asda's don't? Why does Asda's App require a special wifi ? Why do customers get asked to just go home and pay the full amount when they have vouchers? Who knows! I'm hoping someone from 'on high' will be able to tell me.

Totally shambolic. Placed order for Sunday delivery, which was cancelled by Asda. Reordered for Monday. Charged more for delivery. Arrived Monday item was faulty. Emailed on so many occasions. Requested a refund which got declined no reason given. More emails and calls. As a 1st time out of pocket £25.75 plus time and calls. Informed that I would need to go to the store with faulty item to get a refund. Time and cost to get to Rushden. Offered as a way of apology a £5 e voucher. So I'm expected to spend more money of my money. The worst customer service. Definitely wouldn't recommend or shop there. So angry

Ordered online delivery for over £250, basics plus Xmas...and half the order was missing, the entire chiller section, plus some fruit/veg. We had the drivers number, he checked his van carefully, the boxes were missing. We ordered online because we are ill with chest infections & can't go ourselves. It left us without basics last night, we had run out of milk, butter, etc. The driver was helpful, he did his best. I rang customer services last night, told me I'd have to request a refund today. That was it! and when I explained our situation, he put the phone down on me, I burst into tears. Finally after all morning on the phone and online, Sonny in the Chester store sorted it out for us bless him, and has arranged to have the crates of missing items delivered this afternoon between 3-4pm. This is a shocking service and aftersales service from Asda (that does not apply to Jim the driver & Sonny in store). I've not had a lot of luck with some of my other deliveries, but never to this extent. I won't be using Asda again. Asda need to get a grip of the orders going onto vans & check they are complete orders, and their after sales service is dire.
