“I walk in to the shop In Burnley town centre and I see a staff member shouting at another colleague.Ater gathering my item I was at the till when I was served by Ruth that is was it said on her tag she was very rude and moody and was one of the worst customers service every I would definitely not recommend this store but also this member of staff”

“I was a victim of a sim-swap hack and if not for urgent intervention by a recovery experts whom I hired after my crypto account was hacked and coins stolen. “The staff in the Stoke Town Centre store, Sam and Michelle, were absolutely amazing today!! Well Sam was…..Michelle made me work a little after a small incident with a balloon…..but in a friendly and banter way!! Great staff!! The store is fully stocked, great choice and nice environment. It was clean and easy to find the things we needed. I had a really good experience in there and considering Stoke Town Centre doesn’t have much this shop and the staff are a credit to CardFactory in these challenging circumstances!! Well done Sam and Michelle.”

“I visited Burgess hill shop today I witnessed the manager talking to a member of staff in not a very nice tone he should of spoken to her when customers were not around I was not impressed and felt sort for her as I’m sure she was quite embarrassed”

“I was looking for a belated card and could not find one. I asked the young lad if they had any and he took me to where they were. He was very pleasant and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate using Card Factory at Weston Favell, Northampton. Thank you to the young lad as he was very focused.”

“I bought a couple of cards from card factory yesterday and was really impressed by the service. I was at the till buying a card for my husband and asked if they had any playing cards. The assistant said she would get them for me. She was so helpful. Her customer service was faultless. I couldn't see a name badge so will say this about everyone there....I always find card factory staff helpful and kind. Even when they are really busy, they are always polite. Thank you card factory!”

“Prices must be No 1! However, the staff at my Card Factory Shop are the best ever, they are so helpful and polite, they always have a smile for everyone, They work so very hard, everything is always in order, it is such a pleasure to go there and I buy every single card I need in that shop, which is at Park Farm, Allestree, Derby. The Manager is Julie, the other lady is Helen, they are truly wonderful. The other ladies too follow their example, so, there is no other card shop you need visit. There is of course easy on line support and variety of cards etc when you can't visit the shop itself. Thank you Card Factory for giving us one of your shops!!!”

“I was looking for 2 birhday cards at the card factory shop Beaumont Leys Leicester. I found 2 which I liked and went to pay. Chloe on the counter advised me that I could get another free. (special offer) I did and at the time was carrying other shopping without a bag. Chloe suggested and provided a large plastic bag to carry my shopping without damaging the cards. Friendly helpful service beyond the norm. Peter Aspinall”
