Asda is my favourite online shop. Slots are always easy to obtain, drivers are really friendly and there sell by dates usually allow for a few days (unlike another store I stopped using as they try to palm off almost out of date products regularly). All in all I would recommend Asda but it has lost one star for me, that being that only 50 per cent of the drivers wear masks. This does not make sense when people going into the stores have to wear masks. It really made me worried one week when one of the drivers was telling me how three customers that morning had told him they were Covid positive after he had been chatting to them. was he wearing a mask, NO! That has really shocked me particularly as we are in a high risk area. No wonder the virus is spreading rapidly. Asda, please tell your drivers they must wear masks unless they have a health problem in which case please tell them to stand 2 metres away.

I ordered 5 fragile Xmas tree decorations of which was delivered in a very large box with no proper packages to protect them just a tiny strip of bubble wrap not even big enough to wrap round one Xmas tree decorations, so I had two broken woody toy story , one broken Spider-Man so disappointed, yes I called and was told sorry out of stock now and was refunded. Shame you don’t know how to pack these things properly I just can’t believe you put fragile Xmas tree decorations in a large box to roll around getting broken rediculous !! Not ordering from Asda again

I had a rather complex question about the availability of a little known product. The Asda Customer Service in Edmonton couldn't have been more helpful and I got what I wanted in one day even though it had to be specially ordered. This experience has made me change my shopping destination from Tesco, who have let me down so many times, to Asda. I only remember one person's name who helped me and that was Peter.

Delivery asda do not listen to complaints. The do not substitute products as required. If they do the eg. Substitute a cucumber for a lettuce. This is my experience of asda Eastbourne. Frankly they don't give a dam or even call you back to discuss

Ignorant manager Linda who i was told by that my behaviour was intimidating when i was querying why we weren't allowed to purchase fireworks if one of us didn't present ID when I visited this store with my brother; dismissive of the query I was making behind Asdas poor policy logic. Very condescending when we left the store as she waved goodbye with an attitude problem. Male security officer with shoulder length hair and woman at kiosk also both unprofessional and obnoxious. Kiosk woman patronising us about presenting id, speaking to us like we were children, telling us "Of course you have ID(!)" and security on duty giving his input that we were wasting our breath when we asked to speak to a manager and then telling me to calm down when I told him his opinion wasn't what I asked for. Very aggressive tone and body language, acting as if he was protecting Beyoncé on her world tour! Rude unfriendly staff overall. Never returning again!!! Also, manager Linda quick to make out as if we were intimidating when she herself was behaving rude and playing very tactful games rather than resolving the problem at hand! Shocking behaviour and poorly trained staff.

MY BIKE STOLEN at OLD KENT ROAD ASDA! Never expect this happen to me. I chained my bike at the parking area and 30 minutes later the chain cut off my bike gone. There’s no CCTV at the parking area, all video surveillance only for thieve and steals in store (you can imagine it’s the poorest area in London). And the security guys don’t look after parking area at all. I left my bike exactly where ASAD recommends me,but the duty manager contemptuously told me it’s my own risk. SHAME! Real respectful and trustworthy businesses like Waitrose suffers in this great country while ASDA expanding its business and don’t care about the society at all. Totally BAD SHOPS DRIVE OUT GOOD SHOPS.

I have found Asda to give the best online shopping service. Slots are easily available, online service good, drivers friendly and reliable and the only online shop that delivers TV magazines. I would have given 5 stars but for the following. Why oh why do drivers not wear masks. I live in a high covid risk area. This week a driver, a very nice man I might add was telling me how he had been to three different customers who had covid 19 and how two had not told him until he had been talking to them a good while. It left me very worried as he had been talking to me and was not wearing a mask. Hopefully the mask I was wearing will protect me but surely it is really important for drivers to wear masks, shoppers are told to wear them so what is the difference? I will see what the next few weeks are like and may have to change to another company if this policy is not changed.

Placed an order to be delivered on October 3rd, which I then cancelled, the order was delivered anyway which I refused, I immediately called, as Asda had taken the money out of my account, I was reassured a refund would be processed. I called again on the 7th as I still had not received my refund, again I was assured that this will now be processed as It was not requested previously, I was told I would receive a confirmation e-mail and refunded within 4-5 days. On the 16th still nothing, called again only to be told the same thing. I called 4 times on the 23rd as I kept being told the system was down and again reassured that this has now been escalated. Asda have now had my money for 3 weeks, it is the worst customer service I have ever received I dread calling them, as they say that they will action Something But actually don’t, they just seem to want to get you off the phone. When I asked to speak with a manager I was transferred to payroll who could not help me, does anyone have any suggestions of where I go from here please.

Awful, 75% of the order missing but only informed when it is too late to cancel. Not refunded for days so can’t even do an do the shop in store. Ridiculous system, never have any of these issues when ordering from another supermarket.

Asda don't seem to have any stock allocation system for online ordering, they are getting advance orders were they have 2 weeks notice of sales in their database and they are taking this resource and throwing it over their left shoulder for luck, the order gets picked on the day of delivery and you get whats in stock on that day. The online ordering process is also strange in that when you amend an order that is due for delivery in 9 days the current stock levels are checked and any items that are currently out of stock must be deleted from the order before the amends can be saved, which means you have to amend your order again the following day to put the items back on order that you were forced to remove yesterday while deleting the items that are out of stock today. There must be a better system than this

Well I have been going to Asda in Ashton Manchester every Thursday now so far this year and so far in the last few months and in the last 3 weeks recently I’ve been treated absolutely atrociously. Not only that but I cannot even complain about it because there are conveniently no ways to get in touch! Tried calling the number but it tells me to contact them on the website. I go on the website and it tells me to ring their number! It’s a joke! Anyway Here’s what happened specifically. The last story is the worst one of all. A women cut in front of me in a queue. I let it go but the woman started an argument with me. When staff came they refused to let me have my groceries because they sided with the woman over me even though she was at fault. I got a pizza slice from the cafe and it was instantly cold because the woman serving me left it out in the cold air whilst continuing to serve me and I was having problems with my fathers credit card to pay. When I asked for a new one or for it to be heated up she actively blamed me for why it went cold. She said it’s because I kept walking away and back again. That was because I had to go get another card in order to pay and you left it out whilst I did so moron! Then when another woman called Jane came with the rest of our food she openly chastised me for not saying please and thank you as if I were a child! It spoiled my day. Too many kids screaming and banging the booths in the cafe. But these were mild in comparison to the final offence. All of this happened 3 Thursdays in a row that I went there. Today I was there to pick up my very important inhaler from the chemist which i has ran out of and could barely breathe. One of the chemist staff named Tim mason had taken a dislike to me months ago and it was because of this that the entire staff refused to serve me and told me I had to go get it from somewhere else. So I went mad because now I’d have to spend more money on a taxi and inconvenience myself to go all the way across town to the next nearest pharmacy in concord way when they could’ve just handed me the darn bag right there and then! As you can imagine I was furious! I did write a letter of complaint but have nowhere to post it. Abysmal service. As you can imagine I shall not be stepping foot nor spending another dime in that terrible store
