I had just come out of hospital, I had no shopping, I had no one to take me shopping so I put a food order in online to be delivered to my home on the Sunday 26th January. The money was taken on the day before so I was practically down to 0 in my bank account. At 11.30 an Asda delivery driver arrived without any shopping he said he had called to say he didnt have my shopping I should call customer services. I was very upset, i have a heart complaint, they kept me on the phone for 2 hours saying if i wanted to shopping i would have to collect it myself as they were too busy to send anyone. I said i had no one to bring me. They said I could have it the next day but they would have to recharge me for it. I did not have the money, I had to cancel at that point. So Asda still have my money, I have nothing to eat. THEY HAVE FINISHED FOR LIFE WITH ME! THEY ARE A VILE AND DISGUSTING EXCUSE FOR A SHOP

Honestly i have had enough of asda letting me down. I have been let down 3 times with them with my food shopping delivery, getting my shopping confirmation text the day of delivery stating its been cancelled then getting given a silly 10 pound voucher. Its not good enough why do they do this! You have now lost me as a customer for good! I have just joined sainsbury's and i doubt they will be as unreliable as yourselves. Its pathetic what if i had no means of leaving the house and depended on that home delivery? I feel for any elderly people who have been let down by yourselves. At least now i dont have to be holding my breathe, fingers and toes crossed when i place an online food order!!you can keep your 10 pound voucher!

Ordered groceries online from asda to be delivered when i finish work only to get a call mid afternoon to say there were no drivers i can collect or arrange delivery another day. I arranged to collect then discovered the shop sending my delivery was a 20 min drive from home not the one 5 mins away which also sends deliveries. Complained to customer service and was given a free delivery pass. Ordered a collection the following week arrived 5 mins late only to find the collection area open but no staff in sight, apparently they had left for the bus home. Took 35mins to get sorted. Tried again for delivery and get stupid substitutions, began food replaced for cheese versions and 4 soya milk replaced with 2 branded ones but still charged for the 4 originally ordered which is a higher value than the replacement. Can't request a refund as the day after my shopping was delivered the site still shows its out for delivery

I placed an order online and found I could pick it up at my local Asda (Barry), even though it wasn’t an Asda order. I had to wait 20-25 minutes for my parcel. I was first in the queue. There were 3 people waiting in the end and the man brought all 3 together, which I understand, but I do feel the waiting time is excessive. The last time I picked up an Asda order I waited over 20 minutes, too. I don’t consider this is a good service.

ever… Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a delivery pass last year, everything was fine up until now...in the new year they have changed their delivery slot times meaning I can no longer get my groceries delivered when I am at home. Phoned customer service (if you can call them that) to be told a pack of lies and they cannot do anything to help me. This means my delivery pass, which I paid for is not of any use. Asked to speak to their manager, so they put me through to my local store manager (why I do not know as it is not a store decision) she then put the phone down on me after asking me to hold. I am really disappointed, I work in customer service myself and if I acted I the way they have I would not have a job.

My son already had these trousers from Asda previously - they've lasted ages! He's grown so needed new size, I didn't look elsewhere as these are more than satisfactory and reasonably priced. Great value. Ordered online which was quick n easy. Asda kept me updated by email on my order and it's delivery. Pleasant/polite delivery driver. Very happy.

I am becoming increasingly disappointed with the service received from Asda. We have shopped ASDA stores for most of our married life, almost 32 years, and have seen a significant decline in the shopping experience, with significant decline over the past year. An incident regarding click and collect last year meant a wait of 45 minutes in store and mixed information from staff regarding collection of our shopping. The only consistent information at this point was it was definitely not to be collected from the marked collection point in the car park!!!! More recently a particularly rude delivery driver dropped our shopping from waist height onto the floor without apology, but arguing with us and a refusal to give his name. A lengthy conversation with ‘someone’ based in head office ensued and a £5 voucher added to our account, oh yes this was compensation for being intimidated in our own home by a disgruntled delivery driver!!! So now we don’t trust ASDA to deliver. Scan and go?..... out of the last 5 times shopping in this way, we have been selected for quality control!! Totally random???? I don’t think so!! The handset registers the user therefore this is not totally random. All this being said, the staff in Asda were always known to be polite and courteous in the past, this has changed so much, it is a rarity to get eye contact, let alone a friendly greeting from most of the checkout or floor staff. Shopping at certain times of the day means the home shopping crew are blocking aisles with their oversized trolleys, pushing in front of customers without so much as an excuse me - they have a job to do and targets to meet, but behave as though they are in a warehouse rather than a supermarket. Yes I had a bad experience in Asda today, hence the rant, but surely as frequent, regular customers, we deserve a bit of courtesy and honesty, not to mention good manners from the staff?????

Absolutely disgusting delivery service. Driver was on time but completely useless. Couldn’t work out how to use the keypad to get in to my block of flats and then was incredibly rude to me on the phone when I tried to explain to him how to get in. He then told me I had to come downstairs and retrieve my items at which point I just hung up on him as he was being so rude. He then called again, my boyfriend answered and was able to successfully explain how to use a keypad to get in. When he finally got to our door he said ‘your girl gave the wrong address’ and then started wining about how he would be in trouble about late deliveries. I have never received such disgusting delivery service from a company in my entire life. Luckily their customer support team was very helpful when I complained but I will never shop with them again and would encourage anyone to think twice before odering food from asda.
