“Just had the most amazing service from the girls in the frodsham shop. They went out of their way to supply me with 3 helium balloons wrapping paper and a birthday badge in a matter of minutes as I was in such a hurry. I was in and out of the shop so fast I didn't get their names. They where super stars and served me with such friendlyness. Thanks once again girls. Sheila Mcdonald 7/9/2022”

“I went to the store in Anglia Square in Norwich where the assistant went out of her way to help me. She helped me to count out the correct change for my purchase from my purse and was extremely friendly. It is a pleasure to be served by someone like this and a very happy shopping experience. She also went out of her way to make sure I found the cards that I was looking for.”

“Jean and Emily from the Affinity, Talke, Staffordshire store could not do more to help when I was looking for a specific card for my grandson. They were so friendly, helpful and kind. They could not find the card I required but found me a children's book that I purchased. Top marks to both of them for wonderful customer service.”

“Ordered some cards and chocolates for my sons birthday. When the chocolates arrived I noticed they only had a couple of days before the use by date expired. I complained to the customer service department. I was told that the short date was advertised on the product description. I didnt see any information so asked for the product information to be sent to me. No information was available to send to me as the chocolates weren't available anymore but was assured that the short date was written on the description. (I have looked at several other product details and none contain any use by dates). So basically your word against mine. Feel a bit fobbed off to be honest. Won't be using again.”

“No order & no responses ' Absolutely disgusting service! Cards haven’t arrived! Can’t get through on chat, I’ve emailed them to be ignored, I’ve opened a case on Paypal which again they’ve ignored. Disgraceful considering it’s near to Christmas and nobody can be bothered to email back. I’ll be reporting them to my bank if this is not solved. Worst online card shop ever”

“I went to east kilbride card factory and was very pleasantly surprised they had sister ans sister in law cards. It is something not usually found. Only thing say is make kore space for prams as everyone looks and hates the person with the baby pram holding it the aisle”

“DO NOT USE THE ONLINE ORDER SERVICE,THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY,BUT WHEN YOU HAVE A MISSING ITEM,THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY KIND OF CONTACT,HAVE TRIED FOR 7 DAYS TO GET MY MISSING ITEM ,BUT TO NO AVAIL,GOOD WAY TO BOOST THERE PROFITS,SO I WILL NOW REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS,AND REQUEST A CHARGE BACK FROM MY CARD COMPANY I WOULD RATE THEM A BIG ZERO(,1*ONLY FOR REVIEW)”
