“If I could rate them zero I would. I ordered £100s of non alcoholic beverages and water for my daughter’s wedding reception for 380 guests, 3 weeks before the event. Asda charged my card for the amount upfront. On the delivery date, I got an email message to say that Asda had cancelled my order. No explanation was given. I called to see if something could be organised - I was desperate.
They just said it was a problem from the store end and there was nothing they could do. That was that. They were cold and unbothered.
Such disgraceful behaviour - oh they offered a £10 voucher and then said I won’t get a refund for up to 7 days - so I was also out of pocket. Their offer of online delivery is a cruel joke.

Since doing this I've been pestered by an energy provider and I'm sure there is more phone calls to follow. ASDA you are guilty of misusing clients information!!! “Asda delivered a clothing parcel to the wrong address, an empty house. The parcel should have been signed for. the delivery company emailed to state it had been signed for, but the parcel can be clearly seen in the porch of the locked and empty house. It has not been signed for, and been delivered to the wrong address. Asda refuse to provide a refund, stating We have to retrieve the parcel. What sort of service is that. So now Asda, you have stolen my money and used a second rate bunch of liars as a delivery company and you expect me to sort out your mess for you. “Asda took money from my bank account for an online groceries order on Wednesday July 18th July. Had email saying order would be delivered 9:25am and 9:55am that morning and guess what it never arrived! On speaking to the customer service team for online groceries the lady told me that the shopping hadn’t been delivered as driver couldn’t find our house (funny considering they frequently deliver to next door but 1 from the exact same store as ours was due from). The woman advised that n9 money was taken from my bank it was just held by my bank - liars it is now 24th July and the money has been removed by Asda from my bank to theirs! Had emails from there customer service only after copying their ceo into the email change, they now tell me the order was fulfilled and they need to investigate then refund, funny I was told the shopping was returned on the very same day to store due to driver bein* unable to find our house so exactly what is there to investigate??? And why is my money still not returned to my bank by Asda as this was their incompetent staff at fault! Do not use them the6 are quick to take your cash but really do not want you having it back even if you neve4 received what you paid for, and to top it off the offered a £10e voucher as a gesture of goodwill are you taking the P! Asda is a joke and it’s complaints team are as thick as.”

“FRAUD AVOID! I went away on holiday to devon, we decided rather than take food with us as it was self catering we would use asda home delivery. MISTAKE. The delivery guy rang to advise he couldn't find the address we told him where it was and he said he would be there as soon as possible. He never turned up even after I rang him 10 times he wouldn't answer. Horrendous service. I then notice the following day my delivery was showing delivered on the asda website, I immediately rang them to ask what was going on as I didn't receive anything. They advised that it was their mistake and they could see it hadn't been delivered and that no money would be taken from my account as it was a failed delivery. Great but I still didn't have my delivery! still not good enough. The end of our 2 week holiday came and on returning home I logged into my bank to check my balance. Guess what ASDA took the money for that delivery. Complete FRAUD, I have contacted the police and passed to a solicitor as it cost me £12 per day bank charges as I went overdrawn. I called asda again to be told that basically they didn't do anything wrong and that they would refund my order that I was charged for and that's it. So I pay the £120 bank charges? I don't think ASDA you aint that clever. Be prepared for massive exposure! ive just emailed the story to the bbc, not only did you leave us with no food for my family including formula and nappies for our disabled child but you then took money from my account commiting blatent fraud. Is this how you work? we will see. U've done it to the wrong person this time. All I can say is use TESCO or anyone really! really don't waste your time or money on these incompetent idiots.”
“I tried to buy 4 times from Asda on line, as their price and quality are good. However, only 2 out of 4 were actually delivered. I waited for 3 hours and they end up cancelling the order. No excuse, no respect at all with the costumer. And you have to wait a couple of days to get your money back.”
“I live in flats and ordered groceries from Asda online and the driver upon opening the main door, very rudely refused to deliver the order at my door and left with all my groceries!!! I always order online because i can't carry heavy stuff and they always deliver at my door, i never had any problem like that. People like him make the companys suffer for their attitude. Decided to use Asda for home delivery and 3 times in a row now they have cancelled my order as there was an issue of some sort. They are not allowed to tell you what the issue is. funds there to take payment, everything matches but they just automatically take your slot away and you have to rebook. Wouldn't recommend. Didn't try and rectify and just said sorry they are following their process in accordance with their terms and conditions... cus thats acceptable right ?!”

Followed all the instructions to a 'T' and the stupid thing would not stay up!!! No wonder the woman on the box is holding it up. I have a very upset girl and a very hot and flustered husband!!!
