“Very helpful lady on the till today . Her name was ROSE . So nice when you are greeted with lovely friendly staff in your shops as it’s not always a special happy occasion you are buying cards for. I was asked if I needed banners etc to go with my cards and stamps which I didn’t need this time but nice to be offered them . Thank Rose and assistant think it was Kate for you friendly service today 20.6.23 .24.43 pm . Now to enjoy the parties I’ve bought the cards for 🫶🎁🍾”

“Card factory store in Lowestoft Britain centre always prevents high quality customer service ,friendly and very helpful staff always ready to help no matter how busy they are . Highly recommend to visit this store ore any other(as I’m sure all card Factory stores teams are brilliant at their job ) and experience welcoming service with cheerful goodbye and wishes to have a lovely day after you’ll have received all support that u need on the shop floor while you are looking for ur cards or party ware to celebrate any occasions xx”

“I walk in to the shop In Burnley town centre and I see a staff member shouting at another colleague.Ater gathering my item I was at the till when I was served by Ruth that is was it said on her tag she was very rude and moody and was one of the worst customers service every I would definitely not recommend this store but also this member of staff”

“The staff in the Stoke Town Centre store, Sam and Michelle, were absolutely amazing today!! Well Sam was…..Michelle made me work a little after a small incident with a balloon…..but in a friendly and banter way!! Great staff!! The store is fully stocked, great choice and nice environment. It was clean and easy to find the things we needed. I had a really good experience in there and considering Stoke Town Centre doesn’t have much this shop and the staff are a credit to CardFactory in these challenging circumstances!! Well done Sam and Michelle.”
