Despite the constant repeat problems with Asda .. the worst has to be the substitute and there are ALWAYS many!!! So I ask for mozzarella cheese balls and your sending me Greek salad cheese???!!!! SERIOUSLY??? I already have grated mozzarella cheese coming in my order so ... WHY Don't YOU USE YOUR BRAIN AND SEND ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE INSTEAD.. it is is clear that common sense is a major missing component of this supermarket and even the drivers agree!!!! Some of the subs I've received are so far off the mark ... And on top of this they claim something is out of stock and yet you go online and fine it's actually available to buy.. can't wait to for offers to end so I can go back to Sainsbury's because Asda has gone down hill in a major way.. that includes the price of their food too

Asda's online shop has become disgusting over the last year. Company managers do not monitor the availability of goods. Place an order, while paying for urgent delivery, and at the same time, half of the order is not delivered due to the absence. As I understand it, the Asda company displays the availability of goods on the site, even if it is not available, in order to attract the buyer with a large selection. If you approach the legal side, this is a common deception, but in general it can be called quackery.

NO LONGER SHOP HERE Hoping asda would become, under the previous owners better, but no it became worse. Not only customer service becoming worse and very argumentative if you encountered faulty products, on return, but also show no compassion. The food is failing in quality and no longer the standards it used to be, bread goes stale quicker, clothes last only a few washes, and fruit and veg goes off within a few days. The meat, also goes off within a few days, although the date is a good date. I have watched the store, becoming disorganised and looking very untidy, on the point of dirty. The asda stores are lacking in so many ways now, that after a year shopping between aldi and tesco, I am happier and more content, plus I save thirty, to fourth pound at the till, and my food lasts. So better all round. Best jump I ever made.. although I must admit, it was the convenience that kept me at asda for so long, in the end it was worth the push asda gave me, to go elsewhere....thank you ASDA, the only thing you got right, was to loose custom!

I live in Cheltenham, Glos and have used Asda home delivery for a number of years now. The service I receive is excellent. Delivery is always made at the time requested. In addition, the delivery drivers are very friendly and efficient and always willing to help bag up food items. Now and again there are a couple of substitute items included. But that's absolutely fine and to be expected. The vast majority of the items I order are successfully included. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Asda home delivery service to anyone else.

We had a very bad experience today at Asda as one of the customer service at Self Scanning till, named Fay, refused to do quality check after our bill was £97.12 and told us that we didn’t scan two bottles of milk and that we need to scan all the items again. But then we did scan all the items and the bill was exactly the same…£97.12. We got really upset as we r coming to Asda for the last 20 years and every single week of the year. This attitude was very unprofessional as she accused us for nothing..leading us to think to not go to Asda no more.

I would like to worn every one about your Information Asda have . I worked as a Asda delivery driver and was shocked about what I seen . Smith down road Asda sefton park You frozen food was defrosting in back of shop then refrozen. You information was left in vans and in car park bin . This information has named.adresses and phone number of customers. I was treated like a robot not a human I was starting employment right away no training just get out there . I was forced to hand my notice in because I spoke out about people's safety and security of your information. I got told that I was smoking in van so that I must resign raver than being dismissed because I will not get a nover job I have more

Asda Lavender Hill, Clapham. I booked a time slot for grocery collection between 1-1.30pm. My groceries were not ready by 1.45 so I arranged to come back after my meeting that finished at 3. I got there at 3.15ish, called collection and told them I had arrived. 10-15 minutes later the worker Peter, sauntered down. I told him how long I had been waiting, he said it's not his fault. I said an apology would suffice. He said he's not apologising. Peter said if I kept taking he couldn't give me my groceries. I said that he was basically telling me to shut up. He then came out with my groceries, I opened my boot, he plonked them on the floor, didn't ask for ID, and walked off. Asda did not take my account of what happened into consideration.customer service was awful. Peter said he does not represent Asda. I will never use any Asda stores again and am very very disappointed.

Asda Online absolutely disgusting!!!!!! I order online due to health conditions, over the last year the service has got WORSE. Many of the orders arrive with substitutes which on a whole have not been thought out in a common sense way. I have given some of them back to the driver. But lately there have been so many things that have not been delivered due to being UNAVAILABLE. So why were they still on their websites? I only place an order the day before delivery so they should be aware of stock! Last night I placed an order to be delivered today, when I had finished the sometimes frustrating task, not a good website, I completed and paid. They took money off my available bank balance straight away. After a few minutes I remembered a couple of items I had forgotten and logged back on to amend my order. When I did this a page popped up telling me that 15 items were unavailable. Seeing this infuriated me and I emptied the basket to £0.00. I expected my money back in my account. As of 10am it was not, so I phoned Asda and asked why. I was told that my money would be available in my account in 3 to 5 working days. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!! I have checked with my bank and they have said Asda can make the money available by contacting Visa themselves. My issue is why take the money out straight as payment is made and not when the items are passed through their tills/computers? I rang the customer services again at lunch time and told them what the bank had told me. Eventually after quite a long conversation they said that after the delivery time had passed my money would be back in my bank. Furious to say it is not there. I am not going to let this lie as I now am in a position of not having enough available funds to feed my family. I will not use Asda again!!!!!!!!

Did an online shop with asda at Bodmin, payment was taken, cancelled order before delivery date, still waiting for money to be returned after ringing was told got to wait 7 to 10 days before I get my money back, will not be shopping at asda again and definitely will not recommend to anyone, they take money day before shopping is due but you have to wait nearly 2 weeks to get it back.

I recently visited ASDA Wallington and unfortunately, I had an incredibly disappointing experience due to the extremely poor customer service provided by the Operational manager, Vania. As a loyal and regular customer, I have always had positive experiences at ASDA, but this particular encounter left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Upon entering the store, I encountered a problem with an item I had purchased the previous week. I approached Vania, the Operational Manager, to seek assistance in resolving the issue. However, instead of displaying empathy and understanding, Vania was dismissive and unhelpful. She showed a complete lack of interest in addressing my concerns and seemed more focused on rushing me away. Not only did Vania fail to provide any solutions, but she also displayed a condescending attitude throughout our interaction. Her dismissive tone and lack of professionalism were truly disheartening. As an Asda customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when seeking assistance from a manager. Unfortunately, Vania's demeanor fell far short of these expectations. Moreover, Vania's lack of knowledge about the store's policies procedures and overall products was evident. She seemed unaware of the basic protocols for handling customer complaints and seemed uninterested in escalating the matter or involving other colleague members who might have been better equipped to assist. This lack of competence and willingness to help left me feeling disregarded and unheard. What disappointed me the most was Vania's inability to empathize with my situation. Customer service should always prioritize understanding and resolving customer issues promptly. However, Vania seemed more concerned with maintaining her authority than addressing my concerns. This level of indifference is unacceptable and reflects poorly on ASDA Wallington as a whole. I sincerely hope that ASDA Head Office takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue at hand. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and the behavior exhibited by Vania was far from satisfactory. I urge the senior management team at asda head office to provide additional training to their colleagues, particularly in the area of customer relations, to ensure that future customers do not encounter the same disappointing experience. In conclusion, my visit to Asda Wallington was marred by the extremely poor customer service displayed by the Operational manager, Vania. Her dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and overall indifference towards my concerns were deeply unsatisfactory. I hope that Asda Wallington takes appropriate measures to rectify this issue and provides better training and support to their staff to improve the overall customer experience.

The asdas own range sausage and beans. Firstly, there seemed to be more sauce than there was beans. Then to my dismay I found that there are only 6 sausages compared to the 8 you would get in heinz. Apart from that, great tasting and, quality.
