Not impressed yet again Asda are putting there extremely vulnerable high risk customers at risk as all the other supermarkets are delivering newspapers again and Asda are not so even though I can have my shopping delivered I still have to go out and put my family at risk to get the newspapers also I have noticed on the Asda online grocery shopping you can buy magazines but not papers this needs sorting out

we ordered our groceries on the 14th of December for the next day between 9-10pm. Received a confirmation that the driver is on his way... waited until 12am and no one showed up. The following day our Asda account said that our delivery was successful! We didn’t receive anything. Immediately we phoned customer services and all the lady on the line could say is that sometimes the store doesn’t have enough drivers or food in store and all they could offer was a refund. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I am 68 with disability and live in a flat. The driver turned up and refused to come into the block (small pensioner block) , swore at a neighbour who tried to explain I couldn’t come down and told me it was company policy not to enter ANY building. He took the food back telling me his life was important nd mine was all but over. When I called the helpline they offered me a £15 voucher I wouldn’t be able to spend. If this is customer service I despair. Asda have lost not just my business but that of my very large family.

Help centre is totally disappointing! Could not get through to romford branch. Got a click and collect order ready to be collected however I was told to isolate. I could not get a delivery same day, needed food by the time click and collect was ready! They could not cancel my order and no refund for few days. I offered to go to the pick up point instead of going inside (isolation) this was I get the food I ordered and no contact with anyone.... still said they cant help me. Disgusting service. I shop inside the store most weeks and been fine but service on the phones are bad. Avoid

Hi, I had awful experience with Asad photo. I have ordered 2 mags as anniversary present for a couple. Had delivery within 7Wd and 1 mag was broken. I send email no one came back, other - no reply at all. Called - they send we will send replacement. Ok. ", 3 weeks pass by, anniversary day pass by, I gifted one mag and promised other shortly, but after 4 weeks still none received. Called again twice and they refunded cost of 1 mag, no postage.....as I promise 2nd mag I spend again on mag and £4 on postage and had delivery of 2nd mag finally, but....again broken......Awful...I wish I never ordered 1st mag at all....now I have sent 2 emails...no reply...I can see again that I just wasted postage of £8 to date in total, twice delivered broken and still to date haven't had full 2 mag (His& Her) anniversary present, a couple that meant to have 2 mugs has only 1 ….awful situation I am in and asda team just don't care.....postage is extremely expensive for service they have......Now, I just want my money back and do not recommend to use Asda Photo online …..it be more reliable to buy from elsewhere.

I've just shopped at Oadby stores and was asking about your enforcement of wearing masks. Clearly there are customers walking around with no masks. It should not be our job to confront these people to wear masks. Regular vigilance should be made by all of your staff so a tighter policy is enforced. If you don't allow one customer who doesnot wear a mask than a clear message is sent out and others will learn from this. People are also wearing masks around their neck not mouth, only to slide up the masks when cobfronted. I appreciate certain people might be exempt than one they should be not in the shop and two whole families can't be exempt. Should they be declaring a certificate to show they are exempt or we can all give this excuse. Would appreciate some feedback Rgds

Went crewe asda minding my own business and a guy who I accidentally bumped my trolly into went raging mad up my face threatened to take me outside to beat me up im 57 and this made me truly shakin and shocked but the guy had been in once shoplifting and second time they got him in office he was very unhinged high on drugs and most definitely a threat to customers but my upset is after security kicked him out only when I was threatened they just let him out office he wanted to kill someone that day why did security not escort him out ? They let him go knowing he was on something and it's there care and duty to make sure customers are safe I went in Asda smiling but left a total wreck I wrote to head office and all I got was well manager offered you glass water? But I want answers and manager never available when my husband and daughter wanted to chat to him to be assured he was banned all I'm saying is what if he had knife I was with my 16yr old daughter too left her shakin crewe asda

Ordered 12pack Brewdog beers at £12. Asda substituted for only a 4 pack but still charged us the price for 12. We were shocked to find that Asda refused to refund the difference! On their website it clearly states 8 pack £10 12 pack £12 And yet they charge us 4pack at £12! Online store. Crewe. Cheshire.

*** ABSOLUTELY UTTERLY SH**T SERVICE!! *** Absolutely disgusting service! Firstly a rough black female delivery driver dumped my 8 heavy crates on top of each other, then knocked quickly and went and sat in her van listening to her music on full blast! As i was forced to lug these heavy crates back to my door to unload, and i have a severe neck injury! And i gave her two items for a refund and i never got that back even after 2 weeks of chasing it up, wasting my time ringing repeatedly, what a nasty lazy driver!! Secoundly the following week after a delivery driver named Mark was booked for a delivery and he deliberately never turned up, then my order was cancelled due to his laziness and incompetence! I contacted the CEO dept only to get a proper nasty witch of a woman named KIRSTY who instead of rectifying these persistent issues with their delivery drivers by contacting their managers to prevent it from happening again, she suspended my account for no reason, and i have a delivery pass which i paid a premium price for! What a spiteful nasty evil person! Absolutely disgusting service by their senior staff who deliberately condone their delivery drivers utterly sh**t service!! DESPICABLE STAFF AND EVEN MORE DESPICABLE SERVICE! BAD KARMA TO THAT EVIL HAG, FOR DOING THIS TO SOME ONE WITH A DISABILITY AND SEVERE NECK INJURY!!! **** AVOID!!!! ****

Totally unhelpful and staff who even at the customer service couldn’t tell me if they stocked a simple product such as molasses. The best service I received was being told to look everywhere I would expect it to be and if not, then they may not have it. The worse was “I don’t know” and then carried on stacking the shelf. It’s like a different world at my local Sainsbury’s.

DO NOT ORDER A DELIVERY! They said they'd arrive between 11am and 1pm. At 10 past 1pm they sent a text saying they were on their way before sending a text 4 minutes later saying they had cancelled. And now I'm left with empty cupboards during a pandemic and I can't go shopping myself as I'm recovering from surgery to fix a broken collar bone. Phoned them up and they were totally useless, just said that I cancelled it. Absolutely fuming. Not worth the time, money or oxygen. Won't be ordering from ASDA again.

Horrible Experience. Unacceptable behaviour from ASDA employees. I and my boyfriend initially ordered shopping for the 29th of October. When I went to collect the order not only the driver refused to take my food out of the van but when I asked him to take it, he went back in the vehicle and drove away, almost hitting me. After getting in contact with the customer service section from ASDA, they offered a refund. The refund came on the 5th of November and on the same day I was charged twice again for the same shopping that the drive refused to give me! After calling 3 times and sending 5 emails throughout the weekend, I was finally able to get in contact with one operator. This person, that was not English and apparently did not understand the language either, asked me to repeat my issue 3 times, and then he offered me a refund that was not even covering half of the import ASDA took from my bank account for the shopping. When I requested to be put in contact with a supervisor, he initially told me to bear with him, and then he hanged up the phone. This company is going to fail if will keep treating all the customers like this. They just lost a customer now.

Asda delivery driver and his mate didn't follow instructions and left an awful mess. I had provided a table with plastic bags, a large box and a cooler bag, but they just dumped the lot on the table (frozen meat on top of fresh food). Several small items didn't arrive at all or were damaged. I sent Asda an email but they have ignored it, so now I'm out of pocket. The worst grocery delivery company.

Covid - 19 colleagues incompetent! Recently went to my local asda *Glasshoughton* I politely mentioned to the GSM - that the safety Marshall wasn't wearing her mask correctly (it was under her nose) GSM incredibly said some people don't like to wear a mask over their nose! Yep gods honest truth! Few minutes later saw the same person (manager) remove his face mask to speak to another colleague approx 2 ft away! Shocking to see. I actually emailed the CEO, regarding the lack of respect to government guidelines, I got a big standard automated response! (as expected) then wait for this - went in today, the very day after asdas press release regarding their ongoing efforts to protect colleagues/customers etc prior to lockdown II. The very same safety Marshall - 3rd time in a row was NOT wearing a face covering correctly! She was rude & abrupt. Even insulted my intelligence by saying *she wasn't a safety Marshall she was wearing a safety Marshall fleece as she was cold*..! This is from FRONT OF HOUSE safety Marshall.! Shocking customer service whilst doing my shop with my 2 year old daughter I saw approx 7 maybe 8 colleagues flouting government and asda policy regarding the wearing of face coverings.. Incredibly sad and disappointed in the unprofessional manner of the store.

After shopping in Asda Aberdare I realized the bill was incorrect. I returned to the customer service with the bill and goods and pointed out the error, which was costing me an extra £8. The error was on the "extra special" menu, of 1 main, 1 side, 1 dessert and a bottle of wine for £10. I was told there was no error as the tillcould not be wrong. It took me over half an hour to convince them I was right and get my money back. However the worse for me was no apology. "I m sorry for your inconvenience sir" would have made a big difference.

Terrible experience and unprofessional staff. When I placed my online order all the items were available. But the same day when the delivery supposed to come, I received an email saying that most of the items I ordered were not available and there was no way to replace them with something else. I called the costumer service and I did not receive any help. What's the point to order online if you do not have anything to sell? I've been very disappointed and I definitely won't order with Asda anymore.
