“I bought a couple of cards from card factory yesterday and was really impressed by the service. I was at the till buying a card for my husband and asked if they had any playing cards. The assistant said she would get them for me. She was so helpful. Her customer service was faultless. I couldn't see a name badge so will say this about everyone there....I always find card factory staff helpful and kind. Even when they are really busy, they are always polite.

The Manager is Julie, the other lady is Helen, they are truly wonderful. The other ladies too follow their example, so, there is no other card shop you need visit. There is of course easy on line support and variety of cards etc when you can't visit the shop itself. Thank you Card Factory for giving us one of your shops!!!”
“I was looking for 2 birhday cards at the card factory shop Beaumont Leys Leicester. I found 2 which I liked and went to pay. Chloe on the counter advised me that I could get another free. (special offer)
I did and at the time was carrying other shopping without a bag. Chloe suggested and provided a large plastic bag to carry my shopping without damaging the cards.

“Ordered lots of cards in middle of November for Christmas. Still waiting, said might be here by 22nd December!! What a joke. No use to me by then. Blaming postal strikes. Even those don't delay orders by over a month. Disgusting service. Will never use them again.”
